Mike helped us when we first came to test drive a Honda and when we came back to buy, we knew we wanted Mike to help us because of how amazing he is. He doesnt mess around and we never felt like we had to haggle just to get a deal. He knew exactly what we wanted and it was the fastest I have ever gotten in and out of a dealership. He is absolutely amazing and deserves a massive raise. Best dealership experience I have ever had.

This is the second Honda I have purchased at AutoNation Honda Chandler. Kyle was my sales person this time and he was great. He didnt seem pushy at all and I was happy with my experience. Robyn was my finance person and she was also great. She was great about informing me that as a Costco member we get a discount on the extended service plan. Which I always appreciate saving money as an educator! I have now had my Honda Passport for 2 days and I absolutely love it!

We went to AutoNation to look at a Jeep, which we did not purchase. The Sales Person, Tim Greenbank, was GREAT. He showed us the Jeep, we discussed it and thought about it, and my wife wanted to look at other cars. Tim showed us many cars, and my wife wanted a CR-V, as she had had one years ago. So we purchased it. We get to finance, and things go down hill. They will not take NO for an answer on a Protection Pan, they wear you down...so my wife said yes. Now our 2 year plan is costing me another $2398. So, basically Im paying $39.96 more a month on my loan. Both my wife and I have called to cancel it, but no one has returned our calls. So, my rating is not based on the Sales staff, but because I think we were not told the truth about the financing...

Had the the worst day ever when I got a flat tire. I was able to take my car straight in and got an amazing technician named Nico. I have gone to this dealership for over 10 years and this is the best experience I have had with a technician. Nico went above and beyond to make sure I had all the information I needed to make informed decisions on my vehicle. He even stayed late to make sure my vehicle was ready that day. Highly recommend!

I have taken my car to AutoNation Honda Chandler 2 times. Each time the Advisor is very helpful and communicative. I asked for specific things to be checked (items other place said HAD to be done) and each time the Advisor came back saying all was good and those items did not need to be done at this time. I feel I am being treated fairly given good information and my vehicle is working great. Also, I expect to be there a long time but every visit I am there for half the time I expect. Great place to take your vehicle

I have been servicing my Honda Minivan at this Honda Gilbert Service Center here since 2016. This is the first time I’m absolutely disappointed at the service I have received. Earlier this year I purchased 4 new tires with the promise that they were under warranty if I had any issues. Turns out my tired are not under any warranty and nothing can be done to help me. First I’m told oh only one tire will be covered only to find out the warranty company is useless and can’t even be contacted for help. Oh well, you’ll just have to pay and we’re sorry. Just sad service seems really bad at this location. I’ll never come back here again for any kind of service again. We are in the market for a car for my son and will definitely not buy Honda if it means I might have to service my car at Honda service center. I should have just bought my tires at Costco!!!I’ll add that my service attendant was very helpful and did do everything possible to help me with getting my tires covered under warranty but it was beyond what he was authorized to approve. He felt bad and I wasn’t mad at him either.

Automation Honda service department was very easy to work with. I made a quick phone call to them about A1 service for the vehicle. I was needing to get it done ASAP, and he told me they could get it done from 1 to 1.5 hrs. Fine by my standards since it was a same day call. Service rep was more than professional, communicate and very informational with my many questions. Total time there for the service and wait time was right about an hour. AutoNation an Honda an Chandler is that awesome place to buy a new vehicle. They help me get out of my truck and get into the car I want it it did not take hours and hours and hours I was basically in and out within an hour and a half to two hours. We recently purchased a 2022 Honda Civic from AutoNation Chandler and even though dealerships are experiencing a shortage in new vehicles we were able to find the right car for our Son. We worked with Zach Palmer and he was fantastic! He listen to what we were looking for and showed us around the lot and provided us with a great all around buying experience. He did such a great job that we looked into buying a second vehicle a couple days later. DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM THIS DEALER:I bought a used car from this dealer. The car broke down the next day in NM. The warranty paper work took 1-2 weeks to process so I had to wait regardless. There was back and forth with the warranty company, car mechanic and the dealer on repairs. This dealer in the meanwhile promised they would pay for my rental then they blamed the delay on the mechanic so they tell me after many weeks that they would not cover the full cost of my rental. Then I had to pay to get the car towed from NM to TX. Then I found out that the car had more issues at the Autonation in TX. The car needed tire rotation and new brake pads. All together the total expenses with rental, tow, and including a transmission flush purchase cost over $6k. I could have used all that money as a down payment towards a new car.I have read all the negative comments here. And the “PLEASE CONTACT Manager…” response is very deceiving. These people are not willing to help. Find a lawyer. Make sure you have all your evidence.

