Just went to this store because it says online that the stores are open until 8. Because I put in a order online for in store pickup for a new phone, I show up at 7:01 and the ladies refused to help me. I do not know their names. But nice workers you have AT&T. I would find new girls who actually know how to get their job done? Instead of being so lazy at their job. When I put in an order at 4pm!! & it still being “in progress” because these women do not know how to do their job…. How sad, that you can’t find girls with good work ethic.

I will definitely go back to this store! Josh, the customer service rep that helped me, was one in a million. He helped me transfer service to a different device and was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and respectful. He also showed great patience in answering my questions and was extremely professional. He was supported by Tyrell, the manager, who was welcoming, funny and had an abundance of knowledge that greatly helped my situation. It was a pleasure to do business with both of these individuals, and I left with a smile on my face after we had all shared a quite a few laughs!

Downgraded from four to two stars. Recently purchase an iPhone 12 and was told I would receive $700 back for my iPhone X. Awesome, right? I promptly paid off the few hundred dollars remaining on my iPhone X and happily went home with my iPhone 12.Come to find out that the trade in deal was not applicable to my current plan. I’m not interested in changing my cell phone plan as it would cost me more for additional data that I won’t use. Pointless!I expect that when the sales staff are selling me a product they fully inform me of the requirements and impacts to my cell phone plan. I know it’s all in the fine print…that no one reads. I expect not to be mislead. When you tell me I’m going to get $700 back I expect to get that money back. Well I’m not going to get the money back so I think I’m going to stick with purchasing apple products from the apple store.I’ve been a customer at this location for about a decade. It’s a shame but I’m pretty sure that I won’t be going back.Old review: Courteous and helpful staff but frequent long waits. I’ve been a customer here for years. Wish they would do a better job at staffing to provider faster customer care.

Tyrell is the most professional individual i have ever encountered. Made us feel welcome and even had a few laughs. Im not so good with todays technology and he was able to take the time with me to show me how to use my new phone. This store is not the closest to my house but I will only come to this store from now on.

I purchased a new phone yesterday, and Selena was so friendly and helpful. She was patient while I decided between models, and she even put the screen protector and case on it for me so I didn’t have to worry about taking it out of the store unprotected. She was very knowledgeable about the different products and helped me make the best choices for me. She went above and beyond. Her customer service skills are fantastic! Everyone in the store was very nice and friendly, too. It was the best experience I’ve had in any cellular store, hands down.

We had great service setting up a new plan. But Samsung Smartwatch was not available in the store. And I had mention to sales person I wanted to keep my SIM cards, then they threw them away. Not real happy about that for sure. No answer or return call during store hours right after i left. Drove down to store to find sign on door saying system down and were closed. Did finally get an answer on phone while parked in front of store. I was then informed that they werent a corporate store and couldnt help me with SIM cards.

Had the typical wait at this store. about 15 mins despite there being only one customer in the store with 3 employees. Straight from the get go Zach was extremely polite and kind greeting me even though he was with a customer. As soon as he was finished he came straight to me and answered every question I had. He got me the phone I wanted with no hassle and I was out the Door with my new Galaxy Note S20!! Thank you so much to Zach! (15 minute wait was the limit) Best buy is right around the corner if you find yourself waiting and Zach isnt there. The employees there like money and are more than willing to help.

Brandon was my AT&T rep and he was phenomenal. He was knowledgeable of the products, contracts, and AT&T services. He also looked into discounts that I could apply to my account so that I could save money which was my objective while upgrading my service. He was not only professional, but very personable as well. Great job AT&T on finding excellent employees; I hope to see Brandon and others like him in future visits. I highly recommend his services to future customers.

My wife and I went to this AT&T location to inquire about upgrading my Wifes phone that got damaged this morning. We inquired about the Samsung S20, to our amazement the store had none on display, we asked why and we where told that they have them but we cant touch nor see them because they cant op÷n the boxes. I asked, so how can we feel and compare them with out touching them. To my amazement again the sales rep said You could pull them up on your phone and look at the pictures to choose which one you may like better, WOW AT&T, you sure went down hill on this one, what a way you work for sales...We choose to leave and provide our business elsewhere..

I will never go to this location again. Beware of Erika!! If you are not familiar with technology ask for a different rep to assist you. She will take advantage of you and charge all types of fees/plans you did not request. I just spent an hour on the phone with a kind hearted rep to undo all the financial damage that Erika tried to accomplish! Erika you will reap what you sow. She is a con artist. Again, do not trust her. How dare you add to my plan without my permission. Evil doer! Prayers for this manipulative young lady!

I’ve been through Hell and back dealing with Verizon and they’ve been trying to hold me hostage from leaving to AT&T. I’ve been without my iPhone for 3 MONTHS! No exaggeration, I was at a point of literally crying. FLOR went ABOVE & BEYOND and didn’t take any of Verizon’s BS and helped me out two days and countless hours! She didn’t give up even though it was so frustrating and annoying she was able to stay professional greeting others as they came in but still focusing on my issue and not giving up. She was as persistent as if it was her phone and words can’t explain how appreciative I am for her. Wish there a lot more Flors in the world! It would be a lot better place. Thank you Flor! Anyone looking to get things handled needs to go see her because she doesn’t play games and will never take NO for an answer when getting bullied by the other carrier Verizon! If you’re tired of Verizon hanging up on you and providing elementary level service, go see Flor at the AT&T store on Chandler Blvd next to the freeway! You will not be disappointed as she will show you what exemplary service looks like! I will never leave AT&T as long as they have associates like Flor. She was truly a blessing and fixed 3 problems for me that 10 other agents couldn’t fix over the span of 3 months. Thank you once again Flor, Words can’t explain my gratitude.

