Absolutely by far the worst Walgreens ever. Ive used Walgreens for many years - for my prescriptions and as a prescriber - I couldnt believe how terrible this pharmacy location is. I dont understand how Walgreens Corp would allow this to continue.

Worst pharmacy! Went there on 11 for a prescription drug. They told me to come on 2pm. Then we come back on 2, they said in 15mins, then they told us another 30mins… again and again. We got our drugs on 3:30pm…..

There’s a lot of homeless hanging out at this Walgreens. One of them threw trash at my car when I told him I didn’t have any money.

The pharmacy at this store is a mess. They have had the drive-thru lane closest to the window (yes, the one where you and the cashier can understand what each is saying) closed for a year, while the line for the remaining window snakes around the parking lot blocking traffic. The sign said “COVID testing only” for months; now it says “COVID vaccinations only,” even though neither can be done at a drive-thru window (unless they send a shot through the drawer and you do it yourself!). The staff back there are hopeless. If my WG app says a prescription is delayed “due to an insurance issue,” I call to ask what the issue is...after holding for 5 minutes, the guy comes back on to tell me “it looks like an insurance issue to me.” I never get an informative answer to anything. Anyway. All of my dealings here are to do with my mother’s prescriptions, and it turns out that switching pharmacies is almost as bad as changing banks. I would never choose to use Walgreens (the one where I live in S.C. is even worse).The store itself is fine, though overpriced.

I too sensed that the employees weren’t thrilled about working. Perhaps it’s the pandemic. Maybe it was having to ring up my items. The pandemic floor stickers were of little help and no arrows to mindlessly guide the blind down the aisle safely either.

If you made an appointment for the COVID vaccine, dont bother. They dont honor appointments, but give shots out on a first-come, first-served basis to walk-ins. They are likely just going to waste your time.

Long wait times .. everybody works so slow .. never coming back to this place

Had a great experience here. The store manager was very helpful and really nice. The store is always clean and the staff is always so helpful.

Who ever that guy cashier is today March 2nd at 3:30pm fire his tail. How you gone make me wait on a customer to finish shopping while you talk on the phone and I’m right here at the register with my hands full.. yes I left everything in my hands at the register! Obviously he need something to do!!!

This location employees are not trained at all. They all seems to be mad about something.Do not talk or ask any questions, they will give you that mad look and ignore!!

I keep returning to this Walgreens even though a newer one has just opened close to my house. The Pharmacists may be very busy but they always know me by name and treat me so very well. One assistant even knows me by voice on the phone. I feel like I have discovered a slip back in time to a era when you really got good personalized service. - As for the other reviews maybe you get what you give. I always treat people with respect.

Nice place staff real friendly

This pharmacy is so clean and the staff is so nice, I love them! However they are terribly understaffed. There is always a line inside and outside at the drive thru and the poor pharmacist only has 1 person helping! There is no way they are able to take any sort of breaks- it hurts my heart to see them rushing all the time, especially the intern who is so sweet and helpful. That is my only complaint. Other than that delightful pharmacy!

All around great! Pharmacy, customer service and selection is great! Prices are really good and the best clearance and sales too!!

I was thinking this store as it is very close to me, but all of the negative reviews for rude employees made me change my mind. Ill keep going to Kroger. They treat me better than well and always have a smile.

Mostly very nice employees, cashiers. One rude manager. Dont ask him anything. He dont care. Unfortunately they fluctuate the prices on one item I like to get from there. Maybe a corporate issue. ALWAYS trash in the parking lot. I pick the large stuff up and throw it away. Put recycling in my car.

My experiences with this Pharmacy has been stellar. I ran out of my rescue inhaler for my asthma and despite closing at 9PM, Justin still filled my prescription that I called in at 8:30PM. Thank you.

A normal WalGreens. No issues, just run of the mill transactions. Easy location to enter & exit the parking lot.

Never seem to have the prescriptions ready for pickup even when they send a text saying its ready. Be prepared to sit and wait half an hour or more for your meds. The employees are nice enough but its still really annoying.

Photo printer doesnt work. Clerks make you sign up for Walgreens loyalty card. Store is a mess.

Cashier was rude, I was about to scan the wrong discount card but instead of her letting me know politely she pushed my hand away and just when we’re supposed to be practicing social distancing, made me feel very uncomfortable.

They employees are very polite, but It seems like there is always one problem or another getting even the simplest prescription filled.

I honestly hate communicating with the pharmacy. They’re all rude.

Fatal they lost my prescription or they didnt want to attend me, I dont know what happenedThey already had my medicine and 7 days later. They said there was nothing in the system
