I like this CVS location. Theres never much traffic in the parking lot so its easy to get in and out of and the employees in the pharmacy drive-thru are always super helpful.The store is typically well stocked so its easy to get the things that I need and they have self check out so im never waiting in line too long.The only con is that sometimes there are homeless people lingering in the parking lot so I try to always be aware of my surroundings when getting in and out of my car (which one should do anyway). I also do not visit this location after nightfall.

The worst pharmacy. Keep you on hold for nearly 30 min every time and if you arent a docs office they just place you back on hold or hang up. Will tell you they have a medicine in stock when they dont. When you have a sick child to take care of, spending 2 hours trying to call places is not time well spent. Drive thru often takes 15+ min/car. Overall a mess. I will be changing to a local pharmacy as soon as I have the time.

Poor service regardless of what you come in to buy. The pharmacy is especially awful. Phone system calls you to let you know your script is ready only for you to come in and find the prescription drug is out of stock!How is it ready but not even in the store? Worst part of this is the wait. Wait 20 min in line to find out it’s not there. This CCS is responsible for me moving my business to Walgreens.

You can wait on hold for 30 minutes to reach the pharmacy only to have them hang up during the conversation, then call back to have it all happen again. They are out of medications when refills are scheduled weeks in advance.

Came to this location for a covid rapid test today and the lady that tested us was wonderful! She was informative, friendly and kind, fast, and very thorough explaining the process. She’s exactly what you hope for in interacting with a medical professional. Wish I would’ve caught her name! If you read this, you’re awesome! We were able to schedule online same day early in the morning for an appt a few hours later.

I drop of some prescriptions at 6 pm on a Wednesday. I was told it would take 2 hours to fill. I come at 8:30. Wait in the drive through for 30 minutes. Finally get to the window and they tell me the prescriptions have not been filled yet. I asked them if they could fill one of them for me. They would not. Told me to come back in the morning. This pharmacy is the closest to my house. They need to step up their game. Whether that is to hire additional help, replace existing employees, or change their culture. Unacceptable...

TERRRIIIBLLLEEEE PHARMACY!! Tommy and Lilian are the most unqualified pharmacists I have ever seen in my entire life. As soon as you walk in, they mean mug you and make you feel so unwelcome. They lie about their medicine stock EVERY TIME I CALL. If they don’t have the medicine, they need to tell the truth so I don’t drive all the way to the store just to be yelled at. It is so obvious that they hate their job. They have the worst attitude. AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COST.

Pharmacy is good IN PERSON. 90% the time I call, I’m on hold for at least 10 minutes. I have now memorized the hold music because it has repeated so many times. Sometimes I wonder if they have their phones on silent?

I said I need to make an appointment I’m traveling out the country all I heard was her constantly repeating 3 days were all booked check online and I told her I don’t need it in upcoming 3 days I’m leaving next month she kept saying yes 3 days book online wait one day book online or check different cvs I told her can I make an appointment in 2 weeks from now when I’m traveling she transferred to me to someone else who said same thing 3 days were all booked check tommorow I said how fast are results given after test because I need results 72 hrs of departure or I can’t leave the airport she transferred me again then hung up on me 👎

Horrible!! Pharmacist has a bad attitude and tries to be difficult. They are understaffed so maybe she’s feeling the pressure but avoid this location if you want to be treated nicely and don’t want to wait forever. Oh and don’t expect them to answer the phone. They’ve ignored every call that has come through my entire wait.

I called to transfer my prescription around 1:15 this afternoon. My boyfriend went to pick it up at 4:15 and they told him they “forgot” to fill it and he’d have to wait 15 minutes, once it was filled he showed them a good RX coupon and they told him that he’d have to wait another 10 minutes for them to change the price? My boyfriend ended up sitting in the parking for 45 minutes for them to fill the prescription and apply the coupon. This will be a one time thing, I’d rather drive out of my way to my original location than go to this more convenient location. Horrible service.

