Never bought shoes from Journeys. All I can say is the gentleman that assisted me today with my buy was a total sweetheart. I didnt get his name, but I believe he was a manager.. But he gave phenomenal customer service. Plus I earned extra money for simply subscribing to their website! How cool! I get updates on new trends and they award you with a coupon!! Thank you for the recommendation by the way. What more can you ask for?! Right.I will definitely be coming back for more Docs!! God bless!

Today I was in the store. I saw a pregnant woman yelling & threatening an employee, who wasnt even a customer. The manager, Jesse, didnt bother to stop the situation. He continued to let the woman yell & threatened the employee. What kind of manager allows that?!? You need to have better management that will stop situations like this! No employee deserves to be treated this way! I ended up not buying anything.

Today I went to Journeys with my Granddaughter. The store ManagerJimmy he wore black glasses. He asked me if I needed help. I asked him do rhey carry the Harry Potter Vans. From a distant he told me they were on the third shelf, than came over and pointed them out but never asked if I needed help . I asked to speak to the srore Manager he said he was the Manager. I told him that he needed a lot of training. I told him you are supposed to greet your customers, and ask if they need help. Jimmy asked like I was bothering him. Corporate, please give your store manager additional training. If was good, I should have left out buying at least three pair of shoes, sock, and shoe cleaner. Jimmy made Journey loose money today. I went next door to Shoe Palace customer service was outstanding. My Granddaughter was happy to get three pair of shoes. I dont spend my hard earned money with Companies that dont acknowledge their customers!

I never write a review but I think it is important I do because of the great experience I had at this location . I ordered shoes online and unfortunately FedEx was irresponsible and delivered the package in my backyard where I was unable to see it. I finally found the shoes weeks later only to find that my dog had completely torn them up. I was sad and FedEx said they couldnt do anything about it. Luckily the manager at this Journeys was amazing and replaced them for me! I know it was not Journeys fault but I was so grateful at the costumer service they provided. I never had this experience with any other shoe store. Thank you Journeys for thinking of your customers feelings and cleaning up the mess of FedEx lol! you have a guaranteed lifetime customer

I was looking for birkenstocks. I asked the sales associate for my size. He brings out my size, but there is only one shoe. He tells me to just take the one that is on display. The one on display was a completely different shade from all the dirt of other peoples feet. Then he says that it’s just because it was made differently. Very disappointed in this!!

She loves it. So it must be a trendy place.

Very helpful, the sales girl was very effective, went in n out in about 5 mins and sold me on some socks.
