Gotta say how much I love this Best Buy location. It has easily become one of my favorite locations to shop at and it’s the easiest & quickest for curbside pickup. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I like that the store employees will usually give me personal recommendations and advice as opposed to just reading the website description of the product, which I can do myself easily. They almost always have what you need in stock, and love that they have the Magnolia center for the higher end TVs as well. Based on being able to see and get more info on the new Sony A90J OLED TV, I went for it and bought it. AlsoX ok the recommendation of the Apple rep last weekend to wait on my laptop purchase, I was able to hear the new Apple MacBook Pro announcements this past Monday, and bought a new Mac as well. Thank you Best Buy Cerritos. You guys rock!

Everyone at this location is very helpful and kind. I love Best Buy but the only downfall for me is there 15 day return policy unfortunately. Got my son a pair of headphones and because I wasnt able to bring them back asap they couldnt do anything since it was over 15 days. No store credit or anything. I just wanted to exchange them but they were unable to let me do so.. 🤷♀️
Not much... went to look for a printer and they had a whole aisle on display with 1 under the shelf. They had a stack of 2 off to the side and that was it. I would have rather bought a printer here, but if they dont want to keep the store stocked, theres not much I can do. I didnt really walk around to see the lack of stock was a storewide problem or not. But if you need a printer, good luck.
Nice and clean standalone store so not much traffic and its in a nice isolated location. Lots of parking and easy for in and out shopping.
DO NOT GO HERE TO GET YOUR PHONE FIXED! Took my working iPhone here just to get the battery replaced and when I got it back it was unable to turn on. I was told that the charging port was the issue and I would have to wait until they send my phone to Apple or pay $300 for a new phone. I asked for it back thinking I could just go to a repair shop and get the port fixed. Turns out that the battery they gave me was broken. The repair man used that same battery on different iPhones and none turned on, I even left it charging overnight with the working charging port. Not only that he told me the way they opened my iPhone was aggressive which caused my home button and charging port to break. Keep in mind this man has a 4.9 rating. Wasted $50 for a simple battery replacement and ended up spending way more. Paid $50 for a broken battery at Best Buy (also they broke my home bottom), then payed $100 more to get a working battery and charging port at a repair shop. When I went back to ask for a refund at best buy they got mad because I went to fix the problem they caused with a 3rd party. I should’ve got a refund and I am still upset till this day. Repair shop guy told me that he sees geek squad going to his shop and ask him for advice and repairs.I would not recommend. I also received an email 1 month later saying they completed my device when they were never able to complete the diagnostics on my phone.

I made an appointment to have my I phone diagnostics checked at this Best Buy through Apple. Apple verified the appointment with an email and a text. The manager, Kevin Reynolds said that I did not have an appointment even though I showed him both verifications. He was flippant and said it was “not his problem.” Complaint made to Apple, and I was told the issue is with the Best Buy (Cerritos). Take your business elsewhere!!
These people are so quick to say they dont give student discounts and I sat there and got a student discount for a computer earlier this year... Bunch of liars. This is why I love the Best Buy in orange. They dont sit there and lie in my face.

This is my home store and I love being so close by. There are a few things that they run out of quickly in the toys section. Being collectible quality its understandable but not to grandbaby! I always order online for pick up and its never an issue. They come out quickly or I go inside, all good and friendly.
Overall it was a great experience. I was directed to what I needed to buy, and found it without delay. Prices are comparable to many other businesses. Purchase was made with a nice clerk! I highly recommend BestBuy!

Sales Associates know their jobs,products, compatibility of accessories. One young man stood out amougst all . He was very courteous, patient, kind, very knowledgeable of computers and accessories. He told me he really liked his job and he represented the store in a very welcoming and positive light. He is a future Leader .😄

This place is great, but like all business, there is the good and the bad. My experience was bad when I found out that the Best Buy warranty I purchased was only for a one time use on returns, then you have to pay again to keep getting the warranty each time. They really know how to get you. Overall, the store is a go to place, just be sure to read the fine print before spending a lot of money on a warranty.
I bought a Bamboo Ink, because the seller told me that stylus works with the Asus UX535 and was false, dont works and dont has compatibility with that computer. Confirmed with Asus and Bamboo Support Service.

