I find the staff is quick to determine if youre having a problem also quick and determining how they can help you with that problem straightening the matter out giving you advice and possibly new items if you should need them. They are always polite positive and have a great smile under their mask you can see it in their eyes.

I had the pleasure of coming and receiving help from James at the store. Covid precautions are taken and I felt welcomed from the moment I came in. James was an excellent associate who thoroughly answered any questions that I had. James took extra time to stay late to ensure that everything was taken care of correctly. I am switching over from a competitor, and the experience was 10 fold better here at T-Mobile in large to the customer service I received. Look forward to being with T-Mobile and highly recommend asking for James for any needs or questions.-Kenton

Had to bring a warranty replacement phone to the store because it wasnt working. Employees were very helpful trying to get the phone to work, however the replacement phone i received from square trade is defective. Appreciate their efforts to get the phone working

Super helpful and friendly staff, the newest devices and accessories. I bought a brand new phone and was out the door in about an hour. I broke the screen protector that day and they replaced it fast and free of charge. Absolutely the best place to buy a phone.

These guys are always so helpful and nice! Any problem I shave they do what ever they can to find a solution that works for both of us! Theyre always willing to reword answers to my questions so that I know what thinks mean and they make everyones needs very clear and easy to understand.

I was having trouble with my phone service the other day. Specifically with the iOS download which is prohibiting me from having service... I went in to this location because I live locally, they weren’t any help at all. I tried explaining the difficulty that I’m experiencing and I also showed them. They asked if I was willing to drive to Tacoma which is almost an hour drive north. I am an OIF Veteran, and I struggle with even being out in the community at times due to anxiety issues. Anyway, it’s over a week later and I’m still experiencing these issues. I still have no service! Only WiFi works. I’ve never experienced such poor customer service, and I’m switching providers ASAP.

The staff is helpful as they can be but Mobile is awful. When I originally set up my account I stated I needed the bill to draw in the middle of the Month because I could not afford it in the beginning. They said I would have to come back to get it adjusted. Spent hours of my time trying to get my payment plan adjusted and the next month it reverted right back to the payment schedule I did not want and double the bill. Then they tried to start the whole time wasting process again. Should be a 5 minute interaction if TMobile had their stuff together.