He was very patient with me and always asked his assistant manager to help clarify anything he didn’t know an answer for. Manager Allie was amazing!! I came in with issues another location created (AT&T location on Elliot and Alma School treated me poorly and I switched back to TMobile). I walked to this location and Manager Allie assisted me. Allie listened to me, was very professional and took ownership. I am a business owner and she exceeded the customer service experience. After Allie helped me today I am considering coming back to AT&T. I know she was filling in temporarily but I will follow her where she goes, thank you you are the BEST!!!!

After visiting with the AT&T store, and dealing with Flor, the person assisting me on 2 different occasions, I have ended my relationship with AT&T. They were my phone service provider, since around 1993, so Ive dealt with many people at various AT&T locations. After my last visit on 1/4/2021 I decided I was done. It was not a pleasant experience.

I live in Denver and my father was in a hospital in Chandler AZ. He needed a charging cable for his cell phone. I wanted to purchase a charging cable, have a courier service come pick it up and deliver it to the hospital. Selena tried to get her manager to let me buy a cable over the phone but her manager who we will call “heartless” said no because they couldn’t verify the purchase was legitimate.I’m an att customer and have an att account. My number is the primary associated on the account. Look up my account and call me back. I’ll verify it with my account password. “Heartless” said no. This store is despicable and isn’t interested in helping someone who needs it. Go to another store. Selena thanks for trying but your manager is disgusting.Update: the owner of this att store responded with useless words. My Att phone account has my number as the primary account. I called from the phone. Real simple, call me back get me to confirm with my account code and let me purchase the cable with a card with my name on it. Same name on the account.As far as using this store for anything, I’d rather punch myself. I wouldn’t voluntarily use this store for anything because the store manager is a heartless dolt. The store owner is too for responding with such a stupid reply. You stink.Go to another Att store. Avoid this one because they don’t care to help.

This was the almost stressful and frustrating experience. The salesperson lied to me to get me to buy a new iphone max. She said I was going to get $700 for my trade in but they did not have it in stock so she ordered for me. When the phone came in a week later I took it in to activate and the salesperson said I don’t get $700, only $300 because the value of my phone changed. But they should honor the date I purchased right? So then the salesperson told me to call the 611 to get the other $400 and the loyalty department would take care of me.... they didn’t.. 3 months later when my trade in payments should start kicking in, I look at my account and they gave me $80! They said I don’t qualify for the promo, but the sales associate said I could stay with my current plan and turns out nope! You need an upgraded plan too! Which she also lied to me about! I’ve been on the phone with att for, of course, for hours being transferred, on hold, disconnected, told I’d be called back and literally nothing they can do because it is a franchise location! They said I need to hold them accountable. Then I go to the store and the manager is “on a call and can’t help me”. I’m so over them. I should have purchased online and I could have gotten this done right! Instead, the sales associate lied to get the sale, I’m sure commission too! And the whole thing was done without integrity. Shop elsewhere or online! Still waiting for a call from the manager.. I just want to cancel everything at this point and switch providers after stealing and lying to me. I could have sold my trade in on the street for more than they gave me.Update: They responded this review telling me to go to the store to talk to a manager and funny thing is I already did that! I wrote this review while sitting in the store waiting for the manager last week!! I waited 45 minutes as he did not want to come out from the back. Told the associate he was on a call and after 45-50 min sent the associate out with his card which I am STILL waiting to hear from them! Terrible customer service and no one to even help when they pretend to care about my review... smh

I went in a for a Samsung S20 5G upgrade. After discussing it with the rep on all possible options and color, the rep gave me my billing details with $700 trade in Promotion. Since the phone was not in inventory, she ordered it for me. Today, went in for my wifes upgrade, the store manager, Jonathan, tells me there is no promotion on the S20 5G phone. Even after telling him that the rep gave me $700 trade-in promotion offer just couple days back, continued to argue. He could have simply reviewed notes that the rep took. But he continued to argue and asked me If I am ok and i need to cool down. Not understanding facts and equating to asking customers to cool down = Bad Customer Service! This store now has created more work for me in returning the ordered phone and navigating bad customer service. Needless to say, Manager needs a lesson in customer service. Very rude.

A female employee greeted me when I walked in, directed me where to sit while waiting for Mark.He helped me with all of my questions on my account, Hotspots, How to replace my tempered glass, and where to fix my glass if needed. Mark advised me that if I spent a few dollars more, I could make low monthly payments and sold me a Polk audio soundbar with wireless charging station. Love it!Reminds me of how they trained us at Sears & Roebuck Co. 30 years ago.

Giving this establishment a one star because one would think that under the current circumstances with this virus that the staff would be wearing masks to protect their customers and each other. During a recent visit all the customers (not that many) were wearing masks but not the staff. I agree that businesses should open up but simply putting on hand sanitizer will not keep the virus being spread from one person to another.

I woke up to a billing confusion on my account and could not resolve it online. I ran some errands and while shopping my phone was stolen. Now I not only have a billing confusion, I also have to replace a phone for my personal and professional use.I entered the AT&at store and was immediately approached by a young man who help me navigate the virtual system of a thousand recorded voices, to contact the right people quickly to resolve the billing and then offered the best alternative to acquiring another cell phone at the best price.I am forever thankful to Moke Vieux who was patient, compassionate, informative and helpful in attaining my goal.