Avoid this particular BestBuy in Cerritos town center at all cost. I bought an item about 6 months ago then had return it in 3 weeks unused due to no need. Firstly, they slapped me with their new 2 weeks return policy which changed since I last returned something to them. Used to be 1 month. I reluctantly accepted it and they offered a store credit card with the balance return. I was very irritated that they stuck me with them for about $70 card for unforeseen use in literally forever. Knowing their reputation, I tried to avoid them in the past. OK. I took it. Recently a need to buy something from them emerged. I tried using their store credit online which was denied. I googled that and it turned out that I had to enter card number except first 2 numbers. Tried that got declined again. Then I went to the store to buy what I needed. The same card got denied again. Firstly, they said I already used it and the balance was zero!? Just like that… I protested! Then reluctantly they started looking into the issue. Told me what I already tried online. In front of them I entered card number to make a store pickup as they refused to deal with the card issue by themselves and apply its balance toward the purchase. Card got denied again. Again, after almost 30 minutes investigation they told me due to these tries card got marked as potentially fraudulent activity and told me to call BestBuy corporate phone number to resolve the issue. I refused to continue wasting my time. I left the card at the store and walked away. These people created an issue in the first place. They improperly issued store credit that wouldn’t ever work. After investigation they realized that I wasn’t cheating or anything yet they refused to deal with the situation – apply the balance toward the purchase and let me go, but instead chose to be heartless, uncaring, rude, lying and ignorant. Their rep multiple times refused to call a manager, called himself a manager!? Since I didn’t easily give up some 20yo lady showed up supposedly a manager that simply restated what their rep told me and didn’t help a bit. AVOID THEM IN PARTICALAR AND THE WHOLE CHAIN AS WELL. THEY ARE ON THEIR WAY DOWN TO BUNCROPCY LIKE THEIR COMPETITORS DID. WE NEED CHAINS THAT CARE, HELP AND LISTEN AND TAKE PRACTICAL SOLUTIONS TO SITUATIONS THAT OCCUR.

I tried to get service for over 30 minutes yet recieved NO HELP at all. Not one employer came over to try helping. If it had been busy i would very much understand but with as empty as it was it was extremely disappointing i ended up just leaving and placing my order online. When i returned for pick up and told the employee what happened she didnt even acknowledge it. Needless to say i will be finding a different place to shop

This Best buy is one of the smaller Best buys in the county here but most of the time they have a pretty good stock of merchandise here. Anytime in the past when Ive checked Best buys website looking for a certain piece of merchandise they always seem to have it at this store. Parking can get a little tight here at some times because this parking lot shares with other businesses but overall its not too bad of an experience when it comes to parking. Overall the experience is good at this store but if youre looking for something please check their website first before coming here so you dont waste your time if youre looking for a piece of merchandise. Best buys website is pretty accurate most of the times.

After a whole day full of traveling to 3 separate stores after delays with my order, I ended up at this store very frustrated and upset with BestBuy. The manager, Kevin, was so nice and professional and was able to resolve the issue with my order. He was able to rectify the frustration and inconvenience that other stores had caused me. Also, Don, the computer salesman was incredibly helpful and sympathetic to the service I had received previously. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Went in knowing exactly what I wanted and checked online if the TV was available on store, would have ordered online but wanted to see the picture quality in person first. But of course the TV is out of stock when I arrived, when asking for help the guy seemed annoyed with me and told me, I can see if TVs are available with a little check on each TV price sign and that I dont need any help. He constantly checked his watch and paced around me. I just gave up and left. Had better service in Costco TV department.

Went into the store and bought a TV to he delivered to my house, I paid in full and went home to wait for my TV. 30 minutes later my order had been canceled by Best Buy because they sold me a TV they didnt have in stock despite the salesman garauntee that they had it and the website showed them in stock at other stores. Very unprofessional service. I am very disappointed in the way Best Buy conducts business.

