Dont know what there doing

This was my first time at this establishment. Mr. Burrell, along with the two other young men, were very professional. I was quickly assisted and left feeling satisfied. Id recommend this particular store (Its next to Bonzai) to anyone that is a current Boost Mobile customer or interested in switching cell phone providers. There were a few bugs along the way with billing, but they will all be worked out.

I just bought my daughter a phone for her birthday but I needed a case for it so I called this store to ask if they had the LG Stylo 4 case in stock. The phone was answered by a man named Mark, he sounded nice when he answered the phone and I asked if they had this particular phone case in stock. Mark was silent for a second and then he just hung up on me. I called back and Mark answered the phone again. I explained that I was the previous caller he just hung up on, he then laughed at me and then tried to say there wasn’t anyone on the other end of that phone call. I still inquired about the phone case and the cost. Turns out it was cheaper there than the other 2 Boost Mobile Stores in Chalmette, but I’m gonna go somewhere else and pay a little more due to his laziness and rude customer service skills.

Great service, the staff is amazing, very knowledgeable and super helpful! They do the best iphone screen repairs in the parish & very affordable.
