I personally saw the sales staff pressuring customers to buy.. They ask for your ID and hold on to it until the customers relent to buy just to get out of the store. They quickly ring up the sale and wont null andvoid the sale when you tell them to. Fraudulent business practice overall. I regret coming to this store at all. The

I visited the store in Los Cerritos Mall. I absolutely loved the customer service at this location. My mother and I were helped by Daniel, and we couldnt be happier, especially me since I will be using the product. The products were fully explained and we got to try some of them on. My experience was overall GREAT, and I am very happy that I finally decided to pull the trigger on skincare for preventative measures (Im 29 and dont expect miracles, skincare products dont make miracles, they help). I got stopped by Daniel and he was very professional, informative with the products that he showed me. I highly recommend you visit him. Thank you Daniel for taking your time to explain everything in details. So far loving the products I’ve purchased, especially the eye syringe & the peeling gel. It’s a bit pricey but it’s worth since it works!

No one likes to be forced nor appreciate being yelled at across the way! This is a Mall. The employees should respect when someone does not want their solicitation! Let alone be judged by the way u look! This is no way to run a business. You want potential clients? Yelling at them/judging them and laughing at them...will only chase them away! Rude rude rude! I took this picture too late but I absolutely love this place. I especially love their masks. It is a little bit on the pricey side. But for great looking skin its absolutely worth it.

They train their sales people so well that you believe their lies . the product is a lie they Sell the product and tell you is going to last for 6 months and it lasted for two weeks only is a little amount for so much money. I dont recommend it at all I spent over $1500 in products for my wife.. Its a lie and is worthless

Me, & my daughter avoid walking by this place. Its too expensive, & one lady got my daughter into buying this. My daughter regrets buying this expensive stuff that stinks. My daughter told me they only get people with bad skin like acne, & try to sell their products. Dont go for it.

The workers here only had out little sample bags to people that look like that hve money. I stood around there for 5 mins to see who they handed samples too and I was right. So sad!
