Oh yes I spend $450 there and then they give me a coupon for my next visit where can I use it at the moment I was purchasing what I bought anyway I found what I needed and I left thank you for all your help but I tore that coupon up and said Im never going back!! I mean this kind of not very good customer service didnt even ask me if I wanted to be on a mailing list for anything so why would I go back youre not asking me to come back after you didnt give me the discount on my current purchase and give me a coupon for say a later purchase yeah thats not good customer retention just my comment... I could just order everything online through other companies lifes tough out there but when I take the time to go to a brick-and-mortar store you think theyd want to treat you a little better...I can let me give you 10% off your purchase today and it coupon for later time thats better customer retention I think but I like the place I was doing business there for many years thousands of dollars I spent so you should have welcomed me back!!

Chancr was awesome. We were attended tobwell without feeling smothered or left alone too much. Wasnt feeling like I was being unsold at all.

I’ve been in this store twice and both very soon to closing time. I was treated like they weren’t going anywhere, no rushing me or hinting around, nothing but being treated very nice. My girlfriend had a new dress and the straps were missing so we stopped in to see what we could rig up from the lingerie, we told a very nice young lady our needs and she looked in a drawer, found exactly what we needed and said here you may have them, no charge). When I was shopping for “other products” the staff was more than helpful polite and knowledgeable. Thank you for a nice experience and I will be back!

Very unprofessional!I was in the other day to look for some things, browsing around.One of the managers, I believe, a heavy set woman with long hair was being so rude and disrespectful towards her employees. I did not appreciate how she spoke to them at all. It built some tension in the store creating an uncomfortable environment to be in so I left very quickly. I really hope the sales associates learn to wise up and tell their manager that the way she speaks to them (especially in front of customers) is NOT ok. Like I said, very unprofessional. I really wish I had gotten her name, but I left due to the discomfort.

Its usually a pretty good with service but they arent consistent with their hours. It says it opens at 10am on Saturday. Ive been waiting here since 9:45 am its now 11:05am and its still not open. I only have certain parts of the day to be able to come so when I come at their supposed hours I expect them to adhere to them. It just seems unprofessional as a solid business.

This is where youd go to find anything from sexy underwear to nipple lipstick. While the quantity of available products is extensive, the price is far too high. All of the feminine pleasure products are at least twenty dollars overpriced with some probably fifty dollars overpriced. Go here to get small items like energizing lipstick or handcuffs but go elsewhere for longer lasting products

Great customer service, they welcomed us and explained all their promos and items to us. Very friendly and the employees were easy to talk to.

Came here in October after a birthday dinner at Lucilles and the staff was rude. Me and my friends came in for the free underwear with the membership deal and they automatically thought we were all sharing the same membership card. They did not do this to other customers which I found very odd.

The women are very kind, helpful and sweet. If you arent a mindful shopper, be aware that they do try to subtly push you into buying items. I.e.: Cuuuuute; that will look amazing on you, try it on! However, very pleasant shopping experience. They do have very nice lingerie but not a very wide selection, nor any bras.
