Barbara was so helpful! She was patient and answered all of our questions thoughtfully. She didnt make us feel stupid for not knowing about flooring or being indecisive- but instead gave us plenty of helpful information so we could make a more educated decision. She patiently helped us find the exact floor we wanted that was in our price range without sacrificing any quality. Will definitely be back!

Marcus at the Chandler store was great as he went way out of his way to help us out. He believes in customer service that is so often forgotten these days.

Barbara Hunter is a true expert in all forms of carpet and other flooring. This is the second time we have purchased from Barbara at the Chandler Baker Bros. We are very happy with our carpet. She doesnt pressure you into anything and really knows the store and products so well. This is a much better experience than the big box stores and they have all price levels.

I have nothing but POSITIVE things to say about my experience with Baker Bros and Barbara Hunter! I obtained quotes from 2 other flooring companies before going to Baker Bros. I was not impressed by one of the smaller, niche flooring stores due to a very hard sell & limited inventory. I was fairly set on going with one of the big-box home improvement retailers that uses subcontractors, thinking that I would get reasonably good flooring at a mid-level price. At the last minute, I decided that it would be a good idea to just check with Baker Bros due to their great reputation, though I felt certain that their pricing would be too high for my budget.From the moment I walked in and was greeted by Barbara Hunter, I realized this would be a much different, better experience than either of the other 2 stores/cos I had received quotes from. Not only was the Baker Bros showroom huge and replete with all the options one could even imagine, but Barbara was incredibly knowledgable, professional and friendly. After spending a couple hours going over my specific desires/needs, timeline and showing me all the potential options available; we then discussed pricing. Imagine my shock when she informed me that the price of their top-end product (that was far superior & installed by Baker Bros employees) was almost identical to the price that I had been quoted for a mid-level product installed by subcontractors!!I signed my contract for service with her on the spot and my work was completed this past November. Alberto installed new vinyl plank flooring and it is fabulous. I was thrilled to have such a meticulous, friendly, professional and responsible young man in my home! He did a magnificent job and I felt completely comfortable having him in my home for 4 days -- what an asset to Baker Bros he is! Then the A-TEAM, as I called them, came in on day 5 to install carpeting. Arthur and his incredible 2 assistants carefully moved any of my breakables that might be in the pathway (outside front door, etc) and cleared the existing carpeting and padding quickly & efficiently. They then laid the new padding and carpeting precisely and the doors were back on the room, closet, etc...they were vacuuming and cleaning all up before I knew it. Amazing!! The team was professional, polite, friendly and fast.It is truly rare in this day & age to find a company and employees that have a strong work ethic. THIS is a company that does and THESE are employees that do! I feel confident giving Baker Bros at Chandler & Rural my highest recommendation!!

I am floored (pun intended) by the quality of workmanship I received for the 2nd time using Baker Brothers. I was thrilled to see that Barbara Hunter was still taking care of customers. I first used BB in 2005 for carpet and wood laminate.Last week they finished my office, master bedroom and bath with wood vinyl. Gerrardo and Fidel were always on time, did a professional job and left work areas clean at the end of each work day. They removed carpet and tile. Whenever I needed a question answered I received an immediate reply. The project on site manager checked the work at different stages and was even able to advise me on an expert painter. I added new baseboards as well. The final cost was fair and within my budget.My final decor touches were completed yesterday, and I couldnt be happier. If nothing else, call for a free estimate. This company has been around since 1947!

We recently had new luxury vinyl flooring installed thru out our house by Baker Brothers in Chandler. We were extremely happy both with the service we received and the product we purchased. Derek was our sales person and we were impressed. He was professional, went over and above to be accommodating and steered us to the right decision in the type of flooring to get. He was very helpful and followed up with us every step of the way.Our installer, Alberto was the very best. His attention to details was amazing and he was extremely hard working. He was very knowledgeable about the product. Our floors turned out absolutely beautiful .I would highly recommend this company and their employees all day long.

We recently replaced three bedrooms of carpet with wood-look vinyl to match the rest of the home that was installed by Baker Bros 5 years ago. Barbara Hunter remembered us and our project and couldnt have been more pleasant to work with on this project as well. She had to special order the old vinyl to match and she trouble-shot installation issues to our satisfaction. Very impressed with her professionalism, her personal interest, and her expertise.

Twice we have used Baker Bros to have an area rug made from broadloom to fit a specific room. Both rugs have been a wonderful addition to the rooms. Selecting from broadloom, and then having it cut to a specific size with the edging of choice made it easy to complete a couple of projects that required specific measurements for the rugs. Excellent selection with friendly, knowledgeable flooring experts completed the experience and project.

We chose Baker Brothers for our church, McQueen Road Baptist, to help with our remodel we are doing in the sanctuary. Barbara has been on top of everything for this several week process. Teaching us how to choose the right commercial carpet with the best waranties available. From start to finish she was there for us and the installers were fantastic. We will use Baker Brothers again for our phase two remodel.

The experience of selecting and purchasing flooring for myentire home was absolutely perfect at the Baker Bros Flooringstore in Chandler, AZ !! Derik Irmer, the Design Consultant inthe store, is so knowledgeable about all the products and theirinstallation requirements that my total experience was perfect!!I selected tile that looks just like wood flooring for the entirehouse with the exception of the bedrooms, where carpet waschosen. Both products are exceptional in quality and appearance.I will purchase all future flooring needs at this store, withoutquestion !!

Sales was helpful but reluctant to provide my home measurements after I paid $75 for it. I eventually got it from the owner after writing a Google and Yelp review. Pricing seemed very high compared to other quotes I received. I did not end up using them, so I can’t speak to buying or installation experience.

We had the pleasure of working with Derik Irmer to have both carpet and tile installed. The tile needed to match an existing tile that was rather hard to come by. Derik went out of his way to find us the tile in a compatible dye lot. During installation we had difficulty in matching the height of the new tile with the tile in an adjoining bathroom due to the way that the builder had installed the bathroom tile. Again Derik was instrumental in helping us resolve that problem. Derik was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and was a key player in helping us get the right carpet color. I was so pleased with the result that we have just contacted Derik again to discus getting window treatments through Baker Brothers!

We shopped many different stores trying to find the right color and price for our remodel. Barbara was so patient with our many visits and sample requests. Our carpet was installed today and we couldnt be more pleased with our entire experience with Baker Brothers!
