I went in and was tested to see how bad my hearing is and was treated very nicely. Everything was explained to me so that I would be comfortable. After the tests everything was explained to me so that I could clearly understand. After I paid they informed me that they were out of chicken noodle soup. Sad day. Under the weather and a nice cloudy day made it perfect for a bowl of chicken noodle soup. Instead I had to settle for chicken tortilla soup. It was good but just upset they were out what I wanted so early in the day.

Dr Harper is so wonderful to work with. She listens and always goes above and beyond to help you with whatever hearing issues you have. I had problems with my insurance when I first got my hearing aids with her and she took extra time to talk with my insurance company to be sure what was covered and what wasnt. My apologies, Sandy, in taking so long in sending you a review of your services. I, too, was impressed with the detail that you went through in evaluating my hearing loss. As usual, I was convinced I didnt need hearing aids and really wasnt totally convinced until I purchased an I-phone and installed the ap for the resound hearing aids and further installed the sound enhancer. This is a good place I got my Hearing aids there three years ago and miss Harper was very nice and caring to me and I went back 2-19 19 and I was have trouble hearing out of my hearing aid and she said it was very weak and she put a new tip on it and she was still not happy with how weak it was so she said my packing truck has not came yet today so I am going to have my girl at the front desk write it up so I can send it out for service today and the truck showed up why I was there so it went for service and then I got a hearing test why I was there and my hearing was about the same it was 3 years ago and I found out after I left I could get more new hearing aids every two years so I called her and the new girl that worked the front desk said she would talk to Miss Harper and would get started on making it were I could get new ones when I go back next week to get my old one back and by the way the new girl was real good at her job just as good as Rachel who I loved when I went there and go my frist hearing aids I love theses poeple who work there and I would say go there and meet them and you will see for your self Harper hearing is the best in the area and very helpful and friendly poeple you will love them like me

I had purchased my first pair of hearing aids at a big box store 5-6 years ago. When they quit working recently, I wasnt sure where I wanted to look for a new pair. I checked with my insurance company and was directed to Harper Hearing Services. This was a fortunate find. Dr. Harper did a thorough examination to find out what hearing loss I had and what hearing aid would work best for me. I ended up buying the Oticon OPN Minirite hearing aids and i am very pleased with my new hearing aids. They are a significant improvement over my previous hearing aids and Dr. Harper has met with me more in a two month time frame than I did for five years with the big box store. She has been extremely helpful in setting them up and answering any questions that I might have. I would highly recommend Harper Hearing Services if you are in need of hearing aids.

Almost 4 years ago, I had anxiety about getting a hearing aid and Dr. Harper was very helpful and patient with me. She answered all of my dumb questions and let me try one out for a short time. I ended up buying one from her and I have been very happy with it.Last week she let me try a pair of new Oticon OPN demo units. They worked very well and I was able to use the iPhone app to control them. I didnt even need to change any programs. Occasionally I would adjust the volume a few clicks as needed. I returned them today. Its great to see hearing aid technology keep improving and I already miss not wearing these new models.Her office is very relaxing and not like the hectic high-pressure sales and operations you sometimes encounter at the larger ENT clinics. Both Dr. Harper and her assistant Rachel are very helpful. I would definitely recommend stopping by before making any hearing aid purchase elsewhere.Update: Dr. Harper is no longer at this location.

Widex USACC: Harper HearingI’m writing this letter to give credit where credit is due. I’ve been a Widex customer for more than 10 years and have continued to replace my hearing aids with Widex no matter what other offers I’ve seen in the media.This relationship has been stellar in all respects. My last experience with new replacements was less then acceptable due to buzzing and feedback in both units. In this day of mass production and less then satisfying customer service, I truly was pleased to find that not only did Widex step up to the bar and repair, several times, stay in contact with vendor (Harper Hearing), but finally replaced the entire units.There can be no better endorsement for a provider then to give overwhelming support in the difficult situation that I was going through. Sandy showed true concern and continuous support during this time. I wished I met Dr. Harper 5 years ago. She’s the best Audiologist in the valley. She’s cutting edge and very knowledgeable of the latest advances in audiology. She doesn’t just read the result of your hearing test, she works hard at getting to know your daily activities and listens to your concerns. Simply put, she really listens.Dr. Harper quickly matched my interest in technology with the Oticon OPN hearing aids. She explained that the Oticon Opn are the first hearing aid to connect to and interact with the Internet using IFITT enabled services. Since I love technology, I googled Oticon on my phone and learned that the Opn hearing aids captured prestigious 2017 CES innovation Awards in two categories, Tech for a Better World and Wearable Technologies.When she showed me how small they were, I was sold.Rachel, Dr. Harper’s back office guru, took care of everything and called me a week later informing me that hearing aids were in the office already. She did it all, including worked with my insurance company and the Oticon rep.The fitting went smoothly and within an hour I was hearing high pitches in people’s voices. I even heard Rachel talking on the phone down the hallway. It was unbelievable! I couldn’t believe that such a small device (practically invisible) could be so powerful.Originally I thought that hearing aids would amplify people voices, but the Opn don’t work that way. Instead of loudness, I heard clarity! Instead of hearing voices in front of me, I was hearing voices all around, like 360 degrees. This is what Dr. Harper said it would be like with Oticon hearing aids. She quickly downloaded and installed the Oticon app on my IPhone and showed me how to make the adjustments using the app.That day not only did I experience I life altering experience but my teenage daughters were shocked when I heard everything they said at our dinner table that night.If you ever thought about getting hearing aids, now is the time. The technology has made incredible advances over the past year. I’m grateful for Dr. Harper listening to my needs and fitting me with the Opn hearing aids.

Absolutely amazing! Dr Harper is as thorough as you can find. She truly has your health as her primary concern. Her pricing is very fair....couldnt be better. She spends all the time you need, answers all questions you have, anticipates the questions you will have in the future. I absolutely love the Oticon Opn1s. Ive had several other iterations of hearing devices over the past several years. The Opn1s are Porsches for the Ears. Powerful, very comfortable, so easy to adjust with my iPhone. Im a birder (bird watcher/hiker) and have been missing so much when out in the woods. Dr. Harper custom-made a Forest setting for my Oticons that I can turn to when ambient sounds are so faint that almost no one can hear them. i.e. Slate Colored Juncos, or warblers far in the distance. I have to be careful to not use that setting when Im around regular situations....so powerful!I also splurged and got the TV Adaptor. I think it was $200 or so...but it is so nice for my wife and I to watch TV again together. She has remarkably good hearing, and likes to set the volume at 10-15 on our Samsung TV. But with the Oticons, I can boost the sound, and only I hear it at that level, which makes even quiet scenes jump out of the pictures. In a word, WOW!

I first went to Sandra Harper a few years ago for some Resound Lynx hearing aids. She was so amazing that when I moved across the country a year ago I could never find another audiologist that I liked as much as her (so I still see her when I’m in Phoenix). Recently I was in town for a few days and made an appointment to have her check out my hearing aids on Wednesday afternoon. She asked if I would be interested in the new oticon aids. In 24 hours I had my new oticon hearing aids in and fitted. I can’t express how grateful I was since I only had another day or two in town. The oticon’s are much better than my Resound’s were as they seemed to allow me to hear more sounds around me that I was not aware that I was missing. They are hands down better in noisy environments such as restaurants and bars (even with a band). Dr Harper really understands the technology as well and set up the hearing aids with my smart phone at the same time. Between her and Rachel in the front office I won’t ever see another audiologist no matter how far I move away!