I didnt have much faith in this store chain being organized and in order but I was pleasantly surprised. This location is tightly built in a grid with no open spaces however it is more organized and neater than most CVS locations.I stop in here early mornings in my way to work to find deals in peace. The store has all shelf tagging up for sales. That is very impressive. My location has tags up sporadically. The red box is always in working order. I have never seen it down. Whenever I come here for a sale the products are always in stock. Rainchecks are usually not needed. I love it.The biggest plus is that the store associates are helpful and friendly. I am a couponer. That is always a plus.

I had a great experience with this CVS. They were able to move my prescriptions from Kroger (on LaVista Rd, and boy were they not good) and get everything ready for me, dealt with the insurance company to allow me to get my meds a month ahead of time. Picked up at the window along with netti pot refills, which the young man was kind enough to find for me and include. He wore a mask.

Great service from the front cashier. But somebody needs to replace Min Ju Kim, NP from their mini clinic. She has a horrible bed side manner and no emotional intelligence. I thought I was the only one who felt that way but I ended up checking the healthgrades. Not sure where she got her degree from but she is not meant to be NP and truly talks down on people and patients.

I have been up and down on my feelings for this pharmacy. I have waited for up to an hour and a half before. I agree with others that some technicians are lacking in customer service skills. Still, others have spent alot of time trying to find discounts and alternative medications for insurance approval that I couldnt have afforded otherwise. The 2 main pharmacists have been extremely accommodating and I appreciate it so much! If you need a pharmacist allie because of illness or not awesome insurance, this should be the pharmacy for you!

Signed in online for an appointment with the minute clinic. Show up a few minutes before my appointment time and the sign in kiosk isnt working, which should be fine, since the monitor showing wait times and signed in patients was working. Sit down and wait as the nurse is sitting in the office with the door open, with no patient inside. She notices a few of us sitting outside the office and closes the door, saying shell be with us in a minute, as we then wait for about 25 minutes until she opens the door back up. Mind you there was nobody in there, just her, doing god knows what. When she comes back out, she calls the first person she sees, and says she can only take one of us since its almost lunch, and she has to take her lunch (despite being alone in the office for half an hour before this). I speak saying my name is on the monitor as the only person who signed in online, and the monitor says Im next. She states that the kiosk isnt working, which for some reason means that despite signing in online and making the trip, it was all for nothing, despite, again, my name being on the monitor as the only person who is next. Not worth sticking around, because she needs her lunch after taking one patient in the last hour and a half.

This is the longest wait time for a clinic. Almost 4hr of waiting and when it was our turn the nurse decided to make some calls. This is the worst experience in a clinic. The should change the name from Minute Clinic to 4hr + Clinic.

I would totally Give this place zero stars due to the fact that yesterday night I went for a quick run to the store for some diapers but Ive forgotten my wallet . So then I remembered that I had Apple Pay Cash . And I had four bucks in my car so then the total amount was about $12 and some change so I gave the lady four dollars cash and I told her that I would pay the rest in Apple Pay. She then rolled her eyes . I ignored .She saw me in my painters clothes which is my side job to pay for tuition because im a full time student at GGC . She then got to her register and started questioning me asking why I didn’t have enough cash money to pay for my item I went ahead and stated That I would be paying four dollars cash and the rest an Apple Pay once again after the second time of her asking She was really impatient and was really rude I don’t see why it should matter if I pay her Apple Pay or cash as long as I’m paying for the item. She then asked me if I work for my money and why would i have kids if i couldnt afford them I felt that really offensive. I called CVS a few minutes ago to File a complaint and she picked up and then she nervously asked to whom i was going to file a complaint for . I told her that it was between the mananger and myself . She then escalted to asking if the complaint was for the clinic of for the ones working on the store ( fyi she was the only one working in the store last night due to it being late and the clinic was already closed ) so then she took my numberand name down and now im patiently waiting for a call back or i will just show up friday night at 11pm talk to the mananger my self . Apparently thats the only time he comes in because the worker at cvs told me on the phone . SO MY LAST WORDS ARE JUST STAY AWAY FROM THIS LADY SHES A INDIAN LADY THAT WORKS UP FRONT .

