We went in after visiting a sleep number store and wished this was our first stop. One of the best and easiest shopping experiences I have ever had. I came in to get a mattress for my son, finally got a toddler bed (big boy bed) and I needed a mattress fast. I went in on Black Friday after knowing the frame would be at my house on Saturday. Other places did not have anything for fast delivery (had to wait 7 to 10 business days for them to order and then deliver)or easy pickup and I did not want to wait. Craig and Joyce are the two who helped me. I told them what I was looking for and that I needed it quick, that pickup was fine with me. Joyce showed me a few items while Craig looked them up to see if the warehouse (right in Dayton) had them in stock. Luckily the one I wanted was in stock and could be picked up and I got it the very next day. Was able to get the bed assembled and surprise my son, who was so happy to see he got the bed he loved so much. Thank you Craig and Joyce for making this so easy, no stress and a happy experience. If I could give you 10 stars I really would.

Joyce welcomed us first time buyers into the store one evening as we were shopping for mattresses in October of 2020. After a few questions of our application and our middle class price range, she recommended an affordable but quality mattress for us. She was very patient and friendly with all our unknowing and naïve first time buyer questions. We left the store to go shop and price other competitors. At the end of the night, we agreed we like Sleep Outfitters prices and we liked the importance Joyce placed on figuring out the best mattress for our limited young budget. The next day I went back and purchased it. They will be delivering to our new first time home within 10 days. We loved our first experience at this outfitter store here near Centerville. We highly recommend Sleep Outfitters, especially if you run into Joyce. She will take good care of you.Not that anyone cares, but here is one pointer to Daytonians who find enjoyment in money saving. I consider sales tax rates when buying bigger purchases in Ohio if not purchased online where it would then be your home address sales tax rate. Greene Co sales tax rate is considerably lower than Montgomery Co. We saved over $8 total in tax savings on this particular purchase. The same goes for Butler Co. Much cheaper than Montgomery if you can justify added cost of driving and time. Just a tip to keep in mind if you even care to.

My boyfriend and I came into sleep outffiters on a whim to look for a new bed. I have to say that our experience with Craig was a lasting one. He was very professional, knowledgeable of the different mattresses and honest with his opinions about what he felt would work best for me with my desires for the perfect mattress. I finally found a mattress that I believe is going to offer me the comfort and support I need for years to come. We had gone to other mattress stores and did not receive the professionalism as Craig offered us. My husband and I recently decided it was time to kick our 40 year old mattress (EEK!) to the curb and pull the trigger on a new one. A little nervous, we didnt know what to expect. Upon entering the store we were immediately greeted with a warm hello by our new favorite bed guy, Craig! Craig was incredibly knowledgeable, and helped guide us to finding our perfect mattress. He was not pushy whatsoever, and was very patient with us as we tried out many of the mattresses in the store. Although my husband and I were ready to take the plunge on a new tempur-pedic, we had some hesitations on the right base for our new mattress. I knew purchasing an adjustable base would have landed Craig a bigger sale, but he was understanding of our budget, and encouraged us to give it a year and then upgrade. Again, no uncomfortable sale pressure from him at all. We left the store still undecided on the base, and Craig took my phone call that evening right at closing (ugh, the worst, i know), and he answered a few more questions to help my husband and I make the right choice. In the end, we upgraded to the adjustable base, and I am thrilled that we did! No looking back on that extra expense! Ill also mention that we had such a great experience that I encouraged my parents to take a look and meet Craig, and they walked out a few days later with a new bed and base as well. Joyce is very knowledgeable about the mattresses and really took her time with me. . Im very happy with my mattress and electric bed. The height of my bed ended up being very high for me to get in and out of so I ordered shorter legs and Dustin actually came over to my house to put them on. I really appreciated this since I could have never done that myself due to the weight of the mattress/electric bed. Thanks so much to Dustin and Joyce- a great team at Sleep Outfitters! The person that we dealt with was Dustin Mills. My wife and I had been at his store several times taking up to an hour or two trying to decide the best mattress for us. He was fantastic, patient, and courteous. He was very knowledgable about all the mattresses. After several hours of decision making, we decided to purchase a bed. He told us it would take nearly 30 days before the bed would set in, in terms of comfort like the store model. We gave the mattress about three weeks. My wife and I felt something was wrong and didnt get anything close to what the floor model was like in terms of comfort. We went back to the store and explained what our issue was with the mattress. He told us to fill out some information of their website and someone would call us to make arrangements to check out our claim. If our claim was warranted, then the mattress would be exchanged as a warranty problem. A person came out two days later and believed that our mattress was bad. We went back to the store and tried out a few more mattresses. We finally made our decision at the last second and Dustin was gracious to help us after store closing to finalize the sale. Dustin Mills is someone who is willing to go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. I highly recommend shopping at this store for a mattress.

I cannot express how helpful Dustin Mills at Sleep Outfitters was. We have been searching for the perfect bed for over a year and just werent impressed with other competitors quality, selection, pricing, or salespeople. We decided to stop in to see what Sleep Outfitters had to offer, with little to no confidence that we would walk away with a new bed. After an hour of working with Dustin to find the perfect fit (and a tremendous amount of patience on Dustins part), we were signing paperwork for our new Stearns and Foster Luxury bed with an adjustable base. Dustin was an outstanding salesperson who is so knowledgeable and personable. It made the entire experience comfortable (no pun intended) and enjoyable for us! I purchased a Dormeo Octaspring bed from these guys. Holy moly! Youll never sleep the same. Just go in a store and lay on one. You have to try it to understand.I get hot in the night, these guys worked with me to find something that helps facilitate pulling heart from my body to keep me cool in the night. They know their stuff.
