Previously did a good job as you can see from the previous review. However the problem that I’ve had over the past year is bringing the car back five/six times EVERY time I have work done. Having said that; the last time they changed an injector the day after I get a light about a small evap leak that won’t go away. Now they’re throwing up their hands saying it’s not they’re fault and they never touched it!! And that will be another $300!!! They sat on my car for 3 days claiming they couldn’t figure out where the leaks coming from! Hopefully the owner reads this and cares about long time customers who have spent thousands and thousands of dollars. I just want it put back together correctly and my engine light off. I just spend $1500 in the last 3 weeks, I didn’t even make it 24 hours before it came on. I am so backed into a corner with this I had to call and complain to corporate! If you go here expect to come back many many times because I have been there well over 50 times for about 10 invoices.
Came in here a few months ago for oil change was concerned cause I had a small leak I was told by them that I needed a new oil pan and a gasket replaced on my vehicle after I paid for Diagnostics to figure this out the work was supposed to be guaranteed came back 2 weeks later because I still have leaking they washed away the oil that was leaking and then told me that they couldnt tell where it was coming from and that I would have to pay for another diagnostic so I refused I went and got a second opinion and a tune up at Joes Auto and they told me that the same parts that were replaced from Meineke had to be replaced again took my car into Meineke pretty upset this time especially since Ive been a loyal customer to them for about 7 years and I was told that indeed it was their fault and now there are more issues due to the leak not being properly fix the first time around I was told this by Keith I was very concerned because I was leaving the very next morning on a family vacation that has been planned for months hes guaranteed me that even with it being a costly fixed that they would take care of it I would have nothing to worry about and even went and got me a rental car I thought this was amazing two days into my trip my phone starts blowing up and now Im being called by somebody else thats trying to tell me that I refused certain work that needed to be done and now that this is no longer their problem that they would give me a discount but basically for me to hurry home and either decide to do the work or not I now feel like they are just honest I feel like I got the run-around I was guaranteed him promise that everything was going to be taken care of by Keith and now I have somebody else calling me this is the third or fourth manager Ive had to deal with and its just very disheartening I do not recommend bringing your car there unless its for basic oil change or a tire rotation the one time I let them do something to my car more than a oil change and Ive had problems ever since. And then to be given a false promises that the work was going to be done and now that somebody elses hands have gotten into it and theyre noticing that theyre going to have to Fork over $1,000 to cover their damage that theyve done to my car there now trying to put it on me like it was my problem.
Came in for an oil change and they did a full inspection. They has to admit the car was tip top at 146k and nothing was required but they suggested a fuel system clean could help with engine stress and fuel efficiency. They were courteous, direct, and will be passing the car to my kids so wanted to make sure it gets the right TLC. Been going to this spot for years, and they just seem to be getting better.
The management and staff were very helpful and professional. I was shown exactly what was done and what needed to be done. This is the first time I feel like I can put my trust in a automotive repair company. I will definitely return.

Been going here for a few years. Shout out to Kory who’s always got the problem fixed no matter how many times it took. And terry really worked hard to get it done by the end of the day even though they were swamped. Auto repairs don’t always go as planned but these guys are the best.
I came in with a dead battery. Swapped it out for a new one. Truck would turn on but not stay on. Soon enough all four of their mechanics were under the hood of my truck and something was happening with the computer and oxygen gettin through to the engine. Without being asked, they took apart my air filter, cleaned something in the air intake and the truck ran like normal. I had some lights turn on the dash, and they said not to worry theyll reset on their own. They did. Im grateful I went to these guys. You will be too.
DONT GO HERE.....my fiance took her car here for an oil change and they rummaged through her car. Kori with a K informed her he would look at security video but would take a couple days. He called her back 10 minutes later and said they were looking for her battery....last time I checked batteries arent located in the back seat or rear of a car at least not in a dodge. My other concern was....you are a mechanic...how do u not know where a battery is located...He then laughed at her when she asked for his last name and his supervisors name and number. Told her she doesnt need that. I would not recommend this facility to anyone. There is no reason to rummaged thru a car when doing an oil change. Find a different business.

