Terrible experience. After getting all set to start service with the free phone if porting number Ive we were basically robbed. We had to pay an early termination fee nearly $300 and all of a sudden hey said they cant give us service because we lice in Seattle. Nor would they give us our $300 back. Now no phone and no cash. Their hidden requirement claim is a LIE!!! U CANT LIVE IN SEATTLE AND HAVE service. Thats obviously a requirement to live else where. Discrimination. If u ask me...

After 6 months of not getting a promised discount ans waiting for a follow up on why I was finally told the problem was my fault and nothing else was done for me. Disappointing. If there was another option in my area I would use it.

During a few months separation from my hubby, i continued to get billed for his auto pay even though we both called to remove my card info 3 times and went into the local store to have it removed a 4th time. Yet i just got charged AGAIN!!!! They dont let u change the auto pay settings yourself but apparently they dont do it either. Sick of the bs and well be in that store to raise hell tomorrow!!!

Switched from Verizion because it was cheaper and they had a bring-your-own-phone program. The signup went smoothly but they never bothered to mention that military members and vets received a 15% discount even though I used my military ID for identification.

Good customer service from the staff working. Very friendly and helpful and u get service in rural places that nonother carrier could provide service to. Definitely recommend US Cell if you want to be treated as a person and not a number.

The display phones retail price is drastically higher than the real retail price if you were to just buy the phone through the manufacturers website. also, there were only two workers and they took FOREVER with the customers in front of us so we had to wait in here and mess with the phones for over a half an hour, waiting to be helped, and quite a few of the display devices werent even turning on or on. and as usual, accessories are very overpriced. DONT BUY FROM HERE!

Ive been a satisfied, loyal customer for over 10 years. I moved almost 2 years ago, out of state, and was sad to think Id be forced into going with a new provider (thankfully I wasnt).I went in today to do a phone upgrade, seen their new decked out set up, and was interested to see them getting a facelift. Was eager to see what else was in store for the customer experience.I got my name on the list and spent time narrowing down my options. Unfortunately, after waiting over an hour, and being the last one in line, I was told I could set up an appointment for another day, I wouldnt be tended to.I drove 45 mins to remain an eager customer of theirs. After explaining I was out of state and there wasnt an option of another visit, I left dejected and angry at the waste of my time. Customer service and accommodations have declined despite their facelift. Unfortunately it appears, its time to make a switch in providers.

They have the SLOWEST network of all of the major carriers. Its so slow that it takes seven minutes to watch a one minute video. Basically their phone selection sucks, their 4G LTE coverage sucks, and the speed of their network sucks. Theyre not much cheaper than Verizon or AT&T either. Dont go with U.S. Cellular unless you want to rely on your friends with better networks to watch videos.

I have had us cellular for about 3 years. Last summer I drowned my phone and was in the centralia location replacing it. My brother was with me and uses Verizon as a carrier. He has a life proof case on his phone and asked the guy helping me if he could just buy a new screen protector or how that worked? His case was beat up and much older than 14 days old. The guy simply switched out his case for a new one no charge. Pretty cool right?? Well I went into the same location today, talked to the same customer service tech or whatever their title is, asked for the same service my brother had gotten and got told no that they could not do that for me. Although Im a us cellular customer, unlike my brother. Not happy to say the least.

The Chehalis store is awful. The guy there screwed up our plan back in May and took my device coverage off the plan, I just found out about while trying to get broken phone fixed at Centralia store. They cant help as it is too late.

This place is horrible to do business no matter what bill never the same and people arent honest if you talk to anyone on phone or person record convos cause they dont know who works day to day and cant recall anything but they are able to connect you with a bunch of qualified people that can also help do nothing
