The clerk who took care of me today was friendly and helpful. He even made sure I had the necessary tools....I did, but it was nice of him to check. They even let me finish loading after closing time. Thats real customer service.

Went to Just look at the Stihl weed eaters . lol I ended up taking one home . I bought the KM 131 R. The salesmen that help me was Awesome . He knew the answer to every question I had . he walked me through a small demonstration that way I understood how to put the adapter on and also the pole saw adapter on . The also filled it with gas . before I left he also made sure my warranty was all done and registered with Sthil . Great job Nitter House . I am sure you have my business in the future .

Some of the products seem to be more expensive than your typical, huge stores, but they have very patient and knowledgeable staff. It seems difficult to get prices online (if you want to plan ahead), but thats the only possible issue Ive noticed.

Went to get four foot level sells man was very nice showed me few new levels one with lights in plumb vials just very nice and offered a lot of info about new things and even gave me six line blocks and four pencils no one does this anymore great place to shop for masonry products! Great guys that explain everything and more

Nice hardware store with a good selection. Quality items. A little more expensive than the big box stores, but you do seem to get what you pay for. Friendly employees seem to go out of their way to help. They didnt have what I was looking for but they tried to find it for me online.

I am building retaining walls with stairs and a paver pad and side walk between them. They have been helpful in providing information and giving suggestions. They also have the materials I need each time I stop by to get a pickup load - sometimes three times a week.
