Generally well-stocked on a variety of braiding and crochet hair. Lace-front stock is okay and very, very limited on traditional and human hair wigs. Adequate supply of hair products and supplies for both men and women. Store is well kept and orderly for the structure. Well, the short-fall has traditionally been where the sales associates meets the customer (and I do not mean the owners). It is not acceptable for a customer to hear music literally singing p***y and d**k while in the store. Absolutely unacceptable. Pull your panties... Absolutely unacceptable. Absolutely unacceptable as it limits the returning clientele that prefer to purchase in a business like environment, not an underground spot. Since I became a customer prior to the move from one location in the strip mall to the more visible spot, and having had interaction with the owners, I must say I am disappointed the service and atmosphere has deteriorated to this level. The various efforts to increase business (braid bar/vendor space expressions) have not gone un-noticed. We all know what happens when the boss is away but there is a boundary that should not be crossed. Business is business, and you have lost mine.

The Staff at Get Sassy are extremely professional. I showed up before the store opened and instead of being rude and making me wait, I was let in and greeted with a smile. They have amazing inventory and all my questions were answered when I asked. I would recommend this place to anyone, it has such a great atmosphere and great prices. They also have business cards in the front which I thought was awesome if you need help with getting your hair done.

I am always at Get Sassy! There staff is amazing and makes you feel welcomed. Plus, the music is always poppin which makes for a welcoming environment as well. Its the number one place I dont mind commuting to buy my braiding hair, ear tape, and various edge control products.

I patronized this business today, probably the first customer of the day and I wasnt looking for the confetti to fall... but couldnt I have gotten a welcome greeting as I entered and or can I help you find something. A very nice hair supply store! I was greeted and welcomed into the store as soon as I walked in and asked if I needed help finding anything. (I appreciate good customer service!) The cashier was very helpful in helping me pick the hair I needed. She even showed me a picture of herself wearing the same hair I was purchasing which was a huge help. I will be returning asap!

Their customer service is great. Yet, they never have my color for ponytails, they either have black or deep brown, never a lighter brown or mixed, and it is either super long, not a lot of variety. Prices are a bit high for ponytails yet I go because they are closest to me. If more variety I would have scored a 5

But this is the best place hands down👏🏽.I got a human hair unit, also some conditioner I haven’t been able to find in a while, a mirror and some make up. The unit was gorgeous no shedding what so ever and it has held up! Definitely going to return. ❤️🛍😍

They should teach some of these other useless business people how to run a business and have the customer keep coming back!Update: That reviewer by the name of Hannah, I doubt shes telling the truth. How can everyone have a good experience and raves about this business and all of a sudden a negative review pops up and their complain is the customer service? Really? If anything thats what they are good at. I guess when you start thriving the haters start coming out. Not to talk about the business they tried to patronize. I have been to Sunnys off Baseline and Alma School and I can never find what I am looking for. They are expensive, poor customer service and selection is limited especially for ethnic women. This is a convenient store to purchase beauty supply items in the east valley. This and Sonnys Hair are the only ones that I know of. Its a very small store. I only go here because there are no other options when you need something right away (they may not even have it because the selection is very slim) Sonnys is my first choice, then here. If the daughter wasnt in the store, itd be a better experience, because she is very short, meaning quick to jump to an attitude for absolutely no reason at all. Which is very unbecoming of a so-called professional business owner. I was completely thrown off by it and dissapointed because I was a customer.But Sonnys Hair is great and its only a few miles from this location. Google it! :)Also, Mid K Beauty in Phoenix is huge and a great choice if you can make the drive.Regarding Get Sassy, I DO NOT SUPPORT poor customer service and that daughter made that small store lose a customer.

This is my 3rd time at this Beauty Supply house. Their selections are extremely slim for products and they never have what I want (girls barrettes, hair beads, the white bottle of wild growth) and today they ran out of shopping bags to put your merchandise in. The customer service is good, thats the reason for the 2 stars. Product selection is terrible.

I visited this store today for the first time. The only reason im not giving 5 stars is because the hair selection is very slim. They had alot of braiding and crochet hair (which is the latest trends) and brands i am not familiar with and great prices but i would definitely come here again. The Customer Service was Excellent! Each staff member greeted me and in their own way came to check on me to see if i needed any help. I wasnt sure what style i really wanted to get so i didnt make a purchase today. I definitely recommend and will be back when im ready to get braids.

I was looking for other beauty supply stores and came across this one online. I read it was black owned and decided to drive from Mesa to chandler.It was well worth it, the staff is so friendly and welcoming. I went to get burgundy jumbo braid hair. As I was looking the lady came up and asked if she could help me find something, her aura was so positive and inviting. I signed up for their membership thing and got 5% off of my purchase. Over all it was a pleaseny experience, conversation, good vibes and they didnt mind my 2 year old acting like a 2 year old.I only wish they were opened on sundays 😩😩

I went to look at loc supplies for my new freeform locs. They had a lot to select from and I ended up with some loc jewelry and earrings. One star off for customer experience - because once I got to the counter to pay, I was asked if I was ok with the price (could I afford it maybe?) and was asked if I knew I am buying loc jewel and not an earring (it said “Tiffany’s Loc Jewels”). I know I looked disheveled as I was having quite the rough day, but I can read and make plenty of money for a $20 tab.

Awesome customer service! I had some issues with some extensions i bought. Usually any place that sells extensions wont do anything if the extensions dont work out. But Lamar totally made it right! The girls that were working, nyla and (i wrote it down then lost it!) Maya i think??? Totally awesome and friendly. If you need products for textured hair, this is the place! My son is mixed and i have no clue what im doing wiith his hair lol they totally helped me find the right product for him. Theyre prices are great to. Outstanding customer service! Vanessa and Lamar go above and beyond for their customers. Ive been in a few times before for barber supplies and Vanessa has always been very helpful, warm and welcoming. I recently purchased the Eve brand clip-in 100% human hair extensions (level 6) with the intention to color them a level darker with a red ombre effect at the ends to blend with my hair. I am a licensed cosmetologist and have colored extensions many times before so I thought this would be no problem. But the color would not take to certain strands of hair giving it a brown with blonde highlight look which did not match my natural hair. (I have never purchased this brand before and unfortunately, the manufacturer of the extensions failed to put a disclaimer on the back of the package stating NOT to color this particular brand of hair.) Also, 2 of the smallest clip-ins were missing from the package. I have fine, thin hair so I wasnt too concerned about the small pieces missing. But after 2 hair coloring processes and no luck, I called Get Sassy and spoke with Lamar and told him my situation. He was very understanding and actually cared about my concern. He called the manufacturer right away and got back to me within 15 minutes. He gave me a store credit and I came in the next day to pick up another set of extensions. I chose black this time because it blends nicely with the color I have on my natural hair. Needless to say, Get Sassy made it right! They genuinely care and are passionate about their business, and that is hard to find. I recommend them to anyone looking for beauty or barber supplies. Thank you Vanessa and Lamar for being so awesome!

INCREDIBLE customer service. I ordered a wig I needed for a performance! AND OMG the owner found out the wig was under priced on her website PRIOR to shipping it to me, and yet sold it to me for what I paid for it. I mean it was not a little underpriced when I went back on her website, I noticed the wig was underpriced by over 100.00 WOW. They have a lifetime customer in me. Talk about fair! On top of that she shipped it to me in time for my show! I plan to GET SASSY over and OVER again:)
