Alberto in Service was the best!!! I recommend when you need your car serviced to request for him. He took care of me like family and was open and honest about what was going on with my car. Car is finally running like new after being discourage by another mechanic with a different company who almost put my car out for good from the mistakes they made. So again go ask for Alberto he will get and keep your car running right.
I had issues with oil pressure and Earnhardt Chevy got me right in. My advisor was Rick. They did a manual test and confirmed the issue was not a sensor. Rick suggested going into the oil pan. When they did, Rick said the found some metal flakes and said it would take an engine replacement at $8200.I contacted my friend who is a Chevy Master Mechanic at a different Chevy dealership. He told me he would look at it. My friend drove almost an hour to trailer my truck to his place. He found that the oil pump was done. My friend did a complete inspection of the engine and recommended replacing the camshaft and lifters because he discovered wear on the lifters.It took him a little longer because he had other work scheduled ahead of mine but I now have my truck back and it only cost $2500.I appreciate Earnhardt Chevy looking at my truck so quickly but my advice to them is please don’t take the easy road and replace everything. Look at the old school way of doing things and rebuild and repair. We customers aren’t made of money.I would still recommend Earnhardt Chevrolet but I would caution people to think through Earnhardt’s recommendations. There are better options sometimes.

I went in after 630 pm it was late and my wife and i had already visited another dealership earlier. feeling discouraged from our visit with another dealership (auto nation) we thought we would go look at just one more dealership. we were greeted by Mike our sales man as we were talking trucks. the finance manager was also on the lot. i spoke to them both about my concern with the 2.7 twin turbo and my liking for the 5.3 v8. They had one to show me and offered a test drive i looked at the price and advised i was unsure if we could make it work. i came prepared with my own financing. the manager and my were friendly and had did not apply pressure and just simply just asked if i could give them a chance to see if we could make it work. Im glad I did. i bought a brand new truck with a higher trim level then i looked at before for about the same as the other dealership. i felt great leaving the dealership and have had no buyers remorse since. it was a great experience and will definitely recommend Mike and his team to my friends and family.
My salesmann Pappa J, was perfect. He wasnt pushy or aggressive, he was funny and kind. The manager and him went above and beyond to get me a great deal and find me the perfect vehicle. Previously I have hated buying from a dealership, but this was a perfect experience. 10/10 would recommend
Stopped in for an oil change and service got me in right away. While waiting service manager Armando let me know that there was a recall on my car for an oxygen sensor. They were able to replace that at the same time which saved me from having to go back again. I really appreciate the proactive service. I was in and out in 90 minutes. There are other places I could go for service, but I bought my car here and they are always so great that i just wouldnt go anywhere else.
First oil change, tire rotation on my new truck. I told the tech that the psis in the tires are real low, and they need to be aired up, keep getting sensor message for it. It was even put on the service paperwork to do this.Truck done, I left, and then came back to say that I dont think any air was put in the tires. It is the same, and doesnt feel any different driving it. I was told it takes a lot of driving, at least 50 miles for the sensor to realize it and register it. I drove for 4 days, well over 50 miles, still the same. I ended up having to go elsewhere, and spend time doing this again, to get them aired up. I was sitting in the truck, as the tires were receiving air, and the sensor registered it immediately, as they were being filled up actually. Every tire was 7-8 psis low. Wish they would have just done this in the first place, or at least double checked it when I brought it back. This is a 2021, doesnt take time like the older models for the sensor to get on board, but I shouldnt have to tell your techs that! ?? Huge difference in the way truck drives and handles when the tires are inflated properly. I will be back, because I have service points there, and the paint protection plan, thats the only reason though. Sure makes you wonder...what else did they forget?

