Fantastic customer service. Each of the employees I dealt with were helpful, professional and friendly. There were a couple people ahead of me but the wait time was not bad at all.
Closed an hour early and when a customer asked the employee why they shut the metal security gate on her face! Awful service.

The people working here couldnt care less about customer service specially the name Abigail .. She is so rude she doesn’t know how to speak to a customer. She repeats the same sentence over and over like a robot. She doesnt want to listen to your concerns, it is useless to speak to her. She doesnt want anyone to go in the store and this is a corporate store. I was expecting a different treatment from Verizon, I will be taking my business elsewhere, very disappointed. If I could give negative stars I would for this store.
Store was busy but not full. No acknowledgment and it was difficult to tell employee from customers.Looked around and waited at register for a few.Other customers were coming in and not social distancing.Store looked clean and parking was available.Could not without knowing how much longer so I left.
I went to the Corporate store in Cerritos to cancel a line from my account. The Customer Service Representative was very helpful and solved the issue in 5 minutes. They were great.

Amazing Customer service! I was trying to get a phone for like two days and they helped out a lot with making the phone calls and all that sort of stuff, the manager who was there, not sure what his name was to be honest was awesome. Heck of a guy man, really chill and down to earth. All of them were amazing!

Waited over 30 minutes in curbside pickup for my order. Every employee that came out made eye contact and then walk back into the store or tried to find something interesting. Even checked in on the app and no one came out. Tried waving someone down and they just looked away.Considering cancelling my order and getting it at another store due the unprofessionalism displayed at this one today.

Just went here to address some phone issues. Great service and friendly staff. They redesigned their indoor floorplan to me social distancing complaint: personal booths for 1 on 1 with your Verizon employee (this is actually a super nice feature that i hope rolls over post-pandemic)

Store is under construction and their items are not 100 % in display, however they do have more items than the store in Lakewood. Their staff is friendlier and customer oriented. In my opinion this is a better store than the Lakewood store

This Verizon store really sucks. I suggest people to go to another nearby store. The people working there dont care about any problems you have nor do they show any interest. Its really annoying because Ive been to fantastic Verizon stores with great customer service and this store was such a disappointment. The Manager looked at me as if my problem was not his business - aka: leave now, I cant help you attitude.What? You guys get paid a commission when you sell a phone or sign a new customer? Dont attend to existing customers problems because there is no $$$ attached to it? I dont know how much these fools are making but their behaviors certainly makes me feel like theyre only trying to catch new customers or get people to upgrade to a new phone.I was not happy so I asked for the Regional Supervisors contact information and the Asian manager said he doesnt know and there is no one like that (liar, You know who Im talking about!!) Then he tells me to wait and gives me the 1-800 customer service number. Thanks boys. I got Regional Presidents contact information and I will be getting in touch and filing a complaint.Verizon, please get rid of the bald Asian manager that wears glasses with tattoos up and down his right arm.

I checked into the Verizon Store and Im literally the only one here but still had to wait for an available employee to help me.I guess the 3 employees at the front counter had to finish their conversation before they drew straws to see who it would be.Ive literally been going to this Verizon store for as long as I can remember. Unfortunately, it seems like the customer service that Verizon was so well-known for no longer exist.
I used to have Verizon like 2 years ago, the up sold me a tablet with my phone and service. Last year I stopped using them. I just took the tablet in from storage only for them to tell me it cant be upgraded nor will it upload any apps at all. They recomend I go to best buy to buy a new one. Used it once during the upsale..

