I like coming to this place for some super cheap ice cream! For me, its fun to be able to avoid the expensive and gluten filled deserts at restaurants and stop here on the way home. Its under $3.50 for two big scoops of ice cream that amounts to a pint or so worth. We have RO water at home, so I only know about the ice and ice cream, which I have always enjoyed :) Ill keep coming here for sure.

They have awesome Thrifty Ice Cream, Drinks, and shaved ice!. They also have great water and ice! And the staff is very kind and courteous.

Place has amazing potential, now that there’s new owners!!! Very fast and friendly service! Definitely going to be back!

Been coming here for years, but would encourage longer hours. 12pm-6pm just seems odd for getting water. What about the early birds? I came at 9:30am and it was closed and the outside dispensers are always out of order. Disappointing. Guess I’ll have to take my business to the bigger stores down the road...would prefer to keep my business local. Provide more options for your loyal customers. Thank you.

Sadly with this new owner things have changed... place is starting to have a certain smell about it (not a clean smell). have 6 5 gallon jugs so visit about every other weekend. Saturday/Sunday they say they open at 10am... but dont be surprised when the staff shows up past 1015-1030 due to personal issues (has happened on numerous occasions). Saturday October 10th, was my last visit... they had such poor water pressure it took 7 minutes to fill a 5 gallon jug and water just has a taste to it it shouldntOn a side note when the staff does show up on time they are extremely friendly and nice people to talk with but unfortunately is seems they have bigger issues they need to improve.

Absolutely love this place! Weve been getting our water from here for years, and I wouldnt want it any other way. The staff is always so welcoming and kind, and the water here is top notch! They have alkaline water that is cheaper than the other places, and even their regular water is great! The ice cream here is to die forrr!!! Even when I dont need water, Ill always stop by to get ice cream. Its so creamy and flavourful that I crave it on the daily! Again, I absolutely love this place and Im so lucky that theyre right next to me :)

Im pretty sure this place changed their name to get rid of all of their bad reviews. Crystal Water N Ice is a joke.There is no way a place that has been open this long only has 6 reviews and good ones at that.This Water N Ice is horrible. I wish this wasnt the case because its the closest location to our house. Every single time we come here, they are either, 1) Cash only/No credit card machine or 2) Out of water. For you to be a store primarily making money on selling water, maybe you should always make sure you have water to supply people. Ive been here ten times within the last year and each time you have a sign on your door. I think thats a sign that you should close your doors. I will finally be taking my business elsewhere because you clearly dont take your job seriously.The only positive about this place that I will say is.... If you drink Alkaline water, they have 2 very good faucets for Alkaline and they are fast. A lot of other water stores dont have fast Alkaline systems. And they only charge $1/gallon where as other places charge $1.25.

Fix the outside water fillers!! Some of us work during the ridiculous 12-6 open time and need water.

I like the people that work here and it always seems to have people coming and going. Ice cream, hawaiian shaved ice, Alkaline water, BPA-free bottles and even glass bottles, this place has it all! Very happy with them.

Very clean! The employees were extremely helpful.
