This store makes shopping an experience. (If you can ignore the strong smell when you enter the store, you will enjoy your visit.)The prices are excellent, especially for large bags of rice. The variety is amazing, with items from around the globe.I was disappointed on my last visit, however, as it seems the whole ‘supply chain crisis’ has impacted their inventory. I have shopped here for awhile and this time they didn’t have any of the items I usually purchase. I left empty handed.

I enjoy the store and people far more knowledgeable than myself like it. It is an enjoyable place to shop. All staff from floor to cashier are friendly and helpful. The store has its own personality and atmosphere.Parking is good. Isles are wide. With new Asian markets already in operation or under construction my guess is Lee Lee will continue to be a draw as well as the plaza. I added a photo of the best avocado in my entire long existence. I had looked at them for years but never spent the $2.99. Good flavor actually slightly juicy. Actually the size of three large but only one small seed.

Nice place, works like a normal grocery store. They have all sorts of things, like ingredients for meals like spices and vegetables to snacks and sodas. They have many isles with various cultural origin including Indian and Jamaican among others. Their meats and fish are fresh and quality, they even have a section with live fish. Simple no muss no fuss store. Im more of a white guy American than an Asian so I dont have a ton to say about that, but it all surprised me and it was worth going just to learn and explore new culture. Certainly if you are one of those cultures you will find what you need here.

Lee Lee is a wonderful store. Not only do they have the widest selection of Asian foods in the Valley, they also have tasty and useful selections from the middle east and a bit from Africa. If you have never been there, what are you waiting for? You will have fun browsing the aisles and sure to find plenty of items to fill up your basket.

Lee Lee has a wide selection of Asian foods and ingredients but theyre truly an international store. Theres a Halal isle, Eastern European, Thai, Dutch, German, etc. etc. If youre looking for good German senf or chocolates youll find them there for reasonable prices. The place is huge. The produce section is better than any other market in Phoenix, and the prices are great.

Amazing and huge selection of imported asian foods and ingredients. You need lemongrass for a recipe? They got it. Fish sauce? They got it. You name it. Many aisles are organized by country. Very cool! There are so many unique foods and ingredients. I always tend to wander the aisles over a couple hours exploring. Note, that it can get crowded, especially on the weekends and at the end of the work day. Also, because of the fish and seafood related ingredients they offer sometimes there is an odd odor about the place. Its not for everyone but I dont mind it. If your looking to make any kind of Asian dish look no further for your hard to find ingredients.

I just moved to Arizona and needed a place to buy oxtail, white sweet potato, pumpkin, plantains, goat meat and fish, and Lee Lee had all of that and then some. Some of their fish did not look very fresh, but the salmon was, so that was good enough for this trip. They have aisles and sections for Indian, Japanese, Hawaiin, Cambodian and a host of other countries. Im definitely going back.

I like this store, every time I go it looks like theres lots of other people that like it too, its always busy.Huge selection of grocery items from around the world, not just Asia. You have to read labels and examine items you buy closely because of the language problem. Many items have been given a new label to meet requirements to sell in the USA. Those new labels cover over information you may want to read.Always check for Use-by or best-by dates. Ive been back home and found an item or two was almost a year beyond the expiration date.Prices? They seem high on lots of items, but low on a few others. Overall Id say this place is not cheap, what youre paying for is the enormous selection.Ive been going here a few times a year for over a decade, its a long drive for me but its worth the cost. Its also the best place to buy real Japanese Soba Noodles.

Last night, we stopped into Lee Lees International Market to pickup a few items. We were trying to decide what type of meat to purchase when we noticed a meat market worker standing 5 feet behind us, moving as we moved along the isle. When asked if we could help him, he did not respond and continued to follow us. They did not follow anyone else (asian/white) that was in the meat market area. The other meat market workers, who were at the counter, all were leaning over looking at us as well. Typically, I spend over $200 with every visit to this store that was considered my favorite. Ive supported this store for 5 years and for them to do this is unacceptable. Lee Lees International Market Management: You are an international market. You should be prepared to see customers from all ethnicities within your store. Since you have an apparent issue with Black and Latino people, then maybe you should not advertise as international. Ive found that Mekong Market acts the same way that you do. Black and Latino Communities: Please spend your dollars elsewhere as these two stores will not treat you well. I WILL NEVER support this business ever again.

A great place to go when it comes to buying any food and cooking items that are not at your local grocery store. As an international supermarket, it has a range of offerings from Japanese to Chinese to Korean to Indian, and many many more. My favorite part of this supermarket is the fresh fish that can be caught and the staff there will also help with de-scaling and cleaning the fish. This is not common at any local grocery store in chandler. Also lot of Asian fresh vegetables to choose from like Bok Choy and Choi Sum.
