Henry was very friendly. He had customers in the store when I entered, yet took a second to acknowledge my presence. Not only did he quickly find the case I needed, he also cleaned my screen & replaced my tempered glass protector. I’m definitely returning to this store for all my cell phone needs.

Marlin at the Chalmette location was excellent! He was very knowledgeable and patient.

Paige was amazing and super helpful. Getting my new phone set up was so easy and smooth. She did all the work for me! Customer service was excellent all around.

Henry at the Chalmette office made the process of transferring phones painless. He is worth his weight in gold. I hope Henry stays for a very long time. He is an asset to The Verizon company in my opinion.

Ashley is the go to person at this store. She was alone today with a store full of people but still took the time to answer all my questions. She also kept reassuring the other customers that she would be with them as soon as she can. Ashley is always very helpful and nice whenever i go into this store.

I went in on a Saturday because my phone died over night. It would not charge or turn on. The person who helped me was Paige. She was incredible in exhausting every option to help me. I would recommend anyone to go to this store.

The Chalmette Store wants to sell you a phone but doesn’t know the very promotions Verizon is offering. Will misquote cost and fees until they get you to sign an agreement before transactions is complete. Consumers beware!

Went into this Verizon location with my daughter with the intention of getting some assistance with getting a new case for her. The gentleman working was of no help. He sat behind the desk & never even got up to offer us any help. We went back to WalMart..this store case selection isn’t the greatest however I may have made a purchase had I been helped

I bought a new iPhone she didn’t even set it up for me and take it out the box. I get home and now I’m not able to send or receive text/calls. I also noticed she gave me insurance that I didn’t ask for. She was really nice but didn’t fulfill all my needs & I was in a rush thinking when I got home it would be self explanatory but it’s not so I have to go back tomorrow and get it fixed.

This is the first time I have ever been to Verizon. I have been a Sprint customer for 17 years and have been extremely disappointed in their service the past few years. The verizon store was clean and had social distancing measures in place. Katie was SO helpful. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. She provided excellent customer service and made my switch very painless. I highly recommend this location and Katie as a choice for a wireless network provider.

Tyreone was extremely helpful and efficient. I informed her I needed a wall charger, she took one look at my phone(still in my hand for social distancing), and knew exactly what I needed. She proceeded to the shelf to get the item and informed me the price even before she rang it up.She obviously knows her products and pricing.Great experience.

My experience at Your Wireless Authorized Verizon Retailer was actually really smooth and easy. So easy I almost couldn’t believe it. They told me how much it would cost when I ordered it, the phone shipped to the store, and it was exactly that same price as when I ordered it. I really enjoyed my experience upgrading at this location.

Brought new phone in to have contacts from old phone put into new phone charged me $ 40.oo said it was going to be awhile left came back said it was done got home only have about 50contacts out of 600 and cant get intouch with them theres no number to call ?

I never understand why there is always only one person working it’s really frustrating to go to my local Verizon & get absolutely no help. Do better Verizon!

Be careful here. They will be happy to sell you something, but if a product like the Hum doesn’t work, well, you’re under contract.

DO NOT go to this store!!!! This is not an actual Verizon store; it is just an authorized dealer. They will charge you $50 just to turn on your phone. Not only do they NOT tell you about the charge before hand, but they dont even give you an itemized bill so you can see what you paid for. Verizon is a great company, and Ive had nothing but exceptional customer service from them. But these people are shady, and not Verizon.

Joined Verizon 2 days ago, numbers are all wrong and cannot port in my number from sprint. Spend 2 days on the phone with customer care/ support/ even tier 2 escalations where a supervisor is handling my issue now, still no results. Decide to go to this store in chalmette and ALL my issues were resolved within 10 mins thanks to Paige and Katy. Having been a manager at sprint for 6 years this is the best customer service. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone

This location is much closer to where I live,happy to have them in the parish. The employees here are helpful and patient and even saved me some money on my bill. Will be back soon

Authorized retailer means they are not Verizon and do not carry phones. Go to an actual Verizon dealer, like the place on Carrolton, ask for John. Hell do you right. Here, they told us wed have a phone next day, didnt come in. Then strung us out another 3 days. We didnt have 3 days, as we were passing through town. Went to Carrolton store, where John was able to set us up right away. Dont even waste your time at an Authorized retailer.

Needed phone settings fixed. Ashley helped me I was in there less than 5 minutes. I was greeted as soon as I entered and helped right away. Great job

These guys have great customer service. That is, if youre able to get in to see them. Id say theyre horribly understaffed, but I cant imagine there is that much service to provide in Chalmette. Maybe they just need to manage their clientele time better? I dont know, but waiting 15 minutes to see someone about an issue they may or may not be able to fix is not ok.
