I would not recomend AZ garage Pros of Chandler unless you want to make an appointment, and wait for them not to show or call. After that, you can call them and they can try to rescedule you to wait for another couple of hours on the next day hoping they will show up this time.How are they supposed to provide a service if they dont show up?

1 * is too much for this company. They claim to send nothing but professionals but that is nit the case. If you see Cactus Garage doors on the vehicle that comes to your home...do not let them do the work!

I wanted to have a new garage door installed so I called these guys up. They put me in touch with their installment guy and he came out and really did a great job helping me figure out what door to get and why. They came back out the next day and installed my garage door and did it pretty quickly. I would use them again for sure.

There were so many options when I looked for garage door repair services near me today on my phone. I just went with these guys because they seemed really honest and kind on the phone and they also could come out fairly quickly. My garage door was stuck, so, therefore, my car was stuck in my garage and I needed to go to work. These guys actually showed up in about 25 minutes and replaced my garage door spring in about an hour tops. I actually was barely late to work thanks to their help. I would highly recommend that to all of you.

Called on a Sunday morning and had same day service at a great price. No up charge for weekend. Technician came out and was very friendly and professional. Made a few adjustments to springs and motor limits and door opener works great again. Great service!

I had some garage door panel damage and wanted to replace the garage door. These guys got the job done quickly and the garage door works great. I felt their price was fair due to the parts and time that job took. They were also very pleasant to deal with on the phone and in person.

Ron did a great job installing new door spring in a timely manor, however they were over an hour late for their appointment and at some point ask for beverages due to they were not prepared for themselves. If you are in no hurry and have all day it shouldnt be a problem as their work was good however as a company they need to be more punctual. One last note was offered 10% but forced to give a good rating in front of technician on Google to receive it poor business practice, luckily we can update our reviews on Google.

Excellent experience with this business as they were very responsive and accommodating with scheduling around my work schedule.They were able to come out the same day of the call and quickly diagnosed and fixed our broke garage.Good company and would use again if we ever have issues with garage door.

Our pressure spring broke on our garage door this afternoon. I spoke to the representative at AZ Garage Pros & Sean and his assistant came very quickly, all within an hour of my call! They are very professional & did a great job with our 31 year old garage door tightening loose screws, greasing the opener chain drive & the spring(s) replacement! If I could suggest anything, I wouldve preferred a clearer idea to expect that the cost could appreciate significantly depending on the spring size, & the cost can go up from here... I do appreciate that Sean & his assistant were so expedient in getting here, that is not something I have ever had before on a service call!! Thank you..

I called The garage repair that was on my motor. Needless to say they couldnt help me and were rude, so I called AZ garage repair they told me to expect somebody you within an hour to two hours and 20 minutes later I received a phone call that the technician was on his way. Went to leave for work and the garage door would not open. It was one of the springs...broken. After reading some reviews I called AZ garage pros of chandler. They arrived when promised and immediately went to work. Only one of the springs was broken but suggested replacing both as the other one which totally made sense...didnt want to get stuck again next week! I was very pleased with the work and they were done within 30 minutes!

I spent the morning calling around to get a verbal estimate on a garage door strut, and they were one of the few that would give me an estimate over the phone. Sent Nathan a few photos of my door, and he was able to verify that a strut would do it, and I got an estimate (which was comparable to what other companies that would quote gave me).The reason I called Nathan back was because of his professionalism over the phone. He sounded comfortable helping me, answered my questions very professionally.When we were at the point of scheduling the repair, he said that he could be there the next hour. Gave me a call about 10 minutes before he got here to let me know he was 10 minutes out, and arrived on time.My problem was simple. He installed the strut in no time (I have no problem paying the labor/service fee for something that Im unable to do, no matter how quickly its done. Its not in my skill set, so Im okay with paying something like $11/minute, as a previous reviewer stated. If I couldve done it myself, I wouldve).After the strut was installed, my garage door opener wasnt behaving properly. Its been acting wonky the past few weeks, so Nathan mentioned it, but didnt try to upsell me. I know that itll need replaced soon, and Im fairly certain that Ill be calling AZ Garage Pros to do it.To tide me over until I do get a new garage door opener, Nathan adjusted the springs on my garage door to help it lift the weight. Its not a long-term fix, but it wasnt what I called him there to do, so he went above and beyond.If it isnt clear enough, let me say it: I am very pleased with my garage door service. I scheduled an appointment to have my garage door looked at. I was told that someone would be at my house between 10 and 11am on Saturday. I waited for 2 hours. No one called. No one showed up.

Ron came and fixed my garage door. He got here same day, within an hour and took care of my broken spring right away. In less than an hour and a half my door was ready to use again. Very happy my door is ready sooner than I expected.

I called AZ garage door pros after my garage door was damaged. They gave a limited, estimated quote over the phone and said a technician would call for a better quote. The technician called and, without seeing the door, said it would cost more to replace two panels then it would cost to replace the entire door. The technician quoted $700 to replace two panels and $1100 for a new door (crazy!). Only two panels were damaged mind you and the door is only 4 years old. I decided to go with another company who charged me only $225 to repair the damage. That company said there would have been no reason to replace the entire door.

Luckily after looking on Google I found Sean and he said some of his guys happen to be in the area and would be able to get to me in a 1 to 3 hours. Good quick service for my garage door... The guy was quick to resolve my issues with garage door which got stuck.

I had a broken spring that needed to be replaced for a two car garage. They sent some guy out that wanted ~$400. A typical job is only ~$200, which I ended up taking from another company, so I told their guy no I dont want him to fix it..He made a big deal about it and wanted to charge me $35 dollars for his trouble of coming out and giving me an estimate.You guys should really make that $35 service fee obvious somewhere, maybe on your website or when people call for service.

Even thought the technician was professional and prompt, I cannot justify getting charged $225 for putting a garage door back on its tracks. Total time of work was 20 minutes, tops. Basically these guys made $11.25 a minute for their services. That seems exorbitant to me.