Bought a car and had it shipped across county. They did all I asked so I was reassured it was in good condition. Internet sales went above and beyond. Took all the pics I asked of them and any crazy question I could think of. Overall the car is great! Had a few small issues that were totally missed in the 120 point check, or however many points there are to check, and those items were checked off as being checked and ok, once I took possession and addressed these few minor things I was told it was being looked into, and then, I heard nothing else. I know it also is the process of not being able to see the car first. I get that. But service after the sale for me was not great as it was when a deal was in the works, just silence. No explanation or answer. Some emails after the sale were not even answered. and they are basic things.

Having a friend that has worked for AutoNation for close to 20 years we figured it would be a good place to purchase a 2nd vehicle. We have attempted on 2 occasions to purchase a used vehicle from AutoNation Honda, both times we found a vehicle they posted online before it had even gone through inspection, the 1st vehicle we were told to wait 2 days then to come back in, I called 2 days later to confirm it was done since its an hour drive away, and was told it had been sold. The 2nd vehicle was the same way, saw it on the website, drove down there already had the prequalify done, managers pushed to get the vehicle into a status so we could put a hold on the vehicle, paid the deposit and waited, never heard anything, I went by the dealership vehicle was still there, passed inspection and was waiting for a part, 1 week later we call to get an update, just to find out it had been sold 5 days prior, and no one seems to know what happened, all we got was an apology and offer to give us our deposit back. Needless to say, this will be the last time I ever step foot on an AutoNation dealership.

Wonderful experience at AutoNation Honda Chandler. Rebecca Moyza, my service adviser, is absolutely outstanding and took good care of my and my car. She was able to get the shuttle for me right away to drive me home, she kept in touch with me throughout the day about the status of my car, and she stayed at the dealership after hours so I could pick up my car after 6:00 pm. In addition, Rebecca is warm, welcoming, friendly and personable. I had my car in for the 105,000 mile tuneup and after picking my car up from Honda, it runs like a champ! Buyer BEWARE!!! Went in on the 10th of Oct. to look at a used car I was wanting to have for my long work commute. It had just be traded in the day before, and was in the back awaiting inspection and detail. My husband and I both looked at it, liked it and said we were willing to purchase the vehicle pending inspection. Mr. Torres, said he was going to work with his manager and make it happen. He came back and asked if we were willing to put a $500 deposit to hold the vehicle until it passed inspection and they repaired the front clip on it. We immediately agreed, they ran out debit card, and we filled out paperwork. Mr. Torres said he would keep us updated on the work being done and would contact as soon as the car was ready. Fast forward to the 19th, and since we heard nothing from anyone there, my husband stopped in. He was told by another salesman that their records showed it being held for us and was just waiting for the front clip. Fast forward again to the 25th, I called and wanted an update, just to find out that the car had been sold out from under us on the 20th. And no one called us to let us know, no one even bothered to try and get us our deposit back. My husband went down the same day, and wanted to speak with the GM, who conveniently was out of his office. They offered no explanation other than people messed up putting info in the computer and that Mr. Torres will be reprimanded for his actions, they also tried to get us to stay and purchase something from them, but we both agreed after being screwed over not once, but twice, that we were done with AutoNation. At this point, we are taking this matter to Regional, and will take our business only to the Earnhardt family.

