The people are great. My hearing aids are 11 years old and in good shape. Other locations couldnt adjust them they had the old program to do it. When other locations say cant get parts they can get them. I cant say enough how grateful I am for there help.

Rene Bloemker her receptionist is very helpful as well and very efficient about calling to remind me of my upcoming appointments.I would recommend Beltone, and particularly the Champaign location, as the pace to go for hearing aides needs.

My mother gets excellent, caring service from Chuck Alt at the Champaign Beltone office. Everyone there was wearing a mask and practicing social distancing. Good job!

I was worried about my hearing and received a coupon from Beltone. The exam was thorough, Chuck was delightful, and I learned so much. At the end, though, I felt like I was expected to buy hearing aids right away, even though my loss is small and taking that step would be a big deal for me, emotionally and financially. So I postponed for now, and will go back to Chuck when I adjust to a new reality.

From the time u walk in the door the very first time you will soon realize you are just where you should be. I have had the good fortune of working with Becky. She has made the road to buying my aids, informative and enjoyable. Becky explains everything very well. I actually got hearing aids from the other big competitor and was not satisfied. Beltone aids offer so much more. I am very pleased. I don’t want to forget Renea. She always calls to remind me a day prior to my appointment and is a joy to work with.
