Came in on 4th of July to put gas in and the new clerk that was there around 1:15pm. Had no CUSTOMER SERVICE whats so EVER!! Where do you find your employees at??? Any one can come work here because, u dont need any training!!! NEVER WILL I COME BACK, THE ONE OFF COOPER AND 202 ITS WAY WAY WAY BETTER!!!??

The rude woman who works here wouldn’t sell me beer because my license expired during this pandemic. Fine, so my girlfriend goes in with a valid ID to make the purchase and was also refused.

Almost every pump was out of service, they charge you a .35 cent fee to use debit, however that’s all the pumps take is “debit only”... The only reason I came here is I realized I was almost out of gas and what an experience. Not to mention the guy working was super unpleasant. Too bad my review means nothing, and nothing will change over a few bad reviews. America at its finest.

I come here pretty often, so I noticed there were some new employees! Wow, do they actually make a big difference to the gas stations ambience. Armann and Elisa have been a really nice addition to the gas station. It’s only ever a quick visit to put gas or buy a road snack, but good customer service is a rarity these days it seems.

Cant use a credit card at the pump? Debit only. Ridiculous.

It’s embarrassing to say that this place never has the gas pumps working! If I could give it a 0 star review that would be great! I DON’T recommend this place to anyone! EVER!! This place sucks!!

This place is a joke, I went in and purchased something for $0.99 and had a $20 bill and was accused of treating the store like a bank. I felt very uncomfortable and unwelcomed there and definitely wont recommend any of my other friends or family to be shopping at the store. If thats the way that you guys treat your customers then thats sad you guys need to figure out how customer service Works because were the ones that are bringing you guys business. I will definitely be reporting this to corporate because refusing legal tender is against the law. ✌

As all the other reviewers said, 35 cent fee for debit card use. Shame on the owner for being so petty in 2018. Raise the price on the items if you dont make enough money. Teach your employees how to respect and greet customers too. The two older men at the counter were in their own world and had no sense of customer service skills. Dont give this place your money.

35 c fee for debit cards and horrible customer service. They will say it is to lower prices but it is greed. I have never seen anyone try to charge you to use a DEBIT card

Terrible, Terrible Service. They don’t accept credit and clicked wrong button on my debit transaction and was asked “Don’t you have Cash?”. AND THEY CHARGED A 35 CENT DEBIT FEE. Plz don’t come here.

Dont ever use your card here. They charge card fees for everything and Ive already had to dispute transactions here twice in the half dozen times I came here.

I went here at 845pm last night and asked for 10 dollars on pump 2 (in cash). Got to the tank and nothing came out. Went back inside and this guy starts telling me i told him pump 12 and I have to chase down the people on 12 and tell them they owe me ten dollars. Now, A. I go at least 4 times a week. It is the only gaz station I go to, (except the one on McQueen and Elliot who btw has gas for 3.09 so def go there instead of here if you can) and i can count the amount of times I parked in a double digit numberd tank, on One hand. This, was NOT one of them. I specifically said 2. But this brings me to my next point of B. This guy told me, a 51 female at 9 oclock at night, to go chase down another vehicle and tell them to pay me 10 dollars!!!! What if these people thought I was trying to attack them and just shot me? Luckily, they were these very nice younger girls who went back in and pleaded my case with me. That was my last 10 bucks and i was on the way to pick up my daughter. But then, as we were leaving, he yells at me to make sure I pat attention next time! !!!!!!! So then I go back in the next day (because he said he could pull up the tapes for me the next day) and he claims his boss is in montana and even if the police asked, he doesnt have a way to pull up the cameras?!? He also said i was in the wrong so it justified him telling me to put my life in danger for my last ten bucks. ANDY was his name, and I was shocked when I learned he was the manager there. Stay away from this place, especially if you are female. He will steal your money if you seem vulnerable and could even cause you to put your life in danger. *I called the number you left and its just an answering service. If you have a number where I can speak to an actual person, please leave it. In the meantime, Im leaving this event and review on EVERY online review outlet I can find.

Rude workers owners rude they over charge you they dont understand English they give you the wrong order wen my friend ask for black and mild sweets woodtip they gave her regular and then would not exchange.no refund they assist manager with braces was rude to a laddie n a wheelchair.they wont except credit cards and they over charge for use of your debit card.

Terrible service and only accepts cash.

Wanting to purchase a drink and they charge a $0.35 charge for using a debit card. I was then told they dont take credit cards. When I asked why they dont take credit cards the lady just simply said I dont know. So in other words its either cash or pay their fee that is forced upon you.

They dont take credit cards and charge you to use a debit card. There are signs posted all over the store stating that sipping from the soda and filing it up will be charged a full second soda. Not a very customer friendly establishment.

Do not buy anything worth value here!
