My 2002 Toyota MR2 Spyder wouldnt shift gears and inoperable due to hydraulic pump and actuator and previous research of parts unavailability. Received a referral for ADS thru Bumper-to-Bumper, checked their website, saw a older green Nissan on the lift and thought they knew how to repair older cars. So, I called ADS as a first time customer. Tim Thompson was very professional and knowledgeable about the cars issue and advised initial diagnostics. Mason St.Clair, technician, completed diagnostics and, good news!, got pump working and gears shifting. Tim followed up with info and started to get an actuator fabricated for replacement. Tim followed up via phone with progress updates and happy to receive the call, actuator in and repair eta: 2 weeks. well, 13 days later received call car repaired and ready for final check run. Total time: 22 days from inoperable to running again and passing emissions all cleaned and shiny finishing job. Enjoyed riding with top down enjoying the AZ scenery again.Im glad I chose ADS for the repair and put my trust in them to gt the job done. Great job Tim, Mason, Ryan, store manager and Greg, owner. Went to these guys for a wheel ALIGNMENT had to leave the car with them, but I didnt have to bring someone to take me home, they provided a shuttle to take me to and from. A few hours later they called and gave me enlightening detail about what they found about my car, they told me things that no other wheel ALIGNMENT shop had ever told me, because I believe the other shops didnt know. Im glad I found ADS, only thing I didnt like about ADS is that theres not more ADS shops around town.

Ive gone through a couple of shops in Maricopa for my brakes and they cant seem to fix my screeching brakes for the past 2 years. I almost gave up until I found ADS by referral from Costco auto services. When all things said and done, the brakes no longer screech! It was worth the 40 min drive up to ADS to get great quality service. One thing I want to add is prepare to not have your car for at least 24 hours. I dropped my car off early morning and I wasnt able to pick it up til the following morning. They seem to be pretty busy, but that wont stop me from going back next time when I need something done. I bought the aluminum engine guard online they installed and only charged me for the windshield wipers, these guys are amazing I wouldnt take my car anywhere else!!

I had serious issues with the air ride suspension on my Ram 1500. The left side of the vehicle would deflate down to the bump-stops while driving. I took the truck to Automotive Diagnostic Specialties for diagnosis and repair. Brian and the techs did an excellent job finding and repairing the problem on a very complicated suspension system. Kudos to the guys for a job well done!

I really cant say enough about how great this place... On four occasions now weve had guys stuck on the side of the road needed tow truck and Mike one of the service reps is the best at what he does. I just call up he coordinates everything I just worry about getting the guys off the side of the road and he worries about the vehicles. Not to mention, you cannot find a higher caliber of mechanics and overall bunch of professional guys. I have a fleet of vehicles that I take to these guys on the regular they are thorough as can be they diagnose anything and everything All of them are the best of what they do...like I said I cannot say enough good about this place. Fair trustworthy honest.

I saw the reviews on Google and decided to give them a try to get my AC fixed and they were very professional got it in a timely manner updated me on anything that was wrong with the car and kept me in the loop And help me get a rental while my car AC was getting fixed. It may seem pricey for some but you pay for what you get and I rather have my car in tip-top shape then have it serviced somewhere where the issue at hand wasnt fixed the first time around. Great customer service overall. Thank you guys!

Their customer service is well above any automotive repair shop I have ever been to, straight to the point diagnostic sent to your email with pictures, they don’t push you into any not needed services. Great explanations of when I would need to get these items done and why. The price I was quoted was actually the price I paid when I picked up my vehicle!I brought in a quote from a competitor and half of the items on the other quote didn’t even need to be done, when does that happen in a repair shop.Great job from start to finish!!!!

3 years ago this team caught a severely fractured ball joint housing on a 2004 expedition that a shop in Idaho had put in new. Scary that I drove about 3000 miles on it. They worked with me to get it repaired and ensure the ID shop paid for it. They also provided other valuable repairs on that vehicle. I could think of no better shop to bring my 2017 expedition to for an inspection.The courteous, professional way the service techs and mechanics work and interact with customers shows integrity and transparency, two things I value highly and I reccomend ADS to anyone who asks.

1) Left car 7:30am 8/17, no call or report until 9am 8/19. Why take a car in if it wont be looked at for the better part of two work days?2) The only maintenance found to be needed was air & cabin filter, but cabin filter wasnt replaced. Now have to take the car back to get that done.3) After paying bill, I overheard another customer was receiving a discount for AAA membership or military veteran status. Why didnt the service advisor tell me about available discounts?

