Livingston Hearing Aid Center is awesome! I made the mistake of swimming with my hearing aids on and thought they were ruined. Brandon Vasquez, Product Specialist, spent a lot of time with me drying out my hearing aids, giving me a hearing test, adjusting my hearing aids, and gently cleaning wax from my ears (he did a better job than my Dr!). Thanks to Brandon, I can hear again! Brandon is professional, knowledgeable, caring, personable, and helpful. Brandon is an asset to your team. Jim Carlson, Hearing Aid Specialist, is also awesome and previously helped me calibrate my hearing aids. Livingston hires great people as their front office person is great too. The next time I need new hearing aids, I will purchase them from Livingston Hearing Aid Center as their products and service are top notch. Thank you for all your help!

Ibarrived for by appointment and was seen promptly. Unfortunately they have to send one of my hearing aids in for repair. Everyone was very courteous and informative as to the length of time it will take for the repair.

I was referred to Dr Jim Carlson of Livingston Hearing by a close friend. This was my first experience and I had no idea what to expect. I was amazed at how professional and thorough the exam was. I was provided the needed information and options to select hearing aids right for me and my budget. This is an ongoing service where I am provided free visits for checkups and needed changes to reach my full hearing capacity as it does not happen overnight. I am so glad that I found Livingston Hearing Aids in Chandler! I recently moved to Chandler from Minneapolis, Minnesota. I had been referred to Livingston Hearing in Chandler by Starkey, who highly recommended them. Cheryl Carlson at Livingston Hearing Aids in Chandler is extremely well trained, professional and patient. She took the time to clean my hearing aids, ensure compatibility with my phone, and show me how to do these things myself. She completed the station sound booth and the sound field test. My hearing aids required a lot of adjustments, which she made. Cheryl at Livingston Hearing Aids in Chandler helped me immensely, and I never felt rushed. I am so happy that I found Livingston in Chandler; I know that I can count on Cheryl for excellent service!

I am so pleased with the care that I get from Cheryl Carlson. She is never in a hurry when I go in for my appointment. She always takes time and asks me if I need help with anything related to hearing and technology. The last visit she showed me a shortcut to use the microphone on my cell phone. What I am most pleased with is I can use this feature in restaurants, meetings and while watching tv. I can hear so much better! Cheryl is the best!

We like to Thank Cheryl Carlson from Livingston Hearing Aids, for her wonderful help in bring back my husband’s hearing. After many years of only hearing 33%, Cheryl after testing Tom, fitted him with a great hearing aid. She made sure that any concerns Tom had that he was 100% satisfied. Today he is hearing at 88%. This is a true miracle. Tom has never had such service and was so discourage with other hearing aids.Cheryl special care for her patience is so sincere, and she wants the very best hearing for her patience. Like I said, Cheryl had Tom come back to ensure he had no problems operating and/or hearing. For the first time he was able to hear S and T sound’s.Tom is living an active life again, the quality and enjoyment of living has just soared in our life. If I could give 10 stars, I would! Cheryl is absolutely amazing! I work in the airline industry and put off getting my hearing checked for years because I didnt know where to start and was skeptical. Cheryl has walked me through this whole complicated process and handled everything from getting the right fit to getting the most out of my insurance. It turns out that I have hard to fit ears and she has worked tirelessly to figure out the puzzle. This girl knows her stuff! You wont find a better hearing center or a better technician! Go there! And tell them I sent you because they have an amazing referral program too! :)

On an out of town trip, had my hearing aid tip come off deep in my ear canal. After unsuccessfully calling several places, Brittany (sp) allowed us to come in just minutes before closing for the weekend and we were quickly taken care of. So thankful for their service first attitude. Very gracious to us.

I received information in the mail about the new Livingston Hearing Aid Center in Chandler Arizona and called and made an appointment. My technician is Cheryl Carlson and although I have only known her for a couple of weeks, I consider her a friend! She is personable, knowledgeable, kind and considerate. She helped me realize that there is more to life than I have been hearing. She tested my hearing and found that I, indeed, do have hearing loss. No more....with the help of Starkey hearing aids, I can hear the soft rain on the windows, the dryer and washer playing the little tune that they are done and best of all, I can hear my soft spoken husband so much better. Life is good!!!!

This experience was the best of the hearing tests I have had. Cheryl did a lot of testing before and when my hearing aids came she did more testing. I did not feel rushed. I felt like I was her only customer. She had drawings she gave me to remember how do do things in case I need to jog my memory.. This was the best of the best. Life changing and wife changing, best money Ive ever spent. I had 4% hearing when I arrived and 88% when I left the office. Hearing things I havent heard in more than 8 years. Mine and my wifes conversation are no longer Huh, what, wait a minute so I can turn the T.V. down. I went from trying to hear the T.V. at a volumn of 100 (max.) and my wife wearing headphones to deffin the sound to now being able to hear all the words at a volumn of less than 20.The staff is exceptional and professional. No waiting after your appointment time, unlike every other doctors appointment I have ever been to. I highly recommend Livingston Hearing Aid Center in Chandler Az. and I have recommended 2 of my golf buddies to go there because their hearing aids dont help them at all. The visit is free and a free trial period lets you know how good these hearing aids are BEFORE YOU PAY ANYTHING. I will never give mine up, loving life more than ever.
