Cerritos auto square is easy to find, right off of the freeway. There’s plenty of parking, it’s not a crazy busy street which is helpful. It doesn’t put too much pressure on the unfamiliar driver when looking for the specific dealership driveway.It’s intimidating for me to visit a dealership to look around because of all the salesman stories I’ve heard but it wasn’t a nightmare at all! The gentleman that helped me wasn’t pushy, he didn’t rush me or try to push a car on me. He took his time, was thorough in answering all my questions and didn’t makeMe feel like I was inconveniencing him. I visited the Toyota dealership and was seeing what they had for used cars. He even suggested that I go to the other deanships in order to be certain I was happy with whatever it was that I chose. I appreciate how on the windows of the far was all the information about the vehicle, including an easy to use QR code that connected me directly to the carfax report.

Someone came to help us fast. The car selection was minimum for used cars. We seen another car at the Irvine auto square and both places was not welling to transfer the car...talking about they cant reach the Irvine place. We then called Irvine and they was like we are going to lose the sell. Not sure if my son wants to go back, but I know I will not buy a car from them.

They were very busy. The service agent who handled my car kept his word on when my car would be ready. Plus he was professional and personal and followed the golden rule. Please and thank you was used throughout our interactions.

Cerritos Acura treated me right. More than 50% less expensive than other dealerships in LA. They gave me a brand new loaner car while mine was being worked on.This was my 1st visit to Cerritos Acura, I will be returning again. Very positive experience and the price was fantastic.

A good place to find a car.

On Thursday September 2nd 2021, I took my car for an oil change, and I asked Ivan Cruz (rep) how much it will be if they do the tires rotation and he told me that it was included on the oil change price $79.95 labor and parts is 81.94 and when I got home I checked the position of the tires and I noticed that they did rotate the tires. My rear right tire the lettering is different then the other three because they change the tire for a new one about 5 months ago. Be careful when you take your car to the dealer. I will call them on Tuesday.

The Ram, Chrysler dealership service center is the worst

Long story long, went in for my partial 90k service. Worked with Hans and he was great. Got my battery checked and was good to go. ONE WEEK LATER my battery completely dies. I went to South Bay Infiniti to change the battery since cerritos is moving lots and wasnt taking drop offs. South Bay found other things wrong and recommended that cerritos didnt catch. I go back to cerritos, John says batteries can be good one minute and bad the next, which Ive NEVER HEARD OF. Then he and the assistant service manager look under the hood and say that they DO SEE SOMETHING that SHOULD HAVE been brought to my attention at least but WASNT AT ALL. The inspection WAS NOT THORUGH and I was, in a way, shooed off after coming back to cerritos. John offered to reinspect my car but his ATTITUDE suggested that it would be rushed through AGAIN. Yes, he was nice, but he was also nonchalant and tried to deflect from his teams mishap and focus on what was done right instead of areas of improvement. I definitely dont trust their tech or customer service anymore. Not even a comp for the inconvenience. Definitely will be changing dealerships.

I went to several dealerships in Cerritos Auto square most of them were pushy but courteous something youve come to expect when you go into a den of sales associates all trying to sell their product. The exception was Mazda they were exceptionally disfunctional I walked around in the dealership I witnessed associates walking around looking but not doing or saying to me and my family. I didnt want to overreact so I gave it a chance besides maybe thats their policy to let customers shop around by themselves and not be pressured until we witnessed two additional customers drive up and they were helped immediately I dont know exactly where this type of indiscriminate behavior was generated from but I do know I did not want to subject my family to it so my family of two and I went on our way. lastly from a personal observation it doesnt seem as if the personnel at Mazda is motivated to work with the public in a respectable fair and equitable manner and as far as the receptionist it seems as if she was more focused on wearing tight pants and looking too cool for school rather than greeting the customers and getting them situated besides she is seated by the the front door. This type of behavior does not happen on the west side which incidentally is where Ill be taking my business.

Im not sure if I just picked a good day to go on a Wednesday midday, but the service was excellent! I went for a oil change and they told me it was going to be about 1hr 1/2. I requested a shuttle and they immediately got me shuttle for me and my two kids. They keep me informed at all times with text messaging about my car.. I really loved the service

Very bad service here, I took my car because it had a recall they told me it was going to take 3 days but it took 10 days instead. When they returned it to me it was very dirty on the outside and on the inside it was full of dirty polish. Also Paloma that is her name for the service gave HORRIBLE service. We do not recommend Cerritos Nissan bad for service, and selling cars Please DO NOT come.

Service can be very abrupt. They tell you what they recommend but are very lacking when it comes to explanations and basic customer service. I also tried to buy a car from this dealer and the sales and finance people were very rude and downright snobs. They spent the whole time trying to convince me to buy a cheaper car. Instead I went to Alhambra Acura and got the car I wanted at a fair price with no haggling from the sales person.

This place is great! Nick from service was very helpful and they did everything they said they would!

My appointment was at 2:20 the day of Presidents day even though I arrived at 1:45 I was out in a good timely manner. Great service and I thank the staff for the food they provided for the customers for Presidents Day . The whole staff is friendly from sales to the service and parts department. My service advisor Pedro is always friendly and courteous and explains in detail regarding the service that was done.

The worst service i ever had 4hours to do an oil change. Wil never go back due to the fact that i paid for a bunch of services that were added to my bill that were not accualy done to my car. Paid for brackes and rotor and they. Never changed and that caused more issues to my car. When confronted about it they give you a million excuses but never even offer to fix the problem at no cost insted they told me to come it and the will take care of it at a discount. A week after they charged me to do them in the first place. Please do not come to this dealer you will only get ripped off....

Great place to check out a wide variety of automobiles. Chances are if youre looking for a car they have it. The negative is that there are so many people flocking to the area that in certain dealerships the customer service lacks because theyll just move onto the next hundred that will walk on the lot in the next hour.
