Called in to have night sights installed. Casey gave me a fair price and an estimated time and I told him Id be there shortly. When I came in I was greeted by Casey and Gage. Chatted with gage while Casey completed the job quicker than he quoted! I will be back!

I randomly found Odyssey Machining while on a two month search for a certain pistol. This is a hard to find handgun and most my shops in Colorado haven’t even seen one in person. They are sold out anywhere or being sold for stupid amount. Then throw in the Covid frenzy. Nonetheless, when I contacted Odyssey, I ended up emailing back and forth with Ross (owner), immediately. He was quick to respond and very willing to help. Ross let me know he was able to locate and order in this particular handgun. It came in extremely quick given the times and they contacted me to make the purchase. I then spoke with Casey in sales and he finished things up with me over the phone. Both were very personable. FFL transfer was quick and within 1.5 weeks I had myself my new dream carry gun. These guys truly went above and beyond as no one even offered to try and find me one until Ross did. We all say customer service doesn’t exist anymore and I feel the same way, however, these guys proved me wrong. Very happy with my experience and they treated me very well from across state lines.