I did not have a good experience today. I had made arrangements to get a new iPad. I received texts indicating that the iPad could be picked up at noon. When I got there, the iPad was not there but was at a different location. Abby tried to give me the run-around, saying that they had pushed it here. I told her not to play a game of semantics with me; she would lose. She didnt apologize. She just kept insisting that they had done their job by ensuring there was an iPad somewhere to be had. While waiting, the customer sitting next to me said that her brother had ordered a phone online, with pick up at this store. When he came in to get it, they wouldnt provide it. Apparently, there was only one of those phones and another customer in line wanted it. So, after spending more than an hour on the phone with Verizon, he had to cancel his order. They didnt even offer me any compensation for the inconvenience or for having to go out of my way to pick up the iPad.
So I have an Iphone 11 that i got from the apple store so i can get it unlocked already. I wanted to switch carriers from tmobile to verizon so I waited at this verizon store for more than 30min for them to tell me that my phone wasnt compatible with verizon. That my phone was locked and that i needed to pay it off first. So i called apple costumer service and told me that the phone is definitely unlocked so clearly those guys dont know what theyre doing
Heed the Yelp and Google warnings. Stay Away!I visited this store because it wasnt too far from my job. I walked in to find a service representative sneering when I entered. She gave me an obligatory Hi. Can I help you? You could see and feel that she did not want to be there. I was there only to buy an iPhone 4 phone charger, which they did not have readily displayed on the wall. I was then told that I would have to wait a number of minutes to have them find me one as well as have someone wait on me to pay for the cord. Frustrated, I left and went to nearby Radio Shack, where I found the cord, paid for it immediately and saved about $10.00 from what I would have spent on it at Verizon-Cerritos.I went in to the same store about a year earlier to have them activate an air card for me. It seemed as though I was burdening them with something it only took them 5 minutes to do. Absolutely the worst customer service ever.Dont give up on Verizon altogether. The customer service reps over the phone, reps in all other stores and the overall cell phone service is great! Verizon really needs to do show this store some attention.
I dont know what happened to this place, going to a VerizonWireless store you had the confidence they were gonna take care of all your needs. At this location it is clear everyone is there just to pick up a check, the greeting is awful, theres no sincerity in the way they handle the issues. Verizon is already expensive compared to the other brands and people that stayed with Verizon was because the guest service been great, now it is becoming more and more like the other ones or worst. I bought a new very expensive Galaxy S9plus and I had to go back to the same store 3 times just for an issue that no one seem to care, almost a month and still waiting for a glass protector over the mail. Just call the store 5mn ago and the person who answered didnt even say Verizon in a proper way. After more than 10 years with Verizon now Im definitely thinking of changing cellphone company.
Absolutely not a good people to represent Verizon! I have been with Verizon for more than 10 years and never had a bad experience with service. But this store has done a major damage to my image about Verizon! Rude sales people and managers too! It looks like they are not motivated to deal with customer at all!! All they like to do to get you to sign a most expensive plans they have and get out of their face!! On the other hand the Verizon In Long Beach Town Center been very helpful and friendly to fix these peoples short-come. What a shame same company stores and run so different! Thanks the Long Beach Town Centers Employees for a great service!!!

For the past 10 years Ive come in and out of this Verizon store and STILL till this day Ive received the WORST customer service from this location over and over and over again. Even the manager is bad. Im in shock that nothing has been done about this yet. They even start closing down registers early. I went in 20 min before they closed hoping to pay my Verizon bill and the manager had closed down the payment system. He told, usually no one comes around this time so he closed it early. Sounded more like he wanted to get home ASAP. I couldnt believe this.
Customer service was HORRIBLE. The Branch manager is the worst. I cant believe Verizon Wireless would knowingly put this person in charge of a Corporate Branch. I would recommend never doing business with this branch.
Very poor customer service, they do not respect they money you spend with Verizon. I would not recommend coming to this store for anything. If you got to this story you will be disappointed. Verizon take a look at all the bad reviews for this Branch it should not be that hard to have a happy customers. Something is wrong.
What did I like about it? I loved how happy everyone in the store was. Smiling. Laughing. Joking. I read an earlier review about how the store associates never seem to stay the same. I dont like that. Same thing at the T-Mobile in the cerritos town center too.
They only want new subscribers and your money. Zero ability or desire to help customers. Verizon should replace the manager and retrain the workers.
Absolutely horrible. I went in for them to put a simple screen protector on and they refused. I said I was with Verizon and all I wanted was a little help because I can not put them on very well. So I was seeing if they would help me out. But no they said they wont do it. So I said okay thank you for nothing and left. Ill be sure to never go to that Verizon again