I scheduled an appt using the easy web page. Arrived for my appt and the service assistant was pleasant and helpful. I was out within 60 min. They recommend a few things and i plan to return to have additional service when i have more time. Great job Meineke!!

Went in for an oil change, sat there for almost 2 hours after my appointment time and my car was still not even in the bay. Furthermore they didnt say a word those 2 hours no update or eta when it would be done nothing. Do not reccomend
I felt that I was double charged for the 1 coil (199.00)8 spark plugs (27.00) each. I showed the service man where the coil was 78.00 each and the spark plugs where 13.99 each on my phone. From Auto zone. I will be showing my bill to my friends so they will know what to expect from you.Very bad feeling towards your store PolicysBeing from out of town I thought I would be able to trust a company. I asked them to see why my car was idling rough and loudThey recommended a fuel injection cleaning service and said they would replace 2 sensors and fix a broken wireThey said this would stop the car from idling loud and reving high while in park.The next day its still reving high in parkI take it to midas who did my brakes and they told me that they charged me to fix things that had nothing to do w fixing the problem I asked them to fix.I was then advised to call customer service and file a complaint. Ive called customer service and when I tell them I have a problem w fraudulent service they say hold please and hang up

I went to get my ac checked because it was not blowing cold anymore. They didnt look at my car at all they took all my information just to print out a paper that said i would pay 200 dollars for repairs when they didnt even know what was wrong and said this is base price if nothing is broken. I dont feel that was helpful or useful at all and no i did not get my vehicle serviced by them .
New ownership? Felt like the person that was at check out was taking something out on me. I have 5 pack oil change for the second time and have 3 left now so that was prepaid. But I never received an update response or even to let me know that the job was finished and I never got the inspection report that said they would do when I check in, always received one in the past.
My car had been having issues idling when warm. No leaks nor issues starting. I was told my spark plugs and injectors were dirty and needed to be replaced/cleaned and I agreed to the service. Upon returning after a call that my car was ready, I watched them pull the car out of the bay. It was having trouble starting and the tech said they needed to drive it around the block to burn of some cleaning fluid on the engine. Okay nbd. When they returned the left the car running, which I thought was odd. I went in, paid for the service and returned to my car. My car had a very noticeable sputter that wasn’t noticed before. They then wanted to show me where I had vacuum leaks on the engine. They began to explain I was missing bolts and a bunch of things were loose. Based on the notes in the report, this was only noticed after the initial inspection and it was added as a second note later on after the initial repair. It’s documented. Where they showed me the bolt was missing, the metal was shiny and it looked like a bolt had just been taken out of the spot. No dirt or grime in the hole at all. I brought this up and they claimed it was missing. I swear if you look at it you would laugh. I was alerted to a leak my car was “leaking bad.” It may have had some issues but not to the point it was running that bad. I actually recently fixed a leak and have been monitoring it somewhat closely as I’ve obviously have been having other issues. Next after explaining that much of this wasn’t present prior to dropping off the car they back up their story. When I try to start the car, it won’t start. Not holding the key, not even when pressing the gas slightly. It would start to turn over and die immediately. Way worse than prior to dropping it off. He said, “I wasn’t starting it correctly.” And to let him start it. I asked if he would be coming over to start my car from now on. He said the brake fluid sprayed on the outside of the engine was flooding it. Brake fluid evaporates in seconds. That’s why it’s brake fluid. I also heard him trying to start it pulling out of the bay earlier and he was flooring it to start. None of this was necessary prior to dropping it off. It always started right up. I just put in a new battery. I had just replaced the egr valve, throttle positioning sensor and fuel filter but were stumped as to why it was running so rough when warmed up, so we brought it in.And you know how I feel confident about this, when I told them I was calling Meineke and demanded answers, they offered a full refund to replace the leaking gasket for free. Guilty much? I appreciate them making this offer and accepted but this shouldn’t go unnoticed. Now they are keeping the car for two full days instead of a few hours.Update for Monday: Car pickupI arrived on location to pick up my car. A call was not received but and email alert was sent out. The car still would not start normally. The clerk was very short with me, clearly upset at the fact that I was upset at the service I received. The first thing he says is “We are going to do the work for you but I need to show you.” He starts the engine, clearing flooring it to get it started. He pops the hood and shows now that my fuel pressure regulator is broken. This part happens to be right next to the area they were working on. Can’t say if it was like that before but I never noticed a fuel leak.The clerk even had the audacity to say, “you’re car is running good. You can take it somewhere else to have the work done.” Okay I’ll figure it out. I go to reverse out of the lot and the car dies immediately. I walk back in the inform the clerk and he said he doesn’t care and “doesn’t do business like that.” I guess their business does not involve actually diagnosing and repairing the vehicle. The check engine light came on and stayed on the whole ride home.Lastly, I got home and checked the spark plugs. It’s clear the originals were put back in. They are rusty on top.I recommend taking your business elsewhere.
Easy scheduling, good price for an oil change. Quick service & they did a full vehicle inspection like all car centers but this is the first one that’s actually sent pictures & comprehensive info with the report so we could see for ourselves. Really appreciated that.
I was advised it would take one hour. I returned an hour and a half later and was advised that my car hadnt been taken back. Cancelled immediately. This business wont get a dime of my hard earned money! Perhaps you should understand that your patron time is valuable.
First time ever using Meineke and I must say that I was impressed with the level of service and the thoroughness of the job. I found the inspection report to be very valuable useful and comforting knowing that everything was inspected. Again, I cant say more about the level of thoroughness, second to none. Kory is always great in recommending services and is trustworthy. I never feel he’s over-recommending services. I also love their oil change packages where full synthetic ends up being $40!

