I love this location. They are great. They now offer high PH Alkaline water and it is amazing. I have really noticed a difference in myself. The gentleman That educated me on their process was super helpful and nice, I wish I could remember his name! But the staff has always been super sweet and insanely fair prices. I love coming here. Highly recommend and drink more Alkaline water!!
Hubby had a hankering for a banana split. He was so happy to find that he could get one here. There were plenty of ice cream flavors to chose from. There was only fudge topping (no strawberry or pineapple) along with whipped cream and cherries. He was in heaven! Small establishment with inside/outside seating. I didn’t use the restroom, so I can’t address that. I wanted no sugar added ice cream. They didn’t have any, but that’s not uncommon. I did settle for a scoop of nonfat vanilla yogurt. We are visiting Chandler, so we probably won’t be back. But I’d encourage you to give it a try!
Always great service from the gal that’s there. Love my bubble teas, and the kids love icees and ice cream! They also have a fave Japanese drink - Ramune!
This is a awesome water and ice store in Chandler. Its probably cleanest store in the city. Store is a very organized and well stocked. I drink their alkaline water. I am already seeing health benefits. I love it so much. Consider me as your permanent customer. They also have lot of Thrifty ice cream and shaved ice flavors. My go-to place from now onward! Customer service is cherry on the cake.
Easy to get in and out of the area. Water is tasty. Great customer services. I will definitely continue returning
Very friendly service, clean, water is great, and incredible variety of ice cream and more.
Love coming to this store, very clean and excellent customer service. Always enjoy coming here.
Only store we go to fill our water. All the workers are so kind. Malia is the sweetest!
Best place for ice cream! The workers are friendly and thankful.
Really nice and helpful.
The place is great! Thrifty ice cream and snow cones. Cold ac. Clean. Music is good sometimes... nice place to sit for a bit.If its ever for sale I want to buy it.
Our favorite stop for RO water in Chandler. The staff are friendly. The water quality is good and their price is reasonable. They also sell Water cards which will lower the cost per Gallon. They do sell ice screams which are delicious . It is very well located at the Ray and Dobson intersection . There are plenty of parking space.
Awesome alkaline water, nice clean store, I love this place
I was in last night and I had a great experience! They have higher quality water due to resent enhancements on their water treatment. The new owners have been there for 3 months and are some of the most humble & honest people that really care about people. Immediately they educated me on the in store products & local water studies. Im looking forward to marketing my massage & personal training businesses with them. Thank you Taun. I wont get my gallons of water anywhere else.
The people there made me feel welcomed as soon as I walked in today and were very patient when I asked to try out some of the many great ice cream flavors they offer. Ill definitely be coming back for more!Great prices and very clean welcoming atmosphere
I just get water refills. Theres many places in the area to get water, I like theirs best and buy the discount card to save money. Friendly atmosphere, very busy place, they must sell a lot of ice cream, but Im a water consumer.
Friendly owners who take great care of their customers. Always a happy greeting as you walk in the door. Great tasting water too! Thrifty ice cream and Hawaiian ices sold here as well.
Don’t buy ice here, the bags are so thin and cheap you could sneeze funny and they would break open. Happened twice to me in a day, the bags busted open on me. Also, the ice they have melts and refreezes so good luck getting decent ice cubes out of that. It’s like buying a 10 lb ice block rather than ice cubes. The girl at the counter Monday morning had a really poor attitude and didn’t seem to want to help.
Ive been going to this location for my water needs for a long time. I like it. And theyre very nice. I invited a worker there to our restaurant Wild Elk Den.
Been using for our water for years. Good ice cream too! Friendly staff.
Wow, this place is under new management and they have remodeling and the place is sparkling clean. It is also cool and comfortable. This place has a recipe for a green smoothie, and it is the best tasting! Wow, who knew getting more greens would taste so good? What a treat. Yum, Yum. Great, attentive service too.
The water is amazing and the customer service is the best Ive ever received! Theresa (the owner)is the nicest woman ever! I love that they also have my favorite Thrifty band ice cream!
Jessie Stoel,Sorry for the inconvenience, we fixed the door issue it was there from longtime we took the store and we are doing our best to keep the store clean and we got lot of compliments from our customers as the store really looks clean. we are new to the business but we set very high standards and we listen to our customers. please feel free to drop in again we will treat you good. next time when you come in you can have a free ice cream on me. thanks for posting your concerns.
The owner was really sweet to my kids and made our snow cone expirence really fun! Great thing to do with kids over summer and great value. It was less than three bucks for three snow cones.
Great tasting water, thrifty ice cream and smoothies are available. The biggest reason I love this place is that I am always treated with a smile, and you feel a very positive atmosphere, as the owner (Theresa) is always welcoming. I always leave with a smile.