After becoming a brand new customer yesterday 6/29/18. I visited this location to pick up a phone I’d purchased. The moment I arrived. No one greeted me nor other customers as we arrived. The problem arises when I they asked for ID to pick my merchandise up. I show the rep my dmv approved CA driver license. She consults her manager Johnny and the entire experience with him was horrible. Johnny really needs to revisit the training academy Verizon has for their team members. He insisted I call Verizon to ask them abt my identification I had. I thought the proper way would be to assist me with the call. Not send me on my way. So I make the call. Now after comforming with the rep over the phone. She agrees I do have the proper ID. He goes back and forth with her. He then hands me the phone call back to me like he’s frustrated and asks one of the other workers to get my device. My first time visiting this store was a memorable one. Not good at all. I won’t be returning. I hope they do better with other customers in the future. Because the manager sets the tone for the store and it should be better than I experienced.

It is the worst, awful service I’ve ever had in my life. The staff Phill in charged of “ speciality solution,” made me upset and end up saying “Cancel verizon service of my phone.” His response was like go ahead whatever. Then I spontaneously went to tmobile store located at the same mall and got a great hospitality. In the begigning, I went verizon to ask details on my pay bill, thinking to pay the bill in the store. Instead of giving me specific info or explanation, Phill was staring and asking me back my questions are nonsense. It is true I’ve been paying but always had wonder about it. Furthermore, his voice tone was almost yelling at me, and insulting me by saying his comment is quiet “valid,” and my question is stupid. (He actually didn’t answer my question.)

Horrible Experience.I was with VZW customer service for over 40 minutes trying to fix my phone that was overheating badly (up to 174F!!!) and the battery starting to bulge ever so slightly and pushing out the back of the phone. VZW said Id need to go to the store and replace the phone with a new one as its the company, again THE COMPANY (Verizon) policy to replace these phones at their corporate store.I show up to the store and they tell me they do not take phones at the store and theyd issue me a refurbished and the manager (Monica) tells me Verizon would be losing hundreds of dollars if they issue me a new phone. How are they not on the same page? I asked that she read the notes that were left on my account by VZW Customer support and she says they are plain wrong and she wouldn’t take the loss of giving me a phone. I ask that she read the note again and she again refused and said Customer Support is a different channel and the store doesn’t go by what Customer Support says.She issued me a receipt for a refurbished phone which I didn’t even ask for and told me I’d have a working phone as soon as possible. Seeing all the negative reviews makes me wonder why Verizon even has a store.These guys will only treat you well if you are opening a new line or upgrading. Otherwise, their service is terrible

The golden rule applies here. Dont act like a dumbass and expect to have your ass kissed. I had a wonderful and pleasant experience and was treated with the level of respect i would expect from a business partner. The staff here is wonderful and I hope they dont have to deal with rude and ignorant customers like the ones im seeing in the reviews.

I was a Verizon customer until Sunday August 26. I had been a customer for many years. I went into the Verizon store in Cerritos, California in the Cerritos Towne Centre and was looking to upgrade my phone for myself and my husband and ready to sign another 2 year contract agreement. Unfortunately, I was left waiting for over 40 minutes and we were there with our 15 month old daughter ....just waiting....and there was no one else in queue. They had all these people there and noone could take care of us and they didnt even seem to care. I have never seen such terrible customer service in my life. I told them I needed to go soon because my daughter was getting fussy and impatient and needed to eat dinner. They said to wait five more minutes after we had already waited for 40 minutes....still nothing done. I was so angry with what happened, I went next door to the AT&T store and bought 2 new phones from them and signed up for 2 year agreement. And they treated my husband and daughter well .....the difference in customer service was like night and day. I have never seen such inept service as the Verizon in Cerritos Towne Center.

Rude staffNo customer service 6pm 6/29/19I went to pay off my iPhone & iPad and disconnect my line, they charge me instantly for the products butDon’t help to disconnect my line, keep sending me to other guy, then one of them said “you have to do it yourself.” As I was about to leave there were five staff member no other customer was there, but no one helped me out with this.