Corey (Service Rep) really focuses on customers and the safety of their vehicle. I came in with 4 known issues and planned to fix one. Corey worked with me on finding the best solutions to fix 3/4 issues that day. He was very knowledgeable about which issues need to be addressed immediately and those that I could live with temporarily. Thanks for the high quality work and guidance.

I received an oil change, the receptionist presented excellent customer service on the phone as well as inperson, price was super cheap compared to what Ive paid in the past. Reasonable timing, the waiting area was extremely tiny but overall the experience was good.
Kory is very professional, and walked me thru everything before and during the process. I have been to this location before, and I feel I can trust them. They are not high-pressure, and want to be sure you are satisfied.
I have always come here for oil changes which was the reason for my visit.However, my car shut off on me as I pulled into the parking lot. He didn’t tell me anything except “you need a compression test”. Which didn’t make sense to me. He didn’t do a diagnostic scan or even tell me why he thinks a compression test should be the first step.I called my uncle to pick me up. When he went in to talk to the guy he then told him there was no oil in my car. Why would he not tell me that and refuse me an oil change?We put oil in it and it started up.Why did he have to be so closed off with me but tell my uncle everything. Trying to make me get a service I don’t need. Who knows. I’ll be going somewhere else from now on as I can no longer trust their service.

I have been coming to this location since 2015 faithfully since another location that is no longer in service jipped me years ago and every time Ive been here no matter who the staff is I am treated with the utmost professionalism and honesty which is a huge part of taking your vehicle in! I have never been oversold or lied to for more repairs, they even offer me loyalty discounts for additional services that I do need and cannot afford as a single parent.
Friendly and professional. A bit spendy for oil change but good inspection. A bit much on the upsell for maintenance items. Overall what I expected and they did a good job.

Went in to get an oil change, and the mechanic took my radiator cap off and my engine overheated just for me to come back and spend more money for his commission.Second time going, I went to get my ac fixed. Spent $290 and got the car the next day. Ac never worked after and they blew my ac compressor while doing a compression test and wanted an additional $1200

I have been going to this place for years but can no longer do that. They have a very small desk area where it is impossible to social distance. The manager refuses to where a mask and refuses to talk about why. He faces at close distance many people in a day and could unknowingly pass CV19 without knowing it. He may never know how many. By wearing my mask I was showing more respect for his customers than he was. I dont care about the politics as a customer I can not go to a place that refuses to follow such a simple and effective guideline.