ADS evaluated all of the fluids by testing each individually on a vehicle that I just purchased and made appreciate recommendations for each. Additionally, they were able to correct the front end shake by road force balancing my tires. This vehicle is my sons first car and I feel confident that he will have a sound car based on their analysis. We will continue to take this and all of our vehicles to ADS in the future.

The first time I used this company I was referenced to them for a wheel alignment. For such a simple adjustment their professionalism shown through. There was no doubt I would return to this company when I needed my AC system replaced on my 03 Ranger, and a coolant flush. After inspections it was also agreed to have my break fluid flushed, and coolant hoses replaced. I have confidence moving forward into the Arizona summer. The air is cold, and my engine runs well. All this work was completed in an amazingly reasonable time. There is no question that I will continue using ADS for all my future repair/maintenance needs.

The service performed appears to be what was represented. However, the cost of the services were not what I was quoted when the appointment was set up. Its a poor business practice to provide one estimate and then a separate price once the work is done. The reason I was provided is they didnt understand how much the fluid volume was on my vehicle. Very dissatisfied!

I was highly pleased with this company. They were very professional and saved me the trouble of having to deal with the insurance company. I was taken back to my car and shown on a lift exactly what was damaged and what would be needed to repair it. Driving my car now, it feels tight and the suspension and steering feel like new. My car and I are both pleased with their service.

They made adjustments to my mufflers and all that seemed to go well. Extremely disappointed that when I went to pick up my vehicle (67 Camaro ss/rs) it was out in front lot unlocked and window open!! Mike wasnt there that day and I never got a call from him apologizing. So when my car failed emissions I brought it somewhere else.

Although the employees at ADS are professional and very knowledgeable, they also maintain a family-like atmosphere which is a huge plus in my book. There was a logistical snafu with the vehicle being serviced before mine which pushed the timeline back on getting my truck serviced. Ryan was apologetic and offered me a shuttle to wherever I needed to go (👍🏽) but I declined which gave me an opportunity to observe. Their shop talk was amazing which informed me that they know their stuff. The service tech that worked on my truck asked me about my alignment issue prior to doing any repairs-- another plus. After two failed attempts and frustration with the dealership, ADS got it right the first time around and noticed an additional issue with my alignment. As a footnote: they had pizza for lunch and invited me to have some. Professional, family-like and friendly is how I would describe the team at ADS. And I didnt feel like I had mortgaged my house when it came time to pay. Thank you ADS!!

Had purge valve issues and hose leak, they were able to get me in the next day after I called and was able to pick up my car same day. Work was done professionally and quick. Car runs smooth like butter, would definitely recommend this shop.

UPDATE: 10/30/2021Took my daughters car here as other mechanics were reading the codes it was throwing and recommending a new engine. She actually got quoted 4k for the new engine. I knew this was quackery and took this car to ADS. Turns out that oil was leaking onto, or into a spark plug causing a misfire. A couple hundred dollars later and the 4 thousand dollar problem went away lol. By the way, my 2014 Ram is still running strong with no issues since ADS got her running right. Now its the only shop my daughter will trust as well.My daughters car needed new cat converters as well, but we knew of this problem. ADS did not install aftermarket parts!I do have to admit, I do cringe when I see them calling me after I drop a vehicle off. Thats ONLY because Im used to them finding all the problems, not just the one I brought it in for. I tested this with my truck. They fixed everything. That was about 30,000 miles ago and not one freaking issue. Keep doing what your doing ADS!!!_________________________________________________________________________ORIGINAL POST:Its the only place Ill take my 2014 Ram. Ive had quite a few repairs done here now. Each one has had Zero issues with it. Ive even ignored their recommendation once on replacing my oil cooler... Just to have it go out 2 months later. I should have listened. If I can say anything about ADS, its honesty & integrity. Customer service is great too, but keep in mind its really not their fault for delivering bad news.Im excited to write this review because Im 41 years of age and have had predominantly used cars. Been through hundreds of mechanic shops in my life, but now Im only using ADS. I hope this helps someone who needs things done right, thoroughly and actually wants the real facts of what else is going wrong

2nd time I have used this shop, only need a service on my vehicle, which they completed within time said and also $ amount given over the phone. I had previously brought my Audi to them with a check engine light on, we had just moved here from IL so had no idea where to take the car to. They diagnosed the problem, performed repairs within the estimate given, have had no more trouble with the PVC system since. I would not be afraid to take a vehicle back to them for any other thing that may come up, great place to use.