Wort done in a timely manor.. Advisor was kind and informed me of any problems or needed service. Called to add additional work, but customer service said I couldnt do to scheduled time. Tried to make a different time and it was going to be out to additional weeks. Maybe you need to hire more people, quick lube is also gone.
The service department was quick with the oil change and the employees were very friendly. The service advisor, Armando, was professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to speak with me and go over everything.
Even though the dealership was busy and short handed on service mechanics, they did a excellent job. There was an issue with my O2 sensor, it had been on for awhile and was not wanting to let loose. The alternative would be a new catalytic converter. Yikes but the mechanic worked with WD 40 and finally able to get it off. Thank you to the mechanic!
I went in for a oil change, tire rotation and the 27 point assessment. I had an 8:30 appointment I was out of there at 9:15. The cost was very reasonable and the service rep actually took the time to go over the assessment with me. Just great service all the way around

They are the best thing for my truck. Where I bought my truck they treated me like a number and were destroying the inside of it. Earnhardt did the total opposite. They covered my interior and didnt touch anything but the wheel. They treat you like family. Not a number. Where I bought my truck spent 6 hours for a oil change and tire rotation. I will never go back to Chapman. I bought my extended warranty from Earnhardt when the other was out.
The only thing I would like to see back is the courtesy car loan. The cost of rentinga car almost exceeded the cost of my recent repair work.

Took my truck in for general oil change. Asked specifically for my tires to be checked and adjusted. I had a low tire so this was important it was checked. Received the report stating all tires were adjusted. Tire still looked low when I got home. Checked air pressure and no adjustment had been made even though the report stated it had. I believe this was added to the labor time as well.

The work was done in a timely manner and the Service advisor kept me informed on the progress! My only negative thing I can say is my truck was Clean when i took it in for service and when I got in it after paying I noticed it had been wet enough that someone had to run the wiper blades to see through the windshield and the hood is water spotted as well as the front end, what’s up with that?
My experience at Earnhardt Chevy was awesome yesterday, August 15, 2020! We greeted at our vehicle, even though it was scorching hot outside, by salesman Todd Fessenden. He assisted us by locating the 2020 Chevy Equinox that I was looking at online. He showed us all the features and went along with us on our test drive. He got all the info for our current vehicle for the trade. He went to work with the finance manager to get me the deal I was looking for! The finance manager Flo was great too! He also understood what deal I wanted and made sure that we left in our new vehicle. Rory in finance and contracts was the last person we dealt with and he was great too. Well I waited 4 hours for an oil change and tire rotation then I was told i have to come back because I need something replaced in my driver side mirror. This was on Monday today now Thursday my car is leaking oil from the filter I would think 4 hours that the person doing my oil change could of taken and extra 1hr to make sure my car was safe and ok to drive this is a brand new traverse like what is going on I could of done my own oil change and tire rotation and I wouldnt be leaking like this is unsafe and i feel im not the only one with an oil leak lile come on Chevy dealer you guys can do better than this

Don’t pay for the extended warranty and roadside assistance because apparently it’s only mon - sat and if anything happens on Sunday you are on your own. Andreas Brealz could care less to help a customer and told me to just call back Monday and hung up on me. He refused to help me with a loner car to get to work on Monday so they could fix the issue…. Even though it’s in my warranty. I will never buy a car from this dealership again and it’s sad to see how bad this dealership has gotten.

Be careful of money hungry sharks there. We had an experience with Jordan, one of the car sales representative there. At first, he was great and helpful when we were getting a car, but then after the transactions over, he wasnt helpful with our ourdeals thereafter. All he cares about is his sales commision. Thats very sad.

I told him my budget and with ease it was approved. While doing the paperwork, it was in detail. By the time I was done with signing my life away it was ready. They even went out of their way to drive it all the way to my house that evening. Which is about a half hour from their dealership. My Service Advisor Rick has been a real pleasure to work with. Very courteous and knowledgeable with a great sense of humor. We dont live close to the dealership, and shuttles dont work on the weekend, but Rick was able to get use transported to a relative near by while our vehicle was being diagnosed and repaired so that we didnt have to wait at the dealership all day.
Staff was very friendly and helpful.But it would be nice if they had the shuttle back and running. It’s a hustle having to ride my scooter after dropping off my truck. Other than that everything it’s great!!