Cory was very very helpful in assisting me with getting my brakes done . I had a horrible screeching noise that was driving me nuts . Turns out the used car dealer threw some pads on their, and didn’t replace or surface the rotors . I appreciate their honesty and their quality work . Pleasantly surprised. As a woman who knows NOTHING about cars I always feel like there is an upsell sign on my back known as the pink tax at these car repair places reserved for women. I was wrong. Not only did they take pictures and explain each issue my vehicle had, but they took the time to answer my questions and give straightforward pricing on parts needed. The technology at this shop is amazing. It gave me peace of mind knowing there werent any hidden fees or unnecessary services being done to make a profit. Every one was respectful and showed excellent customer service especially Corey. Very professional, friendly, efficient! The manager Brett personally gave me a ride home so I didnt have to wait while his staff fixed my brakes. Cory picked me up and brought me back to my car. Very satisfied with my experience with Meineke!!

Ive been going to this Meineke for 4 or 5 years. The guys that work here are very helpful, friendly and give honest advice on what your car does or doesnt need. They also arent pushy when you decline their suggestions. They were so helpful when my AC went out in the middle of summer that I made them all cupcakes as a Thank You

Today I went in for a trip inspection, with my SUV. Up until the time it was given back to me from this location it ran fine. Coincidentally, I was told to replace a brand new battery because it had died. I could not understand but after I left the facility, my battery was completely dead and I had to purchase one from them. Thanks!

I was disappointed with my recent visit to your car care center. Not only for myself but for another patron inquiring about service.Regarding my visit; I was there for an Uber inspection. I was notified that I would not pass inspection without replacing my brakes and roters. I was TOLD the cost and wait time. I declined, as I was not prepared for the exorbitant cost. I asked if I would be charged for a reinspection once I had my brakes replaced elsewhere. I was told, I would be charged a second Uber inspection fee. I was disappointed. Since my visit to your center, I have gotten two other opinions and both disagreed with your assessment of my roters. My roters have been resurfaced, brake pads replaced and out the door with a lifetime warranty, for 1/2 of what Meineke quoted me. I am a full time healthcare worker and I provide Uber services along my commute on my way home each day. I dont have time to be mislead causing a delay in my routine.Regarding the interaction I witnessed at your center while in the waiting area; a call came in and I overheard the service person on my end tell the customer, didnt I just talk to you? The service person reiterated (apparently) what he had quoted the customer earlier on the cost of an oil change. Again during my wait, (as I later deduced) the same customer from the phone call, walked in and asked to have his oil changed. After a short exchange about the vehicle and service, a quote was given. The customer reminded the service person of the earlier phone call, the service person in an irritated fashion told the gentleman FOR THE 3rd TIME............! The potential customer left.I rarely complain or comment on customer service surveys but I felt this was unacceptable. I work in a mental health facility and try to give everyone the benefit of the doughy but Im finding it hard in this instance. You must do better.
So I have to start off by saying I would give them a five except for the exhaust that was installed is not correct and is hitting so I have to go back to try to get it fixed. With that being said the technician William that helped me with my car his exhaust was very helpful and Carlos who is the manager that day was very accommodating and took good care of me.
Getting set up to do Uber and Lyft they had me in and out in 30 minutes!
Excellent service was provided in a timely manner. Repairs were completed as requested with appropriate recommendations. Would definitely recommend this repair shop to friends and family.

I’ve been using Meineke for my car maintenance forever. This was my first time at this location and I was not disappointed. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable.
Horrible place to do business. GO SOME WHERE ELSE. There main focus is up-sell. An 50 dollar oil change some how comes out to be 81 dollars once I arrive to pick up my car, along with over 500 dollars of recommended repairs on a 2015. They told me that my car that I park in my garage everyday, thats only 4 years old has an oil leak and needs new struts. This was so laughable, but if I was uninformed customer who knew nothing about cars, I would have easily been out of hundreds of dollars of repairs that I did not need.

