The store was comfortable and well-lit. Only had to wait for one customer ahead of us, so there was not much of a wait. Discussed our needs with the associate, she explained that supplies on some paints were a bit limited, but had their best paint for our needs in stock. There was no mention of price.I have used S-W paint before. Yes, its a bit more than what is found at the big box stores, but I feel its also a bit higher quality, so its worth it. I was SHOCKED to look at the receipt to find that one gallon and one quart of paint totalled just over $100. At that rate, two or three coats of big box paint will be a better deal than another purchase of S-W paint.

Quick turnaround for paint mixing. HUGE selection of colors and painting accessories. A lot of printed color guides with coordinating paint swatches to take some of the guesswork out of selecting palettes. Also really fun NFL team color display (for the sports cave). Also wallpaper books to borrow.

The sales associates are very helpful and knowledgeable and make every effort to give you the best product for the job. I have found the quality and durability of Sherwin-Williams paint to be excellent. While costing a little more, the quality makes up for the price, especially since they frequently run sales.

They are always helpful when I go in the store. Now, even during the the time of COVID-19, good customer service continues.I ordered the paint online & picked it up curbside. I had to do nothing. The young worker was sweet, super helpful and wore a mask & gloves. He put the materials in the back of the car for me so I didn’t have to get out of the car. I would happily order again. It is a great service, one I wish I had all the time.

Went in twice. Once just to see if I could find the paint colors that the contractor used several years ago. Found both Dover White and Vesper Violet. So glad they keep these colors around long term. Both visits were very nice, super knowledgeable sales ladies, gave me the info I needed and knew where everything was. Excellent client service! Thanks guys.

I feel that Sherwin-Williams is mediocre. The staff here are very friendly and through all the troubles that we have had, they have helped us through it and tried to make things right. In addition, they have lots of painting supplies, which worked well. However, they tend to focus on what should work and what they were told, not actual experience or painting knowledge. Every occasion that we purchased something from them, we asked for their opinion and went with it. Something went wrong and the painting went terrible. Sherwin-Williams store and corporate basically blamed us and the painting environment, later to find out it was their fault. Even to the point where we purchased black paint, the store clerk got a white base and tinted it black - tint does not dry.

How they help you and explain products. Very knowledgeable and products are worth the money!
