A little disappointed right now. The shop I used to go to closed, had to find another. Went here yesterday, asked the guy behind the counter if they had anything Cherry/Pom flavored, he said no, but they had a Strawberry/Pom Flavor and sold it to me. Got home, and filled my vape today only to find out that it is menthol vape, but he didnt say anything to me when I bought it. Yes it does say it on the label, but it is very small light colored lettering that I couldnt see until I took a pic with my phone and enlarged it. Went back to the place and told him I was not happy cause it was menthol and he seemed like he really didnt care. Wasnt looking for a free bottle cause I know I had opened the other, but maybe a little off the new flavor I bought, nope. Store is nice overall and the prices are good, but be wary of what they hand you. Not sure if I will be back here.......

If I could give more than five stars I would. Ive been coming to this smoke shop since it opened, and I even moved 30 mi away over a year ago and I still go out of my way to come to this specific location. 60+ miles. Greatest customer support Ive ever seen and the shisha inventory is amazing.

They say they’re open at 7am but they’re really not I drove all the way there and the gates were closed. that’s fine if you changed your hours but update them on Google so you aren’t falsely advertising when you’re open and wasting my time

The service here is unmatched. I was a new customer who lives a good distance away, and the drive was so worth it. They gave my friend and I great deals and the selection of products is unbelievable. Best prices Ive found so far. Im just some middle age woman trying to quit cigarettes and not typical trending vapor maker whatever is happening out there idk... I kinda felt at other places it felt the sales guys didnt wanna help me because maybe they typed me as someone not looking to spend a lot of money on hardware maybe. Not sure. But I felt like I was treated like a normal customer here and got what I needed finally after going to other closer shops. I usually have a great experience here, I have literally never had a complaint, every time Ive gone in while Ken was working he helped me and I left extremely satisfied (with a much lighter wallet). Today 5/31/18, I went in with a friend to buy a few new things and got ignored. When your employee finally helped me he was more focused on his phone than me, then began talking to another customer. I ended up walking out and im not sure when ill be back.

Disappointing. My girlfriend comes here ALOT. Although I keep telling her not to. First strike was when she went in there to buy this Diamond Glass bong she had her eye on. $200. She’s stoked. We go home and she posts a video, and as embarrassing as it can possibly get, DIAMOND GLASS THEMSELVES DMd her and told her that is NOT one of their pieces and someone sold her a knockoff. She went back and told them and nothing was done. No discount was offered. No nothing. Barely an apology. She has a big following in social media so that was highly embarrassing to her. And she didn’t out them for it. But did let diamond glass know where this shop was with fake DG piece. Then. We go back again, and see the same piece. BUT WITH A DIFFERENT BRAND LOGO! This place is buying fake pieces and selling them for so much more than they are worth. She goes in weekly and spends cash in there. Two days ago, she went in and bought a dumb little torch and dab straw. We didn’t Even get to use the torch and it broke. She took it back and they wanted to make her buy ANOTHER one. But for that we would’ve got a big one and not had this issue. For someone who spends so much money in your shop, you’re so reluctant to ever give her some help back. After how much promo she does too for this knockoff shop. Wraps is about all we can get here m even then who knows if they are real hemp wraps. Don’t buy from here.

I love this smoke shop. Ive been coming here for about a year now and the experience is always a good one. The employees are real ones. I once had the wrong downstem for a piece and they hooked me up with the right one, free of charge. I came in about a week ago to buy a vape for CBD, and I didnt know anything about vapes. I told them what I was looking for and they hooked it up with the perfect setup. Employees are always having a good time and provide excellent customer service. Chill atmosphere and they keep it 100. I would totally work here. You dem bois!
