The young lady was very knowledgeable and helpful. She helped me out from beginning to end and was really fast too. I’m so glad I came in today. I’m very happy with my new phone. I would recommend anyone to visit this store

Went to the AZ Ave location. Jesus was the one who helped me out & got my new phone set-up with ease. I am a long customer of Boost but have previously done everything online so this was a good experience and worth going into the store for. The only thing I would suggest to be done different is, mounting the decoy phones down so that actual buying customers can see & play with the phone they want to buy. It baffles me that people try to steal these fake phones actually thinking they can do something with them .Ugh- Anyway thanks Boost and Thank you Jesus!-A

Dont go here! They try to overcharge you for things like SIM cards and activation fees. Luckily I called another nearby Boost Mobile location and they reaffirmed that they had no idea why this store was overcharging me for a $10 SIM card. Its sad that theyre straight up lying to people. Also, they employee attending seemed like she wanted everyone to leave the store. Bad service all around.

What a bad customer service!!!! i just stopped by to pay bill for my mom because i had cash, then this guy was so rude and not friendly at all!!! I was gonna switch to boost mobile but i hate it because of this guy!

Highly recommend Laisa as Boost Mobile employee of the month. She was patient with helping restoring phone order to my K 51. Laisa keep up the good work!

Visited the store three times now. Always hot in the store. Be prepared to sweat. They have for counters but only one or two people are ever working. Very slow service.

Absolute worst customer service ever Angela, the store manager was just so rude I had to write this as soon as I came home. She look as if she wanted to sock us for walking into the door. She needs to go asap if you want to keep customers, I will gladly never return to that boost mobile . Anyone who goes in to get service and has to deal with Angela good luck you will need it