The honesty here is completely absent. I had gotten a repair done at a Meineke in Utah and the problem that I had persisted. So when I had gotten to Arizona, this was the meineke that I went to. They told me that it was a fuel pump that was needing replaced. I was away from home and I had to get back, so I went along with the repair.I got my car back and started my drive back to Utah. Not even 200 miles later, THE SAME PROBLEM happened again. No difference at all. So clearly this fix had no effect on my car. I then took it back in to the Meineke in Provo and they said that the fix they did in Arizona had nothing to do with my problem.I was stuck in between two Meineke and about $1000 of debt with no fix in my car, and just another technician in Provo telling me the next fix would be $2800. So I went to Meineke corporate and they gave me hopes of “investigating” the whole situation. When they finally finished the whole process of 3 weeks, all they said was that the manager in Arizona has the decision whether or not to refund a bad fix. OF COURSE he doesn’t want to, he probably gets commission off of it.Pretty much, Meineke is garbage. Go somewhere else.

This store goes above and beyond. Kory the store manager by far leauges above the rest! While busy was able to multitask and get my car squeezed into their schedule and repaired same day. Wont ever go anywhere else now.
I took my car to Midas on Arizona Avenue and had them change my oil and look at my brakes. They told me I had a mere 2mm left on the front brake pads and a 3mm on the back brake pads, but the rotors were in good condition and just needed resurfacing. My brake pads were ceramic, so they cost a bit more than the metallic ones, and so they couldnt give me the $89.99/axle price that was on the coupon. They quoted me a price of $380.I did some shopping around to some local shops, who all quoted me around $350-$320 and told me itd be a couple of hours. Finally, I decided to give Meineke a call on Saturday and told them the specs and asked them if they could beat Midas quote of $380. The manager just laughed, and said, Oh yeah, we can definitely beat that. Quoted price: $300 + tax which he said would be another $20 or so. The time estimated was an hour and a half.So I decided to take it in to them, and met the manager who was friendly and helpful. 90 minutes later, I had new pads on for a total of $305 including tax. They were not only faster than everyone, but he charged me less than he quoted. Hows that for service?

I had an appointment at 10:30, I showed up on time for a break inspection on my rear breaks. I was told that this was a 20-30 min job. I called the repair shop at 1:00 to get an update and they said my vehicle was just being looked at. They called me right back and told me that my FRONT breaks needed work and it would cost $761 for the front. I advised them that I brought it in for my rear breaks and they told me that they were to rusted that they can’t look at them because if something broke they would be liable for them. Terrible experience and half of my Saturday down the drain.
Not only did Meineke not do the work they were supposed to do but Danelle Teten at the Almaschool and Ray shop tried to rip me off for over $900.00. Then I was charged for work that didn’t even need to be done. Now I have to take my car back in because they got grease all over the car, inside and out, after I had just had it detailed. WHAT A JOKE.//////////////////////////“”””””””/////////////////—————//////////I returned to Meineke and dealt with the managerKory. He addressed my issues, and made me feel comfortable with the thought of returning to his shop for future needs. He took care of the items that were left undone. I appreciate good, quick and reliable service. However, I feel your recommendations are often a bit too proactive. Im only going to change my oil once every 5k miles and Im not getting new tires at 15k miles. Tires rotated every few months should last 30k to 50k miles, right? Anyhoo, Cory the sales agent is great and not overly pushy on the upsells.
This was my first time at Meinke Car Care Center and will be my last time getting any service from this business. I scheduled an appointment to have tires mounted on my Lexus. After waiting about 50 minutes, the Service Manager approached me advising me they couldnt mount my new tires because their equipment wasnt capable. I was told Id have to take my tires to a business that had an upgraded tire mount machine. These were P255/35R-18 tires. I wasted my time scheduling and waiting for this service. I ended up going to Firestone and had to go through the scheduling and waiting again, but they completed the service with no issues.

The service staff at this Meineke location is incredible. My husband and I have visited this location a couple of times for our problem vehicle and the staff is always giving 110% of their focus to ensure they meet their customers needs. I would highly recommend this place. They really look after their customers and their cars.The only reason I didnt give a solid 10 is because sometimes you have to stand around for quite a while before you get anyone to assist you with a drop off, pick up or check out in the office. They seem to be short staffed at some points in time and quite frequently there is no one in the office when you walk in.Overall though, I would highly recommend and I will continue to visit this location
I called like 8 different shops before meineke looking for someone to put on a cat back exhuast for me and they were able to get me in right away and promptly kept me updated on the time and pricing of the servic . This is my first experience with this company and so far so good! Would recommend to any of my fellow car owners!
