Been going a few times a week for the last coupe years. Great place to study in the morning, customer service is always terrific ... great bagels and coffee!

Oh my goodness - I love the Nova Lox on an everything bagel.

Go to this location every couple weeks. Never had too much of a problem. This weekend however, I went and had to ask 2 different employees FOUR times for the remainder of my order. Then they gave me the wrong size coffee and FROZEN food. Took over 30 minutes to get the wrong order. I called to speak with a manager, Blanca, and she was very rude, did not want to help, called me a liar saying that they gave me the correct size and thats what I ordered when I know for a fact (along with the other 2 people on the order) that they rang up the coffee as a large and I was given a small. She said, after going back and forth for a while, that shed take down my name and give me a free coffee next time I was in. She did not take don my name. She just hung up. Even when I was at the store and told them it was wrong, they said thats not the case and wouldnt correct it. What ever happened to customer loyalty anymore?! Without the consumer, you would not have a job.

Shout out to Blanca/Bianca for going above and beyond! I placed a large order at 5 am on Friday morning and she was so sweet and gracious over the phone. She went above and beyond and helped me carry everything to the car with out me even asking! Shes a keeper! Thank you!!!

Always consistent, great service, love with their doing fresh is it gets. If you looking for bagels beg leg sandwiches caterings they got what you need!!!!

The staff is courteous and attentive, which is a lot to ask of anyone early in the morning. The highlight of what they serve is in the name; their bagels and creams cheeses are the most flavorful and tasty items on their menu. Their coffees, drinks, and other food items are sub-par in comparison.

Not sure why you’re open. I was directed away from one open register to another line that closed then ignored like I didn’t exist. Please choose another location if at all. It has been years since I visited an Einstein’s and it will be many more years before I do again. Sad.

My favorite coffee is here, but so disappointed that for the 2nd year in a row, they are not making pumpkin walnut crunch bagels for fall.

Super fast. Registered to it and get good deals almost every week. Bring ur own mug for $1.49 coffee refill.

Nice staff, however the last like 3 or 4 times Ive gone in to get my bagel sandwich theyve forgotten the schmear, its an extra almost 2 dollar charge for a schmear. I get charged and dont get the schmear and Im usually on my way to work or dont have time to go back. Clean restaurant, theyll make fresh coffee if you ask. Just kinda bummed about my schmear!

Technically the bagels are good, but they have flavors they mix up. I got a chocolate chip with garlic cream cheese or put on from a knife used on garlic bagels as it was really strong. And the same for a french toast bagels as well. The only one that tasted normal was the everything bagel I got had regular cream cheese. Its a shame. It soured my thoughts of this place.

It is busy all the time on the weekend, but the line moves fast. My kids like their plain bagels.

I had missing items from my catering order and didn’t realize it until I was on my way to work. I was very upset and Blanca, one of the managers on duty, took the initiative and was able to really help me. She went above and beyond in her customer service and it was much appreciated.

The bagels and sandwiches we get are always good. And Ive had coffee from there too. I wish the prices were a little lower. Even when they are busy the wait isnt to long. Its always been clean inside. The employees are usually good. Ive never had a rude employee but they are never super happy or outgoing. I recommend going.

Paid for my breakfast through the app. We did not include tip, as I like to tip cash. When charge posted I noticed and additional charge for 1.00. Called the store and they couldnt help me as they have no control through App. Disputing through bank.

Very tasty and quick. Cashier told us about the savings app and we signed up then and there and saved $2. The coffee was just right, not too strong. The chocolate chip bagel is delicious with just butter, but would be great with a shmere of cream cheese; which my son got with his french toast bagel (so good, I had a bite). Staff was pleasant and knowledgeable of their items

Went in to get the dozen special, since it was within two hours of them closing, they didnt have the bagels we wanted. Coffee was old. The service was very friendly, thats why a four star.

The food is amazing and the service is incredible. The prices are really good especially if you sign up for their rewards. I ordered a bagel topped with asiago cheese and it was perfectly toasted. The food tastes amazing and the service was extremely quick. The workers were nice and quite helpful. They have outdoor seating and a wide variety of drinks like coffee, soda, water, and juice just to name a few. For the coffee they dont just have one flavor the have an assortment of flavors to choose from. I would definitely recommend eating at Einstein Bagels.

