Came here again. Customer service still hasn’t been addressed. We were here looking around for a good 10/15 minutes. My family was the only ones inside. Not once was we greeted, asked if we wanted to try a shoe on, or if we had any questions. We were close by the register also. There was no effort . Something should be addressed about the lack of customer service. It’s definitely time for a coaching conversation.

Ugh. We were in here 10 minutes, there were two employees that saw us and made eye contact with us. Not once did they greet us, ask if we needed help with something or even say good bye they saw us walking out. Bad service.

There was a pair of Nikes that I liked and wanted to see if they had them in my size. I waited to see if an employee offered help but they never did they would just walk by past me. So I went to the girl in the register so she could check if they had them and she told me that they would check. More than 15 minutes passed by and they never told me if they had them or not. I left the store dissapoitned and ended up buying the shoes I liked at Shoe Palace.
