I love their ice cream. Unfortunately, they were out of waffle cones and my favorite, Gold Medal Ribbon, was freezer burned.

Very friendly workers who were polite and courteous. They offered good information about the ice creams. Our only complaint was that, probably due to being a cold October in Covid-19 season, a couple of the ice cream selections had gotten old and freezer burnt, with chuncks of ice in them. These should have been replaced with new ones. Not all flavors bad, but unpleasant. Hopefully when business picks up the ice cream would be fine. A little overpriced, but okay overall

Cashier had zero personality, drinks were good though.

They didnt speak ANY english making it extremely diffucult to order. Had no flavors or specific items to order off of the menu, and then i had to pull around TWICE because they continued to cut my order off without letting me finish and i had to leave without part of my order because they refused to take my order at the window when they made me pull up and tried to make me RE order. Extremely rude and ridiculous. I will NEVER be coming here AGAIN

We went through the drive thru and ordered a cookie sundae. They were out of cookie, so we switched to brownie. The man asked me a question and we didnt understand him. He proceeded to yell at me though the mic and then told me that we had to come into the lobby because they were not doing drive thru orders at that time...we left.

Good service. Great ice cream. They had lots of flavors and were willing to let you sample of you couldnt make up your mind.

I ordered a warm cookie ice cream sandwich and it came out cold. It also took like 5 minutes. Dont waste your time and just go to McDonalds and get a McFlurry

Although the ice cream cake we ordered was delicious, three different employees told us they didn’t have the order.

No waffle cones, no rainbow sherbet, and the mint chocolate chip was too hard to serve. Should be prepared for business.

These guys are usually fine. Its Baskin Robbins; they apparently close at 9 though, my wife and I have walked there a few times and I guess the drive through is open after that. /shrug

Tires of being jipped on my icecream!! I get a milk shake and they will empty a tub of it and put so much milk in it to make up the difference all while they bring out a new tub!! Stop being stingy with the product im paying for!!!Would give 0 stars if i had the option!!!

Your average dunkn doughnuts. While trying to enjoy my breakfast the staff was cleaning the eating area of the restaurant. That is fine and dandy however this one employee kept slamming chairs and trash cans creating really loud and startling bangs. It just made me want to leave.

Im friends with a lot of people from the Dunkin Donuts good and bad Im not really digging the Springfield one at all I think my favorite and most professional one is the one on University tied with Prospect cant beat the price very nice people especially in the morning hours
