I came in and got 2 dipped cones for my kids. One exploded on the top and was leaking all over. I had already paid. I politely asked the kid working if he could remake it after seeing my daughters eyes in disappointment. The owner runs out of the back and tells me we can’t remake your cone you can buy another one or I can give your a refund and don’t come back. All this in front of my kids! I have been coming here for 15 years and this is what I got for my loyal patronage. I proceeded to question why he was behaving like this and he proceeded to explain me that he would loose 0.80 cents if he made me another one, and told me to take a refund of $6 and toss the cones. I was like “ are you being serious right now!?” I had asked my kids to step out, as I could tell the owner was becoming erratic and I had to set things straight. After enough arguing he agreed to remake the cone and eat the .80 cost. A real beacon of customer service! SMH 🤦🏻‍♂️

The two gentlemen working here were very polite and quick to make our treats. Well come back again in the future. They were very patient as our kids were tooka while to make up there minds.

Im 70 years old and this is the best experience Ive ever had in my life i have been eating from DQ for over 20 years and the serves is so good the have a guy who name is Harry he is a very good guy he is friendly too and i like their serves so much they are the best and their prices are so low do it is good

If omar farooq still the owner tell him thanks for giving me a job when i was a kid. It helped me get my first car and second car. Thank you so much for helping me out. As shaq qureshi got rich of the birth certificate and michael jordan rose after my birth. Let the good karma comes back to all souls in the place. Jah bless this dq. love you always...... When you just have to have a Blizzard!

My wife and I have been coming here for a number of years now. Have never had a bad experience. Typically are served by the same guy who always seems to be there- feels very much like going to a local ice cream place even if it is a DQ.

Oreo Mint blizzard and strawberry shake! Great in this incredible hot day. Seating on the bench outside it doesnt feel like 90° anymore. Thanks DQ!

Good frozen treat for hot days. Lots of great options on toppings and cones. Also still have shakes and floats. Not too pricey, but sometimes things get very busy slowing down service.

Love this place and have been coming since the mid 90’s. The owner is super nice and always asks how work is going. I’m frequently here with my mom, and if I’m by myself he always asks about her and says to give her a hello. His daughter works there also when she’s not in school and she always remembers us.They are very generous with their cone sizes and toppings. I’m sure they’re very good to all their customers and greatly appreciate everyone. Especially if you care about them in return. 😊

Dairy Queen can often be hit-or-miss. This isnt your gourmet frozen custard shop and sometimes the over injection of air or icyness can be disappointing. You would expect more consistency from a business thats been around since the dawn of time. Sadly franchising has taken its toll. This location seems to be a bit more consistent but that may be because it doesnt offer the wide array of other hot menu items that some locations offer - I believe that helps boost the focus on their ice cream.

Blizzards are amazing. Expensive, but amazing. I have only ever seen a single employees working. There should be at least two in my opinion so one can work the register, and the other can make the treats. This location is not a brazier, so no burgers.

Not the best Dairy Queen it’s just the ice cream which isn’t a bad thing, who would go to Dairy Queen for a meal is besides themselves. However the place is tiny and doesn’t leave the workers much room to get the job done fast, if you go in and theirs a line expect to be their for near a half hour. But the ice cream is fine even tho everything is $5 or more, little pricy for what it is and the quality definetly ain’t cold stone or fine custards but it sure seems like it with what your paying for

This Dairy Queen establishment is a bit small, yet very enjoying and comfortable! The staff are very welcoming with a smile, and the ice cream here is very delicious! If you want a quick frosty treat, come here!

Had to wait in line for about 30 mins with at least 30 people ahead of us., but it was absolutely worth the long wait.

Its dairy Queen. What more could you ask for. Also, pretty dope if youre feeling wacky at 1 am.

Enjoyed my ice cream. Was really crowded the day I was there, but it looks like a big group had just come in. The options are good and the server was kind.

SAM who is there RIGHT NOW 8:30PM THURSDAY JULY 19TH was kind, polite, and fast. The line was OUT THE DOOR and he kept as quick and clean a pace as he could while being polite to some understandably impatient customers. And got everyones order right.

Fast friendly and the ice cream was delicious!

Pretty poor service. The food is fine but the owner or whoever is working at the counter barley gives you any candy in your blizzard or sprinkles on your cone. Feels like they are being too stingy.

Nothing sensational but the ice cream is good. I would stay away from the food though. Service isnt the quickest so you will probably have to wait some. Its not the cleanest place but not dirty either.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I ordered a Oreo blizzard and the Oreos tasted weird and were extra stale, probably been sitting out for far too long. Will not go back and will tell everyone I know not to go.

Hey Dairy Queen, this is my second Sunday here and you have only ONE EMPLOYEE working. Poor Indian guy. The line is too long and it takes forever to be served. HELLOOOO!!!!

Seems like there’s only ever one guy working here by himself, and it takes him twenty minutes to do just about anything. Half way through he forgot my order! There’s even four fans in here and I’m still burning up!