The workers are very polite and friendly. It just seems that any Einstein bros bagel shop I go to to get my beloved lox bagel, they skimp me hardcore on the lox--it doesnt even cover the bagel. I had two small slices on each bagel. Then they put two big slices of red onion ( so it mostly tastes like an onion bagel). Generous with capers and cream cheese, so thats nice. It just tastes off balance with less lox. Any other bagel shop I go to is very generous with the lox or at least gives enough to cover the top of the bagel. I dont feel like Im getting my 7 dollars worth of lox bagel at Einsteins. Its the only bagel I ever crave, so I probably wont be around again to Einsteins for my lox.

Would have given it a higher rating but for the staff. Cant talk about all of them but the one that I encountered today was rude and very dismissive. Would not recommend this place for that reason only. The reason I give it a 3 star is only because I dont want to penalize and judge the entire staff based on that one rude and obnoxious staff member. Not going there again. Its a franchise so I am sure I will find one where customer service is not asking for too much.

First time coming to this location and absolutely loved the customer service of the employees and management. A shout out to Nancy who excelled in her customer service skills by taking the time and bagging my order for our long trip home. Will definitely be back to this location we love einstein bagels.

Had an event at our Church (Vacation Bible School) and the kids loved the bagels. They even got seconds because of how much they liked them. They were so tasty and we appreciated the great service we got. Thanks for all the help!

This location can never make an order right. Every time I go here they mess up my order. How hard can it be to make a simple bagel sandwich? Apparently when you are more concerned about socializing with your coworkers, it can be difficult. One time, I had to tell the girl making the food she needed to change her gloves after touching the register. This seemed to confuse her. You dont need a food handlers class to tell you that is gross! I only stop at this location because they are close to another store I go to daily. From now on I will go to another Einsteins and hope they can do better.

Quite place. nothing special about the ambience. Good staff and amazing bagels. Make sure you eat the bagels while they are warm or they get chewy quick.

Ive been to this location quite a lot. The food, coffee, menu are great, but dont be in a hurry. One morning I had to go without breakfast because they were too slow and I had to go. Waited about 20 minutes and my order has not been taken yet. Today was another frustrating day to be a customer at Einsteins. Good food, but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired, mostly because there is no manager on location would be my guess.

Went at 8am yesterday and they were out of all bagels except for a few and then went back this morning and theyre out of bacon and most of the bagels. The manager has one just, make sure you have enough stock. Does seem like she knows what she is doing ; you have one job that isnt very hard at ALL freaking do it right plan ahead and have better customer service. I will never go back to this location and I spend about $200 a week here for company meeting food.

About 10am on a Friday. Bagel sandwich was great, coffee was good and service was good. It was about 1/2 full but a short line, food came quick.

Wonderful service! Greeted with a goodmorning at the door and as a first-timer, they were patient in answering my questions. I read some other reviews and got a little concerned, but honestly, Im glad I didnt judge a book by its cover. Thank you to the wonderful staff for making my morning that much better :)

Sunrise sandwich is spicy yummy, really recommend. Eating by the table outside is really a joyful time with families.

I just had the best experience at Einsteins and had the best customer service. The employee who helped me was so friendly. I always welcome that.

This is the second time in the last two visits to this location that my to-go order was incorrect.My husband said he was very clear on my order of one egg with cheddar on everything bagel. What he brought home was a ham and swiss, no egg. I can only assume I received someone elses order. The last time bacon was added to my sandwich which doesnt sound bad but I dont like the smoked flavor and it was stuck to my cheese.I guess well just have to drive further to the Tempe location.

First time at this location. Took forever because even though many people were working, they only hand one person helping customers and that person basically took every bagel in the place. They obviously didnt have the forethought of it being a Friday morning at just before 8 and they may actually need to have their bagels stocked! So then they finally start helping other customers. They take my order. 1 breakfast bagel, 1 plain bagel toasted to go. I stand and wait for a while longer. And am then told they dont have any plain or jalapeno bagels. Unreal!!!! Do NOT go to this Einstein Brothers location! Terrible service!!!

Pretty sure they have gotten every order wrong. I don’t know if the person taking the order format listen or the prep staff doesn’t read. This location has messed it up 4 times in a row. That’s pretty amazing.

