The whole staff is willing to go out of their way to make your experiences delightful: from finding discounts on batteries to free routine cleaning and EVERYTHING else that goes along with wearing hearing aids! We have been to a few other places for a hearing test. My husband and I found the testing and explanation very thorough and user friendly. My husband needed took to know why he needed better hearing and Audibel was very good at helping him understand why he needed to stick with it

I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with Audibel. Four months ago I talked my 91-year-old mother into considering hearing aids, and the staff at Audibel changed both of our lives. The staff are very friendly. I had to have the tubes replaced in my hearing aids, the were not there aids they sell, they did not charge me. I know I need new ones but it will have to wait 2 to 4 months because theyre expensive. You will definitely like this place if you need hearing aids, highly recommend them.
