I always enjoy the warm and friendly hospitality I receive the moment I hit the top of the stairs.The atmosphere is very relaxing and inviting.My go to place when I want a good stick, a nice drink, and looking to meet a few new faces.Keep doing what you’re doing Puro’s…. because you and your team are doing a phenomenal job!

I didnt want to rate this place so low, but its more of a 3.5 star place. The guys working in the cigar humidor were awesome! The bartender was awesome! However, this seemed more like a bar that sells cigars versus a cigar bar. I might have different standards so Im not going to rate it lower, but I definitely cant rate it any higher.

Really chill for a cigar bar, wasnt crowded at all. Prices were reasonable and the selection was amazing. Their knowledge of cigars is astounding.

Loved Puro Cigar Bar. We sat out in the open. Had drinks smoked one of the best cigars Ive experienced ever.. The bar tender and the cigar tender were polite. Knowledgeable about the products they were selling and overall when I visit Phoenix again Ill be back 😁

Finally made it. I showed up once when it just opened to check it out and the owners were awesome. Made it back for a Scotch and small cigar to chill the evening. Great cigar prices because of regulations and drink prices not bad either. All kinds of whiskies and beer to enjoy with an awesome balcony.

Pretty solid cigar bar, their selection is top notch and you can tell they go out of their way to obtain a great variety of cigars. They offer a VIP membership for a reasonable price when you factor in the perks.

First time here! Only street parking was available and I had to parallel park for the first time in a long while, but I managed to do it successfully. Puro is upstairs and has a wheelchair elevator for those in need. I was pleased with the atmosphere of friends and soon to be friends socializing at the bar and the high top tables scattered throughout. Lots of comfy chairs as well. Good selection of spirits, draft beers as well as bottle beers. I entered the humidor expecting the usual selection of cigars. I was very surprised at the unique blends that are offered. Nick was very helpful In my selection and I enjoyed his recommendation so much I bought a couple more to take home. I will definitely be back to enjoy live entertainment on Thursday nights and my new favorite relaxation cigar bar.

A perfect way to end an evening with friends and old acquaintances. The environment and high class atmosphere were in full effect without spending high class $$$$! 🍷🍺🥂 Fully stocked Cigar selection, plus my Bourbon flow was not that costly. Excellent service throughout the night at Puro. As a bonus check out the bathroom facilities (A+) clean. ✍🏿

Being new to Phoenix and working a demanding job schedule, I was looking for a cigar bar to unwind. Puro was the first bar, and quite frankly, the best thus far that allowed me to unwind. The best part is that the staff will eventually learn and call you by name. This as well as others in the VIP, do the same over time. Puro is what you want it to be. Relaxing, turn up, date night, etc. Great spot.

Awesome cigars and good atmosphere. Please get better servers. They get one order and then disappear. I come in here every couple weeks and hope the server situation gets better soon..

This place was awesome! The wife and I had stopped by after a cocktail down the street since we had seen it was a new spot in Downtown Chandler. We were so glad that we did as it will likely become a new favorite hangout!The lounge is very comfortable and has great views of downtown from the outside balcony. The vibe was really chill and the staff were very nice. If you kept a tab open, you can bounce from grabbing a drink to the walk in humidor where they had an expert on hand to help you with picking out a great cigar to smoke. I admitted that I was a complete novice and the gentlemen that helped us was extremely nice and made me feel comfortable with picking out my first cigar. He was friendly and made sure I felt great about my purchase.They also had a lot of local brews on tap to choose from at a great price. We ended up hanging here a lot longer than expected but it was for all good reasons! I do believe that if you want to grab a bit to eat, they work with the BBQ joint downstairs to accommodate. I look forward to bringing some friends and hanging out here again!

Beautiful setting overlooking downtown Chandler in a lively area. An array of quality cigars to choose from and a very friendly staff. Full bar with great burbons and whiskeys to choose from. As a bonus, you can also order from the BBQ restaurant beneath the cigar lounge and they will bring your food up to you.

Great selection of craft beers. Hard to find whiskeys and beers. They carry a good selection of local beers and they also have a bunch of TVs so you can catch the games. Super chill for the person that wants to enjoy a day off or wind down after a long day.

I really like this place, but torn between a four or five star rating. There service and humidor are 4 to 4.5, but the atmosphere is a 5+🤔 You figure out what that means to you!!!😁

Great atmosphere to drink and smoke fine sticks. The go-to retailer for My Father cigars. Unfortunately no Punch but they do have Acids. The sticks they carry now are far better than before. They specialize in traditional tastes.

Great selection with an awesome staff. The cigar selection is ever-growing and the beer menu is constantly rotating. Their liquor selection is also superb! Always a treat to go. Also, the BBQ place below it will deliver your food upstairs if you call down! Head on out and make a date night out of it!

Nice place to go and hang out, they had a good cigar selection and a good drink selection. The servers were all nice but they were busy so it was a little slower but overall it was good and I would recommend giving it a try if youre looking for a place to go enjoy a smoke and drink. Prices arent bad either

This place has a really cool atmosphere. The staff rocks and the beer selections are always on point. I like to hang out here on chill evenings. Sometimes they have live artists performing. I also discovered you can bring your own food or order from anywhere in the neighborhood.

Nice place! Very roomy and the smoke eaters are extremely effective! It was too hot to go out to the balcony, but Im looking forward to cooler temps so I can sit outside.Chelsea was my server and she was awesome! VERY attentive and friendly to us smokers!The only downside was the humidor....not very large or variety for a place like this, otherwise 4 stars!

This place uses Buffalo Trace as its well bourbon... $6 pours, amazing right!!!! You can also buy a bottle of bourbon to take home with you. I dont smoke cigars too often, but the staff knows their products.If you are going during football, just know that it is a Raider bar and can get a little rowdy, but they are harmless.One of my favorite bars to grab a drink and relax.

Have been a patron of Puro for a couple of years now. Always a friendly happening place. If you enjoy a good cigar they have a great selection and knowledgeable, courteous staff and some great beers and bourbon. A trulybenjoyable experience.

Did not have a very nice selection on actual good cigars. No afuente’s. No Padron’s. Not even my last resort when all else fails, monte cristos. Wasn’t very impressed.

If you like cigars and whisky, this place is a gem. The staff is knowledgeable at navigating their spacious walk-in humidor and they can certainly find a stick for any budget. The whisky selection was way larger than expected and contained plenty of scotches in addition to some Bourbons. They dont have a kitchen but West Alley BBQ is right down stairs and can deliver to your table!An added bonus is the double balconies on both sides of the bar. When the weather is good its a great place to unwind.

Great lounge inside with very comfortable seating. The cigar humidor had a great selection and the Whisky/Scotch/Rum was even better.My wife had the different ciders as well which were quite good. I would recommend coming here with a Bachelor or some sort of end of the night party

Ive been a hand full of times now and highly recommend. Although Im new to smoking cigars the staff are really great about helping you find the cigar thats best for you.Prices are great and highly recommend.I typically drink whiskey and smoke cigars and its a pretty chill environment.

Went here for the first time last Friday and my experience was awesome from the moment I walked into the humidor to when I left. Super friendly and knowledgeable guy in the humidor helped me find the exact cigar I was looking for and proceeded to get me set up with my tab afterwards. The waitress was also very attentive without hovering or without us waiting and was also super friendly. Cool vibe in this place. Looking forward to going again and bringing my brother next time around.

Im not very savvy when it comes to cigars but I get the feeling that Ill be an expert soon with the endless selection available at Puro!! Drink selection is as great....plenty of parking around the area..I will definitely keep coming here to relax and to have a good time