This pharmacy is open 24 hours a day(unlike most others). They have a lot of customers, but they are very kind and it is clear the employees are working hard. You feel that they actually care about your needs(unlike the CVS on Clairmont!) Just drive the 3 more minutes to this CVS.

I truly despise going to this location. I waited over 10 minutes to check out (and the lady was fooling with the photo machine) and finally gave up. I came back the next day and same thing. Ive been working in the area for over a year and go out of my way to avoid this location.I have never seen employees try so hard to not work hard and lumber around and whisper to you when you say Hello. Also, how can a store remain littered with boxes and garbage for a year? Clean up the place, wake up and work hard for your living. I wouldnt send a enemy there as a prank.

The parking lot is full of trash. The inside is old and unkept. The staff is aloof. I waited a full 5 minutes at the counter to drop off a prescription and was completely ignored. Not even a simple glance or recognition. Watched one of the pharm techs complain about the lady in the drive through. Terrible. I used to use the minute clinic here but not sure if I still would. This place is very sketchy.

Worst service i ever experienced in cvs. I received a money gram for 70 bucks. I asked the cashier for a $30 money order and the rest in cash. Instead of giving me what i askes for, the cashier jus gave me a $70money order. When i explained i wanted a 30 dollar one, they wanted to charge me for their mistakes. This CVS is awful. The people are rude, and clueless. They fired all the real techs and seem to be using just random new hires now. They close the pharmacy up at 6pm now on the weekends which makes it so hard to get things you need if you dont work a normal schedule. Stay away unless you just dont have another option.

I have been going to walgreens for 10 years now. I just moved 2.5 miles from that walgreens and cvs is within walking distance so I thought Id give it a try. Went there and they didnt have the prescription in stock. Said that they would order it and it would be here the next day. Went to go get it the next day and they said that the manufacturer no longer has any of it it is on back order and I could only get it at a local mom and pop drug store and that walgreens wouldnt have it. I called Walgreens and they had it. This medication was for my newborn so I was really upset with them. Not to mention they were rude. I thought Id give them another try and went there today. Again, they didnt have one of the prescriptions in stock. And again drive through lady was rude / not very happy or friendly. Went to Walgreens and they had all of my medications. No longer going back to CVS for pharmacy needs.

Went to the desk to verify they had the prescription and they did so I went to ask if they needed insurance information and they lady cut me off and assume she knew my question!!! I told my mother we will give them the out of state when we picked up the prescription. We walked in the store for ten minutes and then sat down for 5 minutes. We left to go to lunch and I call to see how long it will b and the lady said she thought we were not going to get it so she didnt process it!!!! I told her to process it and we were getting it regardless of the price with or without insurance!!!!!

Pharmacy is a mess 4 girls working dont answer phone surgeon left message they didnt even check till I called an hour later told me It would be ready in 30 min and I arrived an hour and a half later told me I didnt have a prescription then they saw it told me it hadnt even been processed at all and had to wait in pain for 45 min. There is always a wait and I always have issues with products ringing up for the wrong price. Do the workers ever face their merchandise? All the shelves are always in disarray. The bathrooms are so dirty and unclean. At Walgreens they clean their bathrooms nightly.

The pharmacy manager is disrespectful and very rude. She ignored me when I was standing at the consultation window. Got a test done in the minute clinic and had to have it sent out for testing. I never got a call or text to tell me that it was positive or negative. Then got a bill for it and now having to fight with Quest Diagnostics and CVS to see where the error happened.

This location texts me Rx are ready to p/u, then when I go to p/u they tell me its not ready even though its awaiting me in the bin. When I insist my Dr called it in on a specific date, all they do is look it up on their computer and insist it wasnt called in. I point it out that its their responsibility to contact the Dr, not mine, under the contract between CVS & Emory, they still leave me hanging. They are the most inept pharmacists Ive ever had to deal with. I wish I had an alternative!

Terrible wait times. Seem to only have one person working. Appointment set for 5:40pm, it is now 6:40pm and still not seen. The last patient has been in the back for 40mins. Would not suggest if you have a tight schedule. Better off going to an urgent care.