Perhaps the only place in Arizona I have been to that treats you with so much kindness and sincerity. The water is the best but the smile you leave with is the real reason I always return.
This was a good visit.. water, ice, and ice cream in one go! Clean looking but slightly understaffed on a Saturday afternoon.
Thrifty ice cram! Most selections that Ive ever seen! This place is great! Such a sweet lady that helped us. Mint n chip on a waffle cone. Fml.
Great location and the owner is such a kind and helpful lady- highly recommend even if its just to fill up on some water!
Very friendly service! Well lit, clean, great tasting water & thrifty ice cream, with a water card we will be returning often!
This place used to be really awesome. Their facilities were top notch and it was very convient. Unfortunately the last few times that Ive been there it seems that new owners have taken over the place and are letting it go to shambles. Some of the water dispensers dont work properly, the misters outside dont work properly, the door is obviously broke with duct tape over the locks (thats real attractive), and it was just kind of dirty. Even the water doesnt taste as good as it used to.I dont want to sound too hard on the place because Ive been to much worse ice and water stores. But its definitely not as top notch as it was say 6-9 months ago.If I were to give this place a grade it would be a C+. All the place has to do is fix the broken stuff and clean up a little and they would be right back where they used to be.
They have been ok with us and have a lot of flavors, but no sugar-free flavors.I asked the kid working tonight why they dont, and he responded, thats just the way it is.Who says that? Bad customer service.
Best place to fill your bottles if you dont wanna deal with changes. Very convenient and the lady is so friendly.
The owner made me feel very welcome and they have a hidden vegtable menu :) amazing flavors
Always nice and I never have to wait to get my water
My favorite place to get my Water, ice and occasional thrifty ice cream... best people!
Excellent customer service especially by cashier named Tariq
Alright place just didnt like the fly in my shaved ice
Can a fruit and vegetable smoothie change your life? Of course not. Yet here I am, picking up the pieces of my exploded mind whilst consuming the singularly best, and perhaps most nutritious, concoction I have ever ingested. So much so that I am compelled to tell the world of social media.Allow me to set the scene. Following a haircut, I stopped at the Water Plus store on the Southeast corner of Dobson and Ray, next to the Sprouts, to refill some bottles of water. The place was packed, and as it turned out, by the time I was finished filling my bottles, everyone had emptied out following my brief delay waiting for a cart.As such, I did not feel guilty pulling the delightful and cheerful Asian woman away from her register to make the Smoothie advertised on their front window. I wasnt really sure what I would be asking for in this mixture, seeing that there was a plethora of fruit based standard mixtures listed on the wall behind me, but since I had said fruit and vegetable juice, the lady took it from here.Into her Vitamix blender she first poured perhaps three to four ounces of cranberry juice, so I watched and nodded approvingly. It was apparent that English was not this ladys first, or perhaps even second language, but we were communicating quite clearly through the language of the juice.Next she added a healthy handful of super greens: I saw things like spinach, kale, and swiss chard. Then she added the contents of a small plastic single serving dish, pre-portioned carrot, celery, and something else I wasnt too sure about, possibly turnip?Next she tossed in a nice size chunk of fresh beet, and I instantly discovered that I would be leaving with something red in color. The beet was followed by a healthy chunk of fresh cut lemon the equivalent of perhaps two fingers worth, as well as some peanut butter powder, fresh ginger perhaps equivalent to 3 silver dollars tossed in whole, a healthy squeeze of agave nectar as well as some coconut oil, and a pinch of cayenne pepper. She was in the zone now. This was followed by a substantial spring sprig of fresh mint, which is one of the most noticeable and pleasing aspects of this concoction. Oh, did I mention the entire avocado she added? Follow this up with a scoop of ice, and some frozen strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries, even a bit of pinapple, and I am sipping on one of the most nutritious and inspirational concoctions known to man.It would be difficult for me to refill bottled water anywhere else moving forward. I think my smoothie lunch cost $7.50, and I would probably have to spend most of that just in ingredients if I were to do it myself. After loading the water bottles and returning the card, I told the lady that this was the best smoothie I had ever enjoyed, and she clapped and hopped. The end.
This is one of the best Waterstores in the valley. They have awesome thrifty ice creams...you can chose from so many different flavors and their smoothies are to die for especially free health supplements they add and you can chose.water is still 25 cents a gallon. other stores are charging around 30 cents a gallon.and their water tastes really good. way to go waterplus... keep up the good work.Last but not lease 8 pound icebags from sprouts (next door) are $2.29 and i am sure tahts regular water but this store charges just $0.98 cents for 8 pound ice bag which is soft water and reverse Osmosis you go figure....
Not had any issues with this place. The water tastes good and the Thriftys Ice Cream is amazing.
