The owner Christian has horrible customer service. My Aunt went into this store by herself and he was very rude and obnoxious to her! Today I went in with her to see if he would treat her the same. At first he was be nice and kind but when we started to ask more questions about why he double charged her bank he started get aggressive. So of course he was treating us poorly we did the same back and he didn’t like it. As the owner to this store he didn’t feel the need to take care of us and ran us out of the store. I’ve read very good reviews on this man but when taking care of us he was very rude!

The BEST store in the East Valley hands down. The owner actually works this location. Hes been in the wireless business for over 22 years. The other locations are kids who have no idea what theyre doing. Thanks for the help !

I drive across town to this Cricket store just because of the guy who runs it. Super cool guy. He is honest about the products he sells and will tell you if the phone youre buying is right for you and your needs from a cell phone. You can also pay your bill here which is nice for you old timers who cant figure out the internet yet.

This is my favorite store to go to! I always feel like I am the top priority every time I come in. The owner is super nice and knows his stuff. Even when I go in because I am having a problem with my phone, I always leave satisfied. The owner actually runs 3 stores in the area, and all 3 are great.

Well folks I will tell ya! ...The Apple doesnt fall far from the Tree !Listen i personally work in Sales and there is good customer service... and theres going above and beyond ! and John did that tonight, not only did he help us in a difficult line add on to my current Cricket account.... only due to by girlfriends other cell provider not wanting to give us her account & pin number so the line port over could be done . :) Well we got it Done ! John even stayed 40 minutes after closing ! Now dont get me wrong im not trying to but down the Cricket Corperate stores but they dont do that ! I very much believe in doing business face to face, with the same people, building professional relationships with people ive grown to trust. And ever since i came to this store i dont go to others. Theyve always taken care of me,been honest and respectful,and genuinely turned going into the cricket store into something to look forward to.even when i have to drop $400 b/c everyone in my family broke their phone within days, i know that im can go in, catch up with someone that ive known for years and i want to see do well in his business,and still walk out KNOWING i got a great deal.

I have been using Cricket wireless service for about 11 yrs now. Service is so much better than Verizon which I used in the past and atleast 3 times cheaper as well.

I have been going to this location for about 3yrs. Everyone has been nice and helpfull.

*BOYCOTT THIS LOCATION*The manager will dictate what the return policy is contrary to the details on the receipt. When attempting to reason with the man testosterone injections started to take over and he just about yelled me out of the store. I was with my daughter and she was very frightened with the mans temper, I was displeased with his level of professionalism and honesty. Apparently if you buy anything from this location their vendor as he put it does not give them any sort of return policy for even exchanges (what I requested) and you are simply SOL. He told me as I was getting into my car that he could have made an exception for me if I hadnt paid by card, or in his words shoulda paid cash bro. Im guessing hes running some sort of un-taxed ponzi scheme around back. I will never step foot in this location again, and I wanted to warn any other possible victims from his frightening and unprofessional demeanor.
