I went here in search of one candle and one only. I had a terrible day. I went in and they didnt have the candle I wanted but the ladies were so sweet! One was Laura and the other was a manager I believe. They talked me into a different Halloween candle and a Eucalyptus candle. They were kind and cheered me up instantly with their helpfulness. Neither knew my day was horrible but I would like them to know they they helped me have a better day.

The ladies who work there are awesome. I wish the store had more of a selection, but I know covid has made it difficult.

I would go with 5 stars but they just dont quite get their. This is a nice store with a good selection, and very helpful staff. Sign-ups for the flyers and you get great coupons. The by one get two free comes out once or twice per year look for that and you can get so.e great candles. The scents change with seasons.

If there a higher rating this company deserves it. The staff and the level of customer service is amazing. Give the gift of light and buy Yankee candles. They are worth it.

Wow Yankee candles bought woodwick candles and their coupons you cannot get any of the woodwick brand or the special brand you can only get the regular candles. I say why give a coupon for a buy-one-get-one-free if youre not going to honor all your products. I was very disappointed.

I have been in here a couple times and some of the service is good, the others not so much. I ordered some candles online and they came melted so I went into the store to exchange them out. The women working was not up to helping me find which scents they still had in the store. She also ran my exchange under without a receipt (although I had it with me) because she didn’t know I had it until checkout time. She was too lazy to fix the issue and cost me money for it. As I went to grab the bag over the counter she said “no” and came around and handed it to my boyfriend. That experience of mine was not great. I did go in here again the other day and the woman working was very helpful with Halloween decorations which made up for my other experience.
