Seriously the worst customer service Ive ever had. If zero was an option I would choose that instead. Ordered a simple part for a car on Monday, the guy never ordered it of course. Was supposed to be a one day ship I didnt get it until Friday 2pm. My customer had to wait an entire week for some stupid part. When I called on Friday, about 100 times, I never got one answer from anyone or an update on where the part was. This guys seriously suck at their jobs I highly recommend Courtesy Chevy or literally anywhere else except this place. Horrible experience will NEVER deal with them again.

I had a difficult, obsolete, discontinued, 46 year old part I needed to find and Randy was so helpful he pointed me in the right direction. No wonder the Dealers referred me to him. Heres the greatest!

Id ibcougive these guys a zero I would. I ordered parts from these guys they promised in the morning, over and over for a week straight! Needless to say I was paying for my customer to be in a rental till their vehicle was completed with this 1 part needed.. The part nNever came had to go to another dlr got it same day..Dont waist your time here trust me
