Same issue for a year went to get fix under warranty l!!!! Still same issue after using all my free tows through my insurance they tell me I have to pay to towIt in. I have had the same issue car won’t start. They have changed battery fly wheel and starter trying to figure it out. It hasn’t been in my possession for one month consecutively. The only people who consecutively call me are the people to make a payment. While the car is in their possession for three weeks.

These people are really really rude! The make you feel good when you are buying the car but the moment something like a financial hardship comes up and your not even 30 days past due, it could be a few days and they harass you, get really rude and starts hanging up in your face and getting smart with you! They then come take your car even if your in the hospital….. and I can’t believe this business is still open. Santiago is very very rude the whole cNa team are rude. All they care about is money I’ve had a car two years and because of the pandemic I was behind a few days but I always pay and now you all are just going to take my car

I will never recommend this place to anyone. I got my car from them and the buying experience was great, up until I needed a catalytic converter not even 6 months after getting it. They say they will cover it, I take the car in to get it replaced and they say I now dont need it as it passed the test but if it kicks the engine light back on they will still cover it. I should have known and let them still do the work anyway. Here I am a year later and they told me I needed the converter again however itll be over $700 but also need motor mounts etc as well which cost additional too, only after having the car a year and lucky me NONE OF IT IS COVERED. Thanks a lot you guys are great.

Ive dealt with several car companies, from Cactus Jacks in Mesa to Kia Dealerships in Scottsdale, and I can tell you that honest to God you are not going to find salesmen who sincerely care the way they do. You have to remember that this is ultimately a credit building company that utilizes the vehicles they sell to help you build or repair your credit. They will not sell you a vehicle you cannot afford, they will make sure your payments are doable according to the information you provide them. Therefore, their no late fees system will have almost immediate affects on your credit report. Within on year I raised my credit score by over one hundred points with the car payment alone. If you do have a payment issue their customer service representatives are very informative and understanding. They are willing to work with you within reason. Yes the cars are used, yes there may be repairs needed, but they do offer a 90 day warranty policy on any vehicle they sell you. Their car service department is just as awesome as the sales team. The prices are unbeatable and the service is genuine. When my car was broken into they took care of all needed repairs in a timely manner and saved me over $800 as opposed to quotes from other mechanics. If you have had issues with dealers in the past take a chance and hear what they have to offer you.

I brought my car in within the first 30 days and they made all of the repairs at no charge. The customer service is courteous and calm. I was pleased with the service experience, which is typically the worst side of a dealership in my opinion. I took a chance and it paid off. Mrs. Sheryl that takes the payments she has remembered my name and face even months of paying over the phone she is very personable and very friendly just as the rest of the dealership. The service department has always been able to work with me and have always been there when I needed them. After I pay the car I currently have off I am going to enjoy a couple of months with no car payment and then when will be looking to financing a truck from them if they can get what I am looking for.

Had an appointment at 7:00am, my car was taken in a little after 7:00am and I was kept up to date on what was going on. Car was repaired with 3 hours. The best part is that it was all covered under the warranty. Cant beat having my car fixed for 25.00. This company has always done right by me.

Went in sat with a knowledgeable individual. told us that it didnt depend on credit history. next thing you know we get a notification that our credit score was lowered for them running it. DEFINITELY NOT HAPPY. wasted 2 hours in this place with false promises. employees are nice

The worst place to buy a car. Buying one here is like borrowing money from the mafia. They call you the day your payment is due, every single time. And when I traded my car in, they called everyday, called family and friends, showed up at my door. All while it hadnt even been a week.

Dont be fooled by these 5 start ratings because they ask you to do them once your in a car and sure being in a car sounds great when you have nothing else. These cars are overly priced and they break down. Ive had a PT Cruiser with them and Ive had it 9 months and theyve had my car in their shop a handful amount of times. Theyre rude people when talking too and they talk to as if your dumb. Theyre company sucks. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Its not worth all the trouble they give you.

Run Run Run!!!! Do not buy from this company!!! They charge 3 times the amt for a car and payments are by weekly with zero grace period. They will charge you $300 every 2 weeks for a down payment for $1200.00 even though they advertise a small down payment. You pay one day late and they threaten repossession! Which reading on these reviews they actually will do it! Rude rude people! Please dont make the same mistake I made!

Horrible car dealership they sold me a car which came with lots of problems and I had to fix it with my own money because they didnt offer the fix it and it wasnt in the contract 3 times secondly I was late on my payment one time and they threatened to take the car and gave me a horrible attitude about it if youre ever late on your payment they will treat you like a dog after my car broke down in the middle of the street and it was towed the car dealership went to the tow yard took the car with all of my personal belongings in it and kept it even all the work that I did to the car and they would not allow me to get any of that stuff back and the employee named Larry davis hes a black guy that works there when I tried to get my belongings back he talked down upon me calling me broke and saying that broke people are allowed to shop here at JD Byrider which makes no sense when all I wanted was my personal belongings thats how they allow their employees to talk to their customers and I have proof I have all of the emails that he wrote to me calling me out calling me broke so he can deny it all he wants when I have proof and now everything is gone and they sold the car after all the work I did to it for more money these people are animals I will forever talk down upon them and put a bad name and rub their name in the dirt and Ive Sent a few people away from there because of what theyve done and I hope you read this owner because your employees are dirty people and treat people like like they owe you something when we came to you for help

My vehicle needed service so I brought it in to j d byrider service department. the mechanics were able to diagnose the problem however they went ahead and fixed it without calling me and explaining the problem and telling me how much it would be. so when I came in to pick up my vehicle I was expecting a $25 warranty service copay. I got there and the total was over $50. they never called me to tell me what the problem is and how much it would be, they just perform the service and to my surprise the total was more than twice as much as I expected. This was really upsetting because I am currently having financial problems. Dont get me wrong jdbyrider is a great place and they always take care of my vehicle when theres a problem however this situation caught me off guard and upset me.

Guess what! They refuse to give back my old car.. they are so dumb! They make bi-weekly for payday.. I thought monthly for pay? They love money than nothing