I bought a 2014 CERTIFIED used Honda Accord 08/2018. Shortly after I noticed a bunch of little chips in the windshield so I called the dealership immediately hoping they could do something about it. I was told I bought the car used and nothing could be done. About a month after my brother noticed this noise in the transmission, after the windshield incident it wasn’t even worth my time to mention it. 4 months later my battery goes out. Then later my transmission blew. I would never recommend anyone to go to the dealership even if this was their last resort. This dealership has no integrity whatsoever! I was a female who came in and looked at the car by myself because none of my family members were available and expected when buying a certified vehicle to not have chips in the windshield or a dead battery soon after. Make sure you have a trusted mechanic inspect the car before buying anything. Whoever responds to these reviews states to contact a manger and they will help you. They won’t let you even speak with a manager about the issues. Now I am stuck with a car payment with a car that doesn’t drive!

Micheal Bradley was my service technician and was great. My AC was blowing hot air and in this 110 weather that’s intense. Emma recommended I come in immediately since it was an emergency, but I needed my car for work and decided to make an appointment, I figured this wouldn’t be done in a few hours. Auto Nation had my car over night, and provided me a loaner so I could still work and it made the translation seamless. To top it off, Michael saw that there was a Recall on my vehicles AC (2016 Honda Civic) meaning $0 coming out of my pocket! Thank God!Micheal was quick, communicative and I was in and out quickly. He even took the time to help me with issues I was having with my phone connecting to my Bluetooth and was kind and patient. I highly recommend!

Purchased a used vehicle on a late Sunday evening. The salesman Carl was very helpful but the customer service ends there. Due to the late hour, we were offered a rate/loan but were told since the banks were closed, he will see if we can qualify for a better rate in the morning. The initial finance person was Brandon Bryant.We returned to the dealer during a work day to receive a temporary plate which could not be printed on the date of purchase. Upon return, the finance person on-duty, Zach Salter, assisted us and informed us we had indeed qualified for a lower rate. A new contract was completed and we left with a new contract. When contacted by the bank, we discovered the lower loan was not reflected. Bryan Bryant, who told us he saw the newer contract and didnt know why the new contract wasnt reflected. He would have his manager fix it and get back with us (he didnt). Went to the dealer and spoke with Dylan Johnson, who said he would correct. We have attempted to contact him for a status and he no longer works there. Emailed GM Mr Robison, no response. After trying to get this corrected, Brandon had a speak to a different manager who basically was of zero help. I regret purchasing our vehicle at this location. extremely poor customer service.

I leased my vehicle from CA 3 years ago but started coming here last year after my move. I usually only came for a standard oil change and never had any issues. The last oil change I came here for, it ended up taking them 4-5 hours to get my car back to me when they said itd be 1-2 hours. The advisor was super nice and apologetic about the whole situation which I was understanding of because it was holiday season and everyone was getting their cars fixed before traveling.With that being said, the advisor noticed too that my car didnt even get washed so he offered me a full VIP detail for the next time I came back. So I scheduled a VIP detail with him a few months later (right before I had to return my leased vehicle back in CA), but they ended up rescheduling me with a different advisor the day before my appointment.When I got to my scheduled appointment at 11am, glad to see that the service area isnt very busy. I mentioned to the new advisor that my old one offered me a free full VIP detail for my car. And I also mentioned that I was returning my leased car within the next week in a different state. He was aware of that and told me it would take all day to detail my car. Okay yeah thats okay I understand that, I know its not an easy job. I get told that my car is done around 3pm which made that only a few hours. I get told my carpets couldnt get shampooed because it took a lot of time to get the dog hair out from my fur babies which is okay I understand. And I know I had a lot of dead bugs on my bumper from road tripping so I understand.But what I dont get is that I finally get my car back and it looks like the inside hasnt been wiped at all. My car looked like it was just put through the wash, got the bugs scraped off, dog hair vacuumed and thats it. My touch screen was still dirty, there was still dust on my dashboard and my screen behind the steering wheel and on the steering wheel. My gear shift, cup holders, nothing else was cleaned. And yes I made sure I booked a FULL car detail. I wasnt expecting my car to look completely brand new but it didnt even seem like they tried to clean it.Im not blaming the advisor here because he did offer that I leave my car overnight a different day but I did tell him at the beginning of my appointment that I was leaving the next day to drive back to CA and return my car. So I tried to just leave my car there instead of picking it up that day so it could be finished and I could pick it up the morning of my trip to CA but I was told that it wasnt possible so I just took my car and left. Ended up driving to CA and taking it to the car wash to detail myself, which really wasnt that hard to do with just a wet rag. Im giving 2 stars cause the advisors are usually always kind. Not sure about that detailing team tho lol. The photos attached are my car after picking it up from a full vip detail.