Really enjoyed this place.Pros: still able to see some of the products in their displays so you have real time to feel, touch and see the actual product before purchase.Cons: lengthy, but controlled lines to get in. Plan to be there a few extra minutes.

Sneaky and deceptive practice for BestBuy over all to bundle trials of products and automatically add to the shopping cart. At checkout, most people dont sit and see what is on there.. since the total amount due is what they anticipated.. what people dont realize is that best buy affiliated products already have your credit card and they enroll you in these subscriptions at no charge.. but you get whacked in 90 days for the subscription.. in this case, some useless antivirus, 3rd rate software that nobody would probably buy so they bundle it and deceptfully make you buy it. And shutterfly?! WTH is that? because I dont have a hundred other better options?!!!! Despicable act on part of best buy.. I know they are desperate.. writing on the wall... Frys didnt make it.. and neither will you.. just a matter of time.. ill be waiting for the going out of business sales...Should have gone to Amazon like I always do... definitley will remember the horrible experience and not return again!! Good job BestBuy!!!!

I took my son here to buy his very first laptop at 26 years old. It was a Sunday afternoon we had to wait in line outside to get in they followed all face mask and covid-19 rules. When we checked in they said data specialist will text us to help us personally in electronics. Unfortunately they never texted us. But to Best Buys credit they have some outstanding employees. One employee named Nick Palumbo who is a Microsoft expert working in the computer area came over and asked us many questions to help guide us from the lowest price to some of the best laptops. He was informative, extremely smart and really knew everything about computers. We felt comfortable not pressured. It was an exciting and fun experience for my Son. Next to his car this was the second largest investment my son has had made buying this laptop in his life. I recommend Best Buy and be sure to ask for Nick in the computer area he will treat you right and youll feel great after you buy a computer there.
As far as I know as of Nov 18 theres no more walk in pickup, everything will be car pickup. Regular checkout is still available. Things go pretty fast and inventory is pretty accurate vs the website. I constantly see the staff arranging or cleaning. Line checkout is almost always under 10 min.

This is honestly the best when it comes to online orders. Their contactless pickup is my favorite system out of all of the stores that offer it now. I just park, use their app to say that Im there and describe my car and say where Im parked. I usually get my items like in about 1 minute. I roll down my passenger window and they drop it off and Im done. Everyone is really nice when Im inside the store if its something I need to do in person too.

General Manager James should help all customer not just his friends or family. I was at the store on 12/19 around 1pm. I was waiting at the customer service to return some merchandise. As soon as I got there I noticed 2 young ladies getting behind me on the line. GM James approached them and talked to them as if they are his relatives. I wait until the associate at the counter becomes available. When I was called to the counter, I noticed that James called the 2 young ladies to the open register and starts helping them out. Standing in the line outside for 40 minutes was bad but what I experienced inside was even more disappointing.
I have nothing but great experiences at this store. There was one time where the clerk was trying her best to help my wife exchange a samsung watch and after trying for a half hour the manager took over. Instead or telling us we were out of luck, the manager pulled strings to do the exchange. And we just got two perfect screen protectors installed here. Ive had nothing but bad installs at other stores. Always great help here.

I was there for a trade-In with some old tech. All went smoothly, but it took some time for an employee with the trade-in program to arrive. Perhaps its new, but it took some time. Overall, worth the time.

Since the COVID19, there are two lines for the entrance: one for shopping, and the other for online pick up. I hope they make it clear for the people not to confuse. A lot of people were standing on shopping line for online pick up and they complained. It would be good to an employee to shout to remind different line for pick up.

I went in to get a new cellphone. Sales Associate who attended to me wasnt the friendliest. Worse, she got my account locked out for 20 mins. And when I asked her if we can call my provider, she adamantly said no because of covid. Which I understood. However, when a guy asked her for help she willingly made the call for him BUT she wouldnt for me. And David, store manager didnt seem genuine in giving his associate training in customer service.
