I am from out of town. I needed a haircut and beard trim. I had seen the old fashioned barber room in the store while I was in the mall, and thought it looked like a good thing...It was!Hanna made sure I knew the costs and options, and it was obvious they would love to sell me other items if I found some I liked.Those reviewers who start with the costs of this place BURY THE LEAD!Where else will you get an incredible shave and haircut by a professional Austrian Barber? She came to the USA when she was 14 to get a job in Ohio, because she lived to cut hair!This was a unique experience that I will enjoy again when I return to visit my parents for Christmas.Buy products if you like them and need them. Dont buy them if not!But for goodness sake! Enjoy an incredible, manly experience, before this kind of service disappears into the history books! A straight-razor shave alone, is hard to find. Dont miss out.

Tried to go in yesterday 6/11/20 three times . the first i tried to go in it was around 5:15 and the gate was closed i was trying to pick up some shave products since i heard great things about no neck irritation. so i decided to take a walk and come back. came back round 6:20 and gate was closed again so went take a walk again . guess they like to take a lot of breaks . came back at around 7:30 to give another try gate was open but one look in and got a bad feeling short little twerp looked he had a bad attitude an unfriendly so i left an will never be back. i’ve heard that there closing there stores according to article on google. guess this guy doesn’t care anymore. since looks like closing. if you hate your job that much way stay hope you have a better day bro

I went to the store at 7:20pm on Monday 12/9/19 and no one was there (gate down). There was one of those clock signs that indicated that they would be back but it was set for 7:05… I waited about five minutes but no one showed up. I went back the next night… No apology… Completely unfriendly service. I like the products, but this location has the worst customer service I’ve encountered with this brand. I’ll look for another location or just change brands.

Walked in yesterday got a weird vibe plus let me tell you it’s high pressure sales to the max... ease up a bit an more would prob come in. i know the barbers are good but for a shave and haircut 140$$ seeesh ... won’t be back

Extremely overpriced products. And the salesman who was shoving Beard oils and Beard Balms in our face to smell wreaked of cigarettes. We could not even get a good whiff of the products because of the strong tobacco smell. Better products online and half the price. FRESH BEARDS

Walked in with some questions and also wanted to buy, surprisingly I was the only one in the store and maybe one other person. That one person left and it was just me. There was no greeting after giving me eye contact and still no type of customer service. Good store!! Bad customer service.

Just a reminder to all the men out there looking at this store, it belongs to Proctor and Gamble, the Gillette company. Yknow the company that thinks that men are bad. Do not support this store. Go anywhere else. Theres a place downtown and one on 7th that professional barbers use to get supplies. Go there instead.

Excellent store an staff had a great experience when the barber every time whether it’s a face shave bread line up or haircut they always do a great job very knowledgeable abouy and educated ..I don’t understand all these negative comments some of these people just like to complain and don’t know what the hell they want ha.dont listen to them... Will be back!!!

Over price for one horrible experience from staff and I really believe the babers are straight out of school cuz they don’t know what they doing for $150 I expect a experienced Barber and worst part it’s not clean at all from flooor to chair towels hope this helps... but the Products are really good will have to say that

Good soap even though they dont use tallow anymore. I think it funny that the reps were all bearded and trying to sell shaving products. Hmmm.... Experts at shaving 1 inch of the neck. I have yet to see a store that has people that are true wet shaving enthusiasts.

My husband wont let anyone else touch his hair. Manny is amazing!

The price for blades is simply rediculous, probably a fine place to get a shave but nor the place to get supplies. You can buy blades for 15% of the cost on amazon all day

It doesnt seem to be the best business practice to not have a barber in the barber shop five days out of the week. I can buy overpriced hair products anywhere, but I guess Ill have to find somewhere else to get a trim as well.
