We purchased a 2000 Ford Focus for my 16 year old daughter. Overall the process went smoothly. After purchasing the vehicle we found several things needing to be fixed/replaced. I understand its a used car and things will need to be done on the vehicle but I felt I wasnt told the truth.Pros:-The owner was nice and easy to work with.Cons:-After being told that the brakes were good and they replace them if they arent 70% or better, we have had to replace both the front and rear brakes. They were only at 10%. I took the car to two different shops to get two different opinions on them and they both came back the same.-Weve had to replace a belt-The car will shimmy sometimes while at a complete stop-There is a ticking type noise in the engine at times-There seems to have been an ant infestation which we had to get rid of-Im not sure if the car was painted prior to the car lot having it but it wasnt painted properly and the paint is chipping off in several places. After looking over the car it looks as though it was a quick paint job and not a good one.Overall, after all the above things are fixed it will be a decent car. I wasnt expecting to have to put this much money into the vehicle right away. I am most upset with being told the brakes were in great working condition. This vehicle was for a new driver and to know it wasnt safe and she was driving it for a couple of weeks upsets me. Also, there were no noises heard while test driving it.

Wife purchased a vehicle from here. Was told they made a bunch of repairs on it before putting it out on the lot and if anything went wrong we could bring it back to get it worked on. After 2 weeks a caliper stuck and caused the entire wheel assembly to catch fire, causing further damage. I tried to bring it back and they said they dont do repairs once its off the lot. Repairs would have ended up costing more than was paid. The place was dingy and all the vehicles looked to be in various states of disrepair. I never would have even let my wife on the lot if I had been with her. Stay away unless you want to pay a couple grand for something take up space in your garage.

Id definitely buy another car here. Very nice owner and love my new car, the wind shield wipers didnt work that great and i took it back almost a month later and she had her mechanic fix it in less than 2 hours .. Id definitely recommend them to anyone 😀

So I purchased a Yamaha V 1100A from STATE STREET AUTO SALES located in centralia washington last week. The bike started having issues and kept dying on me. I called them for advice only. I described what the issues I was having, and even though I have no warranty from them or anyone else, and even though I paid cash in full, they sent 2 really nice men over who got it running and then took it back to there shop and ran every test on it they could, fixed the problem and returned it and refused payment or tip. I am impressed. These are the gold standard in auto dealers.