We got an oil change. They left a tool under the hood. Did not reconnect the pan under the car. It was holding on only on one side and making terrible noises on the way home. My husband had to remove the pan. So disappointed! We love our Honda, but will have to find another place to get our oil changed. This is the second time this has happened with the pan under the car at Honda.

The technician I worked with, Toby, was very upbeat and friendly. Upon arrival, I was informed that several technicians were out sick so there would be longer wait times. That still does not excuse why I sat in the waiting room for FOUR HOURS for an oil change and tire rotation. Of course, there was a whole list of additional, yet not entirely necessary at the moment, items they would try to persuade me to address. That sort of wait time, along with feeling like I am constantly being milked for money, keeps me from giving a higher rating.

Came 20 minutes early for schedules first new car oil change. Also had a superficial plastic part that was under warranty they would check on. Told take 2 hours, but will let us know. I checked with them after 3 hours since they didnt let me know. They didnt have the part, so i dont know why im still waiting at 3:40 hours later. I just expected better from Honda.

Very poor customer service and communication... called and texted 5 times and never received a call back.. had to have a family member physically go there to get a response on my vehicle.... very disappointing especially because I gone to them for 8 years.. probably wont be back.. when I asked how much for entire service I was given a quote.. when I got there 3 days later .. I told them I had 10% coupon to apply.. I was told they did me a favor and took off an hour of labor for the inconvenience of not getting back to me and being without a car for 3 days thinking they were trying to make it right.. NOT! MY bill was more than what he quoted me for the exact same service.. Said entire service quote didnt add shop fees and taxes.. but the word ENTIRE bill means exactly that.

Vehicle was towed to this location for suspected starter failure/replacement. Michael, service advisor, shared that a full review would be completed, with details provided back to me. Once the vehicle was reviewed, I was informed the battery was the problem and, since it was a AAA battery, it was best if I replaced through them for any warranty credit. No charge for the vehicle check-up. They jumped it for me at time of pick up to allow me to call AAA for battery service from home. Ive taken my vehicle to this dealer since purchase and, while there is often skepticism about auto repair, Ive always found them to be honest and service oriented.

The best Honda buying experience for me.The car I wanted to see, and test drive was ready for us when we went there. When we said we would like to see the other options, Bruce drove us to show other options available and explain all to me.After we agreed on the car and the price, we were taken to the finance office where we talked to Tanner. Tanner was very polite and respectful. He presented us the cost of the vehicle that is the same number as Bruce, and we had agreed on. I am very honored and respected. Then he presented the Honda Care options and explained thoroughly to me about the benefits of each options. This is our 7th Honda so we a Kind of know which options are best for us. I did not feel any pressure or feel be little by Tanner.I am very grateful for Bruce and Tanner there at AutoNation. We drove 45 minutes to get there out in the Sun. Bruce showed us what we wanted to see even the Sun was hot and all. I will go there again when we buy another Honda.

Everything was great, Less time waited than I thought, but, the part I look forward to the most was rushed at best! I love that Honda washes the car inside & a quick vacuum, but yesterday, I was left disappointed. The floor wasn’t vacuumed & there were a lot of very clear, very visible water spots all down the driver side of the windshield. I’ll still go, but that part made me a little disappointed.

