I love coming here! I come here every time I come to CA. Its great that they now have this bigger location open. It is a lot nicer than there old location. The workers are very nice. They are helpful and always in a cheerful mood. I no longer come to this location because I now have one in my own home town!!!!!! I am happy to see this company grow.

You cannot make returns here on opened product so if you didn’t get matched properly good luck staying with the wrong foundation. Mind you, the lighting in there is almost perfect but once you try it out yourself at home oh no !! Don’t get fooled purchase from a drug store better since you can make returns there if you’re not content with your purchase !

I came into the store on two separate occasions & both times I was never greeted or welcomed to the store. Automatic no for me, I refuse to patron an establishment whom cant say hello. Some guy was right at the entrance pretending to be busy, I walked around a bit and browsed and no one asked if I needed help so I walked right on out both times. A customer service workshop is needed.

If I could give them no stars I would. This store is ridiculous. I went to return two products I didn’t use and didn’t open and they said I couldn’t because the associate marked it as a service sale. Really?! I didn’t ask for your workers help on choosing my shade, she offered and started asking if I wanted to see how certain products looked on me. Stick to buying Nyx cosmetics at Ulta or drug stores.

Associate was very friendly and helpful. Make up at affordable prices. Theyll help you find the right shade for you.

If you are a cosmetics junkie, Nyx is your happy place! Its so cool to see this brand have an actual brick and mortar store, but dont think theyve upped their prices. Nyx is still that affordable and professional beauty brand loved by this elder goth chick for years! I come here for all the awesome lip colors. Everything is easy to find, the shelves well stocked with all your favorite cosmetic goodies. Store employees Anthony (whose eyebrows are worthy of envy) and LaTijera (she was rocked an amazing red lipstick) were super friendly and helpful.
