We came here to purchase appliances for our kitchen renovation and found an amazing representative through Jerry.Jerry was very thorough in explaining the differences between the brands, highlighting the features of the models, and informing us of the current manufacturer deals. In addition, we did not feel any sales pressure and were able to browse at our own pace.We would definitely recommend this location to anyone who is looking for a wide range of brands, friendly reps, and great prices. Big shout out to Jerry. He was a great help. Knowledgeable. Good sense of humor. Straightforward. Were remodeling and needed new kitchen appliances. With the pandemic, the original appliances we wanted were back ordered indefinitely. Jerry helped us weigh different options that would most suit our needs. Now, we have a cooktop and hood coming in 5 days instead of several months.

Moving into a brand new home we needed everything from sound systems, washer, dryer and a top line fridge! We went to Pacific Sales like we have done for over 20 years. We had the pleasure of working with Jerry Huang. He is an expert in listening to our needs, providing multiple options and educating us on all the features each appliance had. After much decision making and when we were ready to right up the order he took it upon himself to do a price search on the internet and took off a couple hundred dollars because he found a price he could match. Who does that? If you want to be treated honestly and fairly - Pacific Sales and Jerry Huang deliver every time. We will continue to be loyal to this store and Jerry.

This is the best place to shop for the appliance with free delivery and the best customer service. Both sales, financing/cashiers, and customer service were super good. Particularly Jerry at this store, the sales rep that helped us choose the product for washer and dryer not only looked through different pricing options and features, he also did everything he can to give us the best price on the market with price matching Best Buy offers. We ended up saving a good % that made us feel good about shopping there. This is why Pacific has always been my first choice for appliance with such excellent service from people like Jerry!. Michael Kaczmarek in plumbing had an amazing array of knowledge and was the utmost in his professionalism.I posted this review a couple months ago but since this time we have had an issue with products and delivery. Michael came through again is being so helpful in assisting us to resolve the issues. What could have turned out to be a poor reflection on the company became a positive experience. You know when a company is good when they stand by their customers to resolve issues. Thank you to Michael for all of your help!

Pacific Sales is a subsidiary of Best Buy, where the former carries premium brands while the latter features popular brands. If you are not satisfied with the range of floor models, please go to the Best Buy in Lakewood. Their business model is not merely selling, delivering, haul away, and installing, but making sure that the appliance that one purchases will fit your kitchen, especially the box that holds your dishwasher, oven, and the likes.Update 11.30.2019 Tom the General manager at this branch is a big asset to the company and great consultant to the consumers. All other team members are friendly and wear a big smile. Though the store closes at 6 pm while we walked in around 515 pm, Tom was very patient and knowledgeable in explaining all the different features of the appliances that we are interested in until way past 6:30. He answered all our questions. He was attentive to our needs and made sure we were completely satisfied with our purchase of a washer and dryer. Thank you Pacific Sales!

This was the first time we had been inside this particular store and the employees were great. Eli was right there to answer any and all of our questions that my husband and I had. we needed to buy a new washer and dryer and had no problems with Elis help picking one out. Cindy at the Counter was also great with getting us checked out and made sure we didnt need anything else. we appreciate the great customer service.

Our salesman Phiilip was very helpful and courteous. His knowledge and experience as a salesman was a great help to us in determining which model and brand of refrigerator and stove would suit our needs and budget. DONT FALL FOR THEIR PRICES - they do not stand behind their product, and their accountability ends the moment they ring you up. I rarely publish poor reviews online, but had to post this as a safety warning after our experience. We purchased a gas range from this store 2 years ago, but only used the oven once before. When we used it a few nights ago, our carbon monoxide detector went off. The following day, a gas inspector informed us that our gas range was LEAKING CARBON MONOXIDE!. I understand its been 2.5 years and I understand that the appliance store may not be at fault for this issue. However, what appalled me was the sales rep and his manner in handling the situation. 1) As soon as we began our explanation, he could only focus on the one-year warranty (Who said anything about a warranty? I wanted a person to properly install and inspect the device so this wouldnt happen again) 2) He told me that he knows the sales rep who sold it to us and trusts him (look, Im happy that hes supportive of his colleague, but again, this is irrelevant). What wouldve been helpful is if he offered some suggestions such as next steps (recommend a certified, reputable assembler - one he personally recommends); ask if we would like to speak to a manager, or provide direct contact to the distributor or manufacturer of the product. Nope, he just stood there arms crossed refusing to take any responsibility and went on repeating the one-year warranty. Our favorite line was we have sold thousands of these and never had a problem. As if he can be accountable of every detect that happens (that was sold outside of this store). Save yourself some time, dont fall for the bargain trap of this place and stay away. UPDATE. I spoke with the manufacturer and they directed me to a reputable service center. I wish I could play the conversation on repeat to the sales team at Pacific Sales so they can learn to be more professional.

Purchased an oven the other day, and was assisted by Steve Baker. He was extremely professional, helpful, and able to answer all of our questions. Each staff member I came in contact was great. The oven was delivered as promised.

4 star for the showroom & cleanliness & set up, only couple sales persons are courteous to suggest & help us extra to select or want to find out what really our priorities are, thanks to them, others walk around making it look like they are doing something, cashiers nothing special. Things get done but come prepared dont expect a lot to get to know more than what you know about products.

I would never recommend Pacific sales to anyone. The salesman Steve was rude and did not follow up with me. He sold me the wrong dishwasher that had to be returned. He then sold me a microwave that when the installers came to install it and they open the box it was damaged. I am immediately called Steve and all Pacific sales would do for me was give me $40 off of a dented microwave. But the worst part was I had to pay the installer to deliver it back to Pacific sales and if I wanted another one had to pay the installer again which was very unfair. I reported to my credit card company and they lied to my credit company and told them I never reported it which I had a house full of witnesses and then I did the damage so let the buyer beware at Pacific sales, especially Steve the salesman hes not a truthful or honest person youre can do better elsewhere.
