Over priced in my opinion. They had dresses hanging that had deodorant stains from previous people trying them on. Even two of the dresses I picked out were damaged. One was ripped on the side and the other was ripped by the zipper.Lady at checkout was extremely rude. My niece told her thank you twice and never got a response. Upon leaving and getting the receipt, giving her the benefit of the doubt that she couldnt hear my niece, I tell her thank you and have a good evening.But nope, the girl just turned to the side and began putting clothes on hangers. Beyond rude! Probably wont be shopping here again.

Came all the way from lb to exchange an online dress instead of sending it back in the mail since that’s the return exchange policy, and the cashier at the front told Me I wasn’t able to exchange or do anything about it that I had to sent it in the mail which was a lie when I called coustumer service the second time they told me I was able to exchange in store within 14 days frame I’m very disappointed cashiers need to have a better attitude with coustumers I use to be a retail supervisor and these girls need a better positive attitude

Best customer service. Mayra, Store Manager could be a stylist professionally. Pairs items I would never think to put together. Brianna & Mariana excellent sales associates. Elaine, the District Manager must be really happy with this store.

Worst customer service! Never answers calls. They picked up and hung up!!!! All the employees are rude

I was here Thursday, July 11th. The employees actively discriminated against me when trying on clothes. There was a line waiting for the dressing rooms just because I was there even though the rest of the rooms were empty. The store is also a huge disorganized mess with almost no room to walk with how poorly the stands are placed and messy clothes on them. Also, the extra dressing rooms up front with the purple curtains are full of boxes and blocked off by a disorganized clothing rack. Even if they arent being judgemental garbage, space to try on clothes is very limited because they use the extra ones for storage.Poor store designLimited spaceIGNORANT EMPLOYEESSave your money, I will too right after I return these clothes. They dont deserve mine either.

Always find a good selection of special occasion dresses. Liked the larger original store better

Well, I was having a great time at the mall with my mom and sister. then I said lets go in Windsor, so we did I was looking for dresses. then I went to try them on (there were 5 dresses). the lady there said do you want to try them on I said yes she said ok in here. then when I was going in someone told her to tell me to hurry because they were closing and she did I was upset and I didnt want to be there anymore so I left (it was only 4 oclock) I walk by there 2 hours later and they are open I was like really I told all my friends not to go there. what kind of store tells there customers to hurry up and expect them to buy something there. I am not going there anymore I will go to that mall but not that store until feel that I am over this experience.
