I have used this location to fill our water tower bottles for some time. The water is a good quality and its easier than using other venues or paying a service. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Staff very nice and helpful. I was recovering from a fractured wrist and the nice young man helped get my bottles in the car the few times I was there when I couldnt lift the 3 gal bottles.

Hours were listed as 10 - 7. Got there at 10am, waited for 30 min and still no one showed up to open the place. I must have counted 6 or 7 unhappy customers that came by to find the place closed. Apparently, this happens regularly here. I guess with no viable competition, they can make up the hours as they feel like it. Very disappointing ...

They helped me set up the alkaline water system. The water filtration is good here as always. It reminds me of the days when a group of us would walk from school in junior high to get some shaved ice (they still have it). Everyone had their favorite. My favorite was black cherry margarita. If you havent tried it, it will blow your mind.

Clean. Full service store. Handicap accessible and staff go out of their way to keep store clean and well stocked. Very helpful to customers. Very busy area in the shopping center. Cart available for use to get full bottles to vehicles. External after hours fill station available.

Had a great time there and love the shaved cones. Love the gentleman services he gives me and the time he talking to me. I would go back there again

This is by far my absolute favorite Water & Ice location. I’ll drive 5 mins longer out of my way to go to this location because whether it’s to stop in for ice cream for the kids or to just refill our water jugs. The store is always clean and the staff is always kind to myself and my kids. Highly recommend this location. Family Friendly wins me every time!

We go here for the best shaved ice and their Thrifty ice cream. Try cotton candy or bubble gum with the creme extra on top. Chocolate chip ice cream with the shaved chips instead of chunks.

A friendly neighborhood water store! I buy my ice and refill my water here. For a special treat I buy myself a scoop of ice cream. A wall with candy selection in store for the kids! Flavored shaved ice! Lots of water supplies. They also have alkaline water if you are seeking it. Come see for yourself! Employees here are so nice and will help you with lifting if you ask. Been getting water here for 10 years! Always tastes great and its discounted if you get 30+ gallons at once. Every now and then we get the coconut pineapple ice cream which is really tasty.

Ive been going there for quite some time now for my water and ice. You know its always good freshwater and clean ice because its so Crystal Clear. The employees are so friendly. And its very convenient parking and access to your bottles and getting them filled.

They have alkaline water. Prices are incredibly reasonable. Love their shaved ice. :-)

You have to fill your own water. Never busy. They also offer snacks and ice cream. Always clean. Customer service is friendly, especially the few male employees. Parking isnt great. They do have carts if you have more than one water container.

Very moldy, musty smell inside. They say its a drainage problem. Its so bad there has got to be mold in the walls. They need to address this before someone gets sick.

It was good prices pretty clean but there was a horrible smell as soon as I walked in there... smell like chemical very strong

Found out today that they are another water store that has raised their price for water to $0.30 per gallon.Odd, my city water bill hasnt gone up. (?) I just think this is a (cheap) shot in the name of greed.

Rating them a 5 cause its clean, smell normal, well priced, and they have always been friendly in the last 3 months Ive been going there.

I was once a regular here, they used to be decent but lately things seem to have changed. My son and I came in to get a shaved ice yesterday september 7th 2018, the shaved ice tasted foul and caused my son to throw up, Id noticed some issues at this location but paid no attention to them until now.They cater to kids with specials, I guess theyre trying to sell expired products to them.I have bought candy that was hard as a rock, and chips that were broken and stale and drinks that tasted like old plastic, all at full price. My son has gotten gum balls that werent chewable.Their large cubes of ice have black specks in them, do not buy their 8 pound or 20 pound bags of ice if you dont want to ingest black crud. Try it, take a scoop of their ice, let it melt in a cup, there will be black specks in it.Their gallon jugs break on me within days and I handle them gently, their jugs are cheap. Theyve sold me a 5 gallon jug with a spout that leaked, and another 5 gallon jug broke on me after one week of use on my cooler. Ive bought walmart jugs that have lasted longer and were cheaper.The employees seemed too nice, now I know why, they probably know theyre selling expired food to us.I was patient and empathetic with this location, I kept telling myself theyre a small business doing the best they can.Theyre not, theyre breaking laws and profiting on it.I cannot in good conscience not say anything. Shame on this location for their practices on their customers.This location does not follow the Health Department laws, Ill be taking all my business to a different store where I dont need to fear what Im buying is expired.This store has always been run this way now that I think about. I urge you if you have a child, do not buy them anything from this store, you are gambling with their health if you do. One day youll get an expired shaved ice, your kid will eat half of it then vomit. It took a few years but finally happened to me. Dont let it happen to you.

Nice. Just an opinion that they should have replacement of jar policy with reduced cost when buying newer one which are purchased from Water and Ice.

I run a company in Tempe and I so spoke to the owner for about 15 minutes . shes so awesome. I got a serious education and water.