We bought a new 2020 Silverado last year in May at EARNHARDT along with the pickupWe were sold a mechanical failure warrantyWe were told that if the vehicle had any mechanical problems and it would have to go to the garage we would get a loaner vehicle and possibly even a hotel room if we are out of town any where in the US.I took my vehicle in for service to Chapman Chevrolet 7 days ago and I was told my from the service guy my vehicle need front brake pads but before I dropped it off i checked the information center from the dash front pads were at 43% rear were 73% .I told them it wasnt possible because of what the computer was showing they did not bother to show me I was thinking that they were trying to sell me something I did not needWell 4 days later my front pads are metal to metal both sides the information center in my vehicle is showing 42% for the frontI called Earnhardt asked Amanda the operator if my vehicle was showing 42% for the front brake pads how many more miles can I drive on them she asked her manager Pauly they said I could drive another 30,000 miles more I asked her how could that be possible if its metal-to-metalThey said the need me to drop of my vehicle to them and I that will be fine if they could service it the following day Pauly said no it would not be possible so I told her about the warranty that Earnhardt sold me and asked for the loaner vehicle apparently they dont have any loaner vehicles available yet I am paying for this worthless warranty.I have a planned trip to Mexico should I drive it for another 30,000 miles?If I change the pads my self they told me it voids the warrantySilverado 1500 Z71 faulty sensor.And a dealership EARNHARDT selling warranties they cant even provide a loaner vehicle I am glad I wasnt out of town I would gave been stranded this piece of paper is probably worthless.

We were there the morning of March 3rd from Yuma. After we left we went down the street to Thrifty car sales...they are a poor business example and people should stay away. We ended up finding a car in Scottsdale. If Earnhardt continues to treat their non buying customers well like we were treated, they will be just fine.

Fast and responsive; met their deadline to get me in & out in the quoted time.
I purchased a new 2020 Tahoe last year and was told that the front bumper issues would be fixed, no problem. At my first service around 6,000 miles I requested the repairs be made, as promised. They told me that they would not, since I didnt have anything in writing. After some walking around and talking to different people, it was finally decided that they would take care of it. The body shop said they would call when they are available. I ordered a dash cover thinking I could pick up the cover and get the body work done at the same time. I was called a month that the dash cover was in, but never heard from the body shop. I called finally, at least a few months later and they said they can do it now. When I dropped off my Tahoe I asked if it can get serviced (oil change, tire rotation, complete check) and get my dash cover when I pick it back up. No problem, I was told. Fast forward 4 days when the job was done. They forgot to do the service, then they didnt do the tire rotation, then no one notified me when it was all finished. I had to go on a Saturday to pick it up after contacting them and finding out it was done. When I showed up no one was in the body shop, then I was told to go pay for the service in the service department, then I was told that the ticket wasnt closed, so I went back to the body shop. Then I asked about the dash cover and was sent to the sales department. The parts guy wasnt working so I had to convince someone to look for it. They sent me to the body shop to pay for it, they couldnt figure it out so I was sent to the service department to pay for it. IT WAS A MESS. WHAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN A SIMPLE PICK UP, ENDED UP TAKING OVER AN HOUR. Then there was the body work done, it looks horrible! But you guys wore me down so much that I dont even care anymore, its not worth the time and hassle for some small body imperfection. I wont be going back to this dealership for any kind of service again.
Sam Botros is definitely the man you want to see! I am a return customer, I just financed my 3rd car from this location and it’s always a smooth ride (pun intended :p). This time around, I thought it would be near impossible to get what I wanted with the world as it is, but Sam got it done!!! You know we all dread going to dealerships because of pushy salesmen, who try to manipulate you, but Sam is not like that at all! Honestly, he was a genuine person and never once pressured us into something we didn’t want. This place will throw all the stops to sell you a full waretnty for your car, but when it comes time to actually fixing an issue on their end good luck getting that worked out.