Horrible! The first time they advertised a truck I needed. Called and confirmed details. When I got there, it was visibly correct, but had a different engine than advertised and discussed. The second time, I confirmed everything, put down a deposit and made an appointment. When we got there, the two people I had dealt with and was to meet for the appointment were not even there. I waited 20 minutes for the salesperson to arrive. Then he couldnt find the truck. When he did, it had emmissions issues, had not been remotely cleaned (french fries in the back seat) and had an aftermarket hood protector hiding the misaligned fenders and hood. There was only one key, but they would not even negotiate replacing it - saying, Were AutoNation, a non-negotiable seller. I now see Drive pink license plates and think, another person who paid too much!Dont shop here if you can avoid it!!!

I have unfortunately ran into quite a few issues with one of my cars, and Jason is always super helpful and willing to help me with whatever I need. I’ve been impressed by his follow through and he’s always quick to update me on the status of my repairs. A real asset to the department!

Ive bought more than a dozen cars from different Honda dealers in my life, and this dealership was the worst experience every. I got the GMs email address, emailed him twice, with no response. I messaged Honda, and they sent a generic weve noted this in our records response with no real resolution. Terrible..

The parts delay of months to get my car repaired which is not their fault but very disappointing in cost and inconvenience.

I had a great experience in buying a car there, but the maintenance is really a nightmare. Each time I did maintenance more than changing oil, they always created problems to my car.In a short time since I got a new car there, I have experienced the following problems: 1. I paid to replace air filter. One year later when I replaced it again on my own, I realized the early filter was not installed in the right way. 2. The tire pressure was not right after I finished maintenance and drove out of the dealership. 3. I paid to do service on my engine. After the service, I drove the car back home and the engine failed to work on the freeway. I waited for roadside assistant for hours in the summer of Phoenix, AZ. If you have been to Phoenix in the summer, you must know that it was really a lot of fun waiting there. 4. A metal part in the bottom of the car was not fastened properly in maintenance, and it was almost dropping down. I have experienced so many problems in short time. Those problems are something that can be easily found. Are there some hidden problems created by the maintenance? I don’t know.Honda has a good build quality. It’s something most people believe. But I don’t trust my car quality anymore after the maintenance.

Arrived on time for service appointment, drive up was busy with multiple vehicles. Scott took down my info and service request and advised it would take two hours to complete since they were backed up. I wasnt surprised because this is typical at any dealership even with an appointment. Work was completed in a little under two hours. Scott was courteous and pleasant.

I have had 2 recent experiences at AutoNation Honda. The first was one the most unprofessional and had the least amount of communication of any services i have had anywhere in over 40 plus years of taking my cars in for service. I was supposed to have an oil change and windshield replacement/recalibration. My appointment was for Wednesday, 2 PM. I did not get my vehicle back until Friday after 230. All communication Thursday and Friday was initiated by me. I did not receive one phone call from Alex, the service advisor, to update us on our vehicles progress.My second, most recent experience, was maybe the best service and courtesy I have received ever. Outside of the 15-20 minutes I waited when I first got there because I had no appointment, Bob Craig and the mechanic took care of me promptly and professionally. I went in because of a bad battery. Bob and the mechanic took care of the problem within an hour. Bob checked on the warranty with the VIN and I got a new battery, no charge. The difference was night and day.

The car buying process with this dealer was very smooth. The requested quote for our new car purchase was very competitive considering we shopped around. They beat several other valley dealers and by far offered the biggest incentive to buy. Due to distance I have never used their service department and more than likely wont too often, so cant speak to that. What I can speak to is if youre looking to purchase a new car, this is definitely the place to go. Our salesman Nate Diaz was courteous, professional, and honest. He was knowledgeable about the features and capabilities of our vehicle and was very patient with us. Without hesitation I would buy a car from this dealer again!