Love Einsteins, but this location has been sucky every time. Cold food, stale, one bagel totally under-cooked in the middle. But what bothers me the most is management scolding employees in front of customers, and then arguing with staff. Awkward! And seeing (different) employees preparing food with their phones out in their gloved hands. Yuck!

Craving a bagel after 2 PM doesnt have a lot of options. I settled for Einstein Bros because it was open. My bagel was fresh, the tuna was good, potato salad was terrible.

I have to say the think cut bacon is a welcome upgrade. I get an onion bagel with bacon, cream cheese, and tomato. The new bacon really kicks the flavor up a notch.

Bagels are so chewy! I tried the pretzel one today and it did not disappoint.

The worst customer service every time I come!!! Generally come on On Saturdays and tend to wait 30 to 45 mins while I watch the staff walk very slowly, wipe their noses, and talk to each other casually as lines are out the door. I will not be coming back.

Ive visited this location a few times and the general overall experience left me dissatisfied. This location never has enough stock, I have had to change my order because of this and when I finally received my order it wasnt even the right order. It is a very disorganized mess and the customer service is extremely poor. If you enjoy Einsteins my recommendation is to visit a different location.

This morning I placed an order over the phone, so I went and picked up and went home. I realized my order was completely wrong, So when I went back I knew it was a common mistake and I was very understanding but they seemed very rude and talked to me like it was my fault for their mistake. I waited 20 minutes for them to remake my food while having to listen two girls arguing in the back. I went home to finally eat my food and my lettuce and tomato on my sandwich were soggy. And I don’t know if it was intentional but my bagels were smooshed together like they squeezed. All in all the customer service was 1 out 10. It was not worth $25.

Ok so i know im not the only one that eats bagal dogs and this place never has them. I dont go here all the time for that reason. Service is ok but slow because they are to busy talking about personal stuff while theres a lot of customers waiting.

We are very unhappy with this location. .The older blonde lady at the register has a sever rolling her eyes problem when asked not to put the white gravy on our sandwich. .Then we received our sandwich and my husband opens it up and the egg was GREEN! She had a problem with that too...There are plenty of other locations. .Steer clear of this one...

Good bagels and good service... Give yourself some extra time if you go in on a Friday morning as it is busier than normal with people getting bagels for the office.

I asked for my asiago bagel toasted with cream cheese, instead they played my life and stuck it in the microwave or something. My first bite was soggy and disappointing. I get this comb often so...? Im just appalled how youre okay with people asking and paying for something and they dont get what they want!!

Sometimes the Counter staff is slow to acknowledge you as you stand at one register and then get told they wont help you and to go to the other register. The food is always good, just service is hit or miss

The service here is horrible. All of them seem like they dont want to work and are doing us a favor. All totally rude. If you dont want to be polite dont work in customer service. Orders were also wrong and were not organized.

Friday breakfast deal

First time to stop by this location. Dealt with one by the name Britt or Bhit (couldn;t catch the exact name on his badge), not only did he not greet or smile, but he was also disrespectful for no reason. I requested half a dozen gourmet bagels; he looked as if he was mad. I asked him did you have a bad day? He replied: I just want to know what you want (as if its normal to look angry at customers), we only have two types of gourmet bagels as you can see! (it was around 2:30 PM). I added a sandwitch to the order, but never again this store. Maybe that cashier doesnt like his job, but showing it would be bad for the business.

Just recieved the absolute worst customer service I have ever recieved. When I walked in, both the cashier and the guy prepping the food seemed angry with me for being there. After the elderly couple in front of me ordered (admittedly slowly), I got up to the register and Josh greeted me, then told me to hold on... and proceeded to walk away, pick up his drink, and SIT DOWN over by the door. Your break was so important and urgent that you couldnt wait 30 seconds to complete my order?! I was completely baffled and the guy making food had to tell him to come help me after a minute. Wth?Eta: Just got back to work with my lunch and they have me the wring order, too!

No organization when ordering. Two people ordered after me but were served right away. I sat there waiting then asked when I would be helped. Then John seemed pissed off and threw my dozen as I ordered each one. It took a lot for me to not throw them back at him. Dont expect much service here if you go.

Just had the worst experience of ignorance in front of my son. The lady at the register just totally ignored us. When I called her out on it she chuckled then apologized. You should just put a sign on the door if my kind arent welcome.
