Im not an everyday online shopper. and i will never shop Walmart online ever again i have been waiting for two items for over a month. whenever i check tracking all i get is delayed. i sent a messages an all i got was an email telling me how to track the package. never will i ever. if i could do a negative star i would

If there were zero starts I would give them zero starts. They scan the label but dont ship the item. So basically you order the things but never receive them because they never ship them. you get the usps notifications only because they scan the label to make it look like they shipped it. They dont respond to emails and are just robbing people.

This company only take your money you will not get what you order. They do not answer email nor the phone and when they answering the phone the will hung up on you. If I can give them a 0 stars I would . I order from Walmart

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM EZ TRAVEL! I placed an order for goggles on 4/1/20 through Walmart, (during the Covid19 pandemic) and never received the merchandise. I finally emailed them on 4/22/20 after the tracking indicated that the order was never processed and the merchandise was never shipped.I emailed Lili @ [email protected] and asked her for a refund, and she tried to tell me that the merchandise was delayed and that I should wait another 3-4 days. I advised her that the tracking indicated the merchandise was never shipped, that it wasnt delayed, and that I just wanted a refund. She responded that she would give me a refund IF I agreed to NOT post a negative review!??So, I disputed the charges and now everyone can save themselves the aggravation of ordering from these clowns.

Ordered via Walmart site - order was received late and when I attempted to initiate a return EZ Travel and Walmart played “toss the hot potato “ and neither provided assistance for return or refund.

I bought some facemasks from them through Walmart. The masks are basically foam rubber and useless. They removed the item from Walmarts website so I cant review it there.

I placed this order in February under Walmart account. I have sent three emails and never have received a response. Three months later I have not received a refund or package. Order have been showing delayed since Feb. when I track the order. I would not advise anyone to order from this company on Amazon or Walmart.

I would like to say I ordered 2 items from here in April I finally received my items May 30th. Thank you for sending my items.

I ordered clothes on dec 9. I have had no up dates and it was supposed to be here the 16th of dec. and no it’s not out for delivery. And ur 5 to 7 days to b delivered sucks. U need to rethink ur promises!

Fraudulent Company. Sends fraudulent tracking information. Does not provide you with your product. Takes your money and NEVER RESPONDS!