We had a great experience! Our service, advisor, Toby Archuleta, got to us shortly after we arrived. He was friendly & professional! We then took the free shuttle to a restaurant to wait the 2 hours for the repair. Annette was our driver. She was awesome!! Toby called when our car was ready & then sent Annette back to get us. The staff there was amazing!! Made you feel so comfortable. The work was completed in the time they told us it would. I highly recommend this dealership!!!

Worst humans ever. Strung out car buying experience for 2 hours before they admitted they sold the car that i buying to someone else. I signed the offer sheet!!! Be careful of buying a car here, they will work multiple deals at same time with multiple customers for the exact same car. Also the interest rate is sky high. Bought a vehicle somewhere else with half the interest rate. These are bad, crappily managed sub-human people.

Scheduled an appointment to have general routine service performed on my minivan. Despite having an appointment, it took over an hour before the technicians even looked at the car! What is the point of scheduling an appointment if it doesnt guarantee availability of technicians? Its a simple oil change. It could have been done 5 times in that hour. Very disappointed.UPDATE: Once the Technicians finished the service, they apologized for the delay and waved the entire fee. Updated to 4 stars, but they explained the delay was due to being short staffed. I recommend they decrease the number of appointment slots to match there current work force size to avoid this issue moving forward.

I recently had to take my car in to check my battery as it was having issues and I was able to drive in, get a ride to my office so I could leave the car even though they had a long wait and Jason was wonderful! But seeing as it was titled to a previous owner Honda considers it preowned. Got a great deal on it because of that fact. Timothy Lee was my salesperson and I really enjoyed working with him. Went in for an oil change and to get the constant rattles fixed in our ‘19 pilot. Did not appreciate the service advisor automatically adding on a tire rotation for $20 and building it into the oil change price when I specifically just asked for an oil change. When I expressed my frustration with this, the SA mentioned it is suggested by Honda to do the tire rotation with the oil change. I’m fine if they recommend it, but don’t automatically add it to the ticket and try to get the customer to sign off on it like it is a free service. It’s a shady practice that they should stop pushing on every customer.

BEWARE! I am so disappointed with the level of service that we have received from Honda Auto Nation. We purchased a Honda Civic as a college car for my daughter. Unfortunately, the air conditioner went out but it was covered under warranty and the compressor was replaced. There were subsequent service appointments because the air conditioner was not cold but felt like warm air. Each time we took it to Honda they said it was resolved; I would ask them to compare the temperature of the repaired Honda with a similar 2016 Civic on the lot. Now it has been 10 days without the vehicle and we do NOT get call backs about the status of the repair or updates on warranty coverage. She dropped it off last Monday (It is now Wed afternoon) and was supposed to get a call Friday but no response and then at the latest Monday. She called and heard the service agent was sick, however, it appears that management does not take over his caseload. Again, she called and the receptionist said a service manager would call her. No, did not happen. We called today and were hung up on four times. I finally intervened and called sales since I know Auto Nation is about profit and I did get a response from Cory who said service managers Tony or Steve would call. We will be driving down to pick up our car and contacting Honda directly as this dealership is not professional and DOES NOT communicate in a timely or professional manner. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! FIND A DIFFERENT HONDA DEALERSHIP.FOLLOW UP ON BELOW MESSAGE. I CONTACTED GM NUMBER BELOW AND NO SHOCKER BUT LEFT A MESSAGE AND NO ONE RETURNED MY CALL. ONCE AGAIN, FIND AN ALTERNATE HONDA DEALER.

I have always used Honda for servicing my cars. I love the work you do and care that is put into it. I do believe the length of time to do the service is very long. That is not a good customer service trend. I know labor is hard to get, but that is your companys HR department to get the staff in. It is not fair to over work the staff that comes in to work and put extra stress on them. It is not easy to retain good people. Thank you for the work. It is always above par. I just dont like the time it takes. Three hours plus to change a battery is a bit long.

Michael Bradly is my service rep and has treated me with respect and kindness. Not found often in retail these days. The service is great and I always return as needed. Never any pressure.
